Companies Using Infor
Our live crawl finds Infor on 1,646 domains in the August 2026 rollup, and 1,565 of the 1,690 domains we currently see it on, 92.6%, resolve to an identifiable organisation. The companies using Infor named further down include HCA Healthcare, Pfizer, Jabil, Flex, Cardinal Health, Parker, Mousquetaires Group, Specsavers, LC Waikiki, SKF Group and REWE Group. Infor sells CloudSuite, a family of ERP products cut into editions for specific industries, and the industry table below lines up with that catalogue closely enough to be worth a section of its own.
What puts a domain on this list is a DNS record. The rule ORs three clauses, a TXT record containing infor-cloudsuite-domain-verification, an iframe pointing at cloud.infor.com and a script loaded from the same host, and only the first of them does any work here. We resolved 50 matched domains and checked both surfaces: 47 of the 50 carried the TXT record, and not one of the 50 carried any page reference to cloud.infor.com. Two of the 50 reproduced on neither surface, so precision on that sample is 94%, and one of those two, in2.net, is a public DNS and network lookup tools site. That is the classic shape for this kind of false positive: a page that prints arbitrary DNS records as text can echo somebody else's. Read this page as a TXT record page. The record is a company-level signal rather than a page-level one, which is why the detection URL is a bare domain on 49 of the 50 rows in the named table, and why enrichment here is as high as it is. A record published at a corporate apex almost always belongs to a real, findable organisation, where a rule that fires on subdomains and microsites leaves many hosts with no company attached.
29 of the 1,715 domains we have ever seen carrying the Infor record no longer show it, 1.7%, and that figure is not a retention number. A TXT record has no expiry and nobody edits a zone file after cancelling a contract, so a departure usually leaves the record in place and leaves no mark in this data. The rule also undercounts in a specific direction: Infor's on-premise and non-CloudSuite products leave no DNS trace, so 1,646 is a floor tilted toward cloud customers. Infor ranks 3rd of 17 in ERP on 1.39% share, a filing this page argues with below, because the row above it is wrong. Infor Usage Statistics
Infor reads 1,425 domains on our June 2026 rollup, 1,621 in July and 1,646 in August. Three points cannot carry a growth rate, and this movement is coverage rather than adoption. The crawled domain set turns over every month, with dead domains dropping out and newly discovered ones coming in, and detection widens at the same time: the total number of domains seen carrying the Infor record moved from 1,425 to 1,663 across the same three months, running ahead of the active line. Read the three points as three sightings of a population we can see progressively more of, not as a trend in sales. One caution belongs here more than on most profiles. The signal is a DNS record that outlives the account which created it, so a domain that enters this series has very little mechanism for leaving it, and a series that can only really move one way should never be read as momentum. Tracking on this technology began in March 2026, so there is no longer run to compare against either. The August figure, 1,646, is the one quoted at the top of this page.

Which Countries Use Infor the Most?
Which countries use Infor the most? The United States holds 820 of the 1,553 companies we could place, 52.80%, ahead of Canada on 106 (6.83%), the United Kingdom on 76 (4.89%), Germany on 73 (4.70%) and Sweden on 58 (3.73%). Then Australia 54 (3.48%), the Netherlands 50 (3.22%), France 47 (3.03%), Norway 39 (2.51%), New Zealand 23 (1.48%), Italy 21 (1.35%), Switzerland 16 (1.03%), Belgium 13 (0.84%), Austria 13 (0.84%) and India 11 (0.71%). The shape worth naming is Nordic. Sweden and Norway together are 97 companies, 6.25% of the 1,553, which puts them ahead of Germany, and that is an unusual weighting for a US-headquartered ERP vendor. Two caveats before reading the table. Country here is the headquarters on the company record, not where the software runs. And because a verification record is published once at a group apex, a manufacturer that buys centrally appears once, under its head office, rather than once per plant or subsidiary, which pushes weight toward the countries where head offices sit rather than toward the countries where the plants are.
Share of the 1,565 Infor domains we matched to a company record — 95.1% of the 1,646 we detect. Top 15 countries shown, so these do not sum to 100%. Domains with no matching company record are not represented here and skew small and independent.
Infor Market Share Among ERP
What is Infor's market share? Infor holds 1.39% of ERP and ranks 3rd of 17 in that category, on 1,646 domains. Both figures rest on a row we already know is wrong, so read the rest of this paragraph before quoting either. ServiceNow leads the category on 89,589 domains and 75.42%. Its detection rule matched s_giq, a variable that belongs to Adobe AppMeasurement rather than to ServiceNow, which produced 92,335 stored detections against roughly 2,024 real ones. We corrected the rule on 2026-09-06, the re-crawl behind it has not landed yet, and the ERP category page is held out of our index until it does. Two things follow and both change how this rank reads. First, Infor's 1.39% is divided by a category total inflated by roughly 87,500 phantom domains, so the share understates Infor's real position by a wide margin. Second, the ordering changes shape. Once ServiceNow drops to roughly 2,024, Odoo on 25,473 domains (21.44%) stands alone at the top, and ServiceNow and Infor sit about 378 domains apart instead of 87,943 apart. Third place in that corrected table is a near-tie for second, not a distant third. Below Infor the category thins out fast: NetSuite on 678 domains (0.57%), ERPNext on 463 (0.39%) and Track Hospitality Software on 229 (0.19%). Do not quote 1.39% or 3rd of 17 as a clean reading until the re-crawl lands.
Top Competitors by Market Share
Infor Customers by Company Size & Age
What size companies use Infor? A mid-market centre with a genuine enterprise tail, and the distribution shows both. 410 of the 1,551 companies with a size band, 26.43%, employ 51 to 200 people, the largest band in the table, with 11-50 second on 283 (18.25%) and 201-500 third on 257 (16.57%). Widen it one step and 51 to 500 employees is 667 companies, 43.00% of the 1,551, against 430 companies, 27.72%, at fifty or fewer. The top of the table is heavier than it is on most profiles: 294 companies, 18.96% of the 1,551, employ more than a thousand people, split across 194 at 1,001-5,000 (12.51%), 47 at 5,001-10,000 (3.03%) and 53 at 10,001+ (3.42%). Now set that against the named table, where 38 of the 50 organisations shown sit in the 10,001+ band, because that list is ordered by LinkedIn following and shows the top of the base rather than its centre. The centre is a distributor, food producer or machine builder of one to five hundred people running its orders, inventory and production scheduling on a CloudSuite edition, and that is a different buyer, on a different budget, from the ones in the logo table.
Company Size Distribution
Company Age (Founded Decade)
Pre-1960 leads at 37.52% of the 1,218 companies with a founding year on file, 457 companies, and unlike most profiles the rest of the table never closes the gap. The 1970s take 142 (11.66%), the 1960s 140 (11.49%), the 1980s 134 (11.00%) and the 1990s 133 (10.92%), then the 2000s 101 (8.29%), the 2010s 82 (6.73%) and the 2020s just 29 (2.38%). Add the three oldest buckets and 739 companies, 60.67% of the 1,218, were founded before 1980. Six in ten. That result follows from the industry table rather than from anything about how Infor sells: wholesale distributors, food producers, machinery builders and construction firms are old businesses, and a company founded in the 2020s is not usually running a machine shop or a regional distribution network. The 2020s bucket at 29 companies, 2.38%, makes the same point from the other end. This base is not being fed by new company formation, so a prospecting list drawn from it is a list of incumbents. The named table sits at the extreme of that curve, spanning Pfizer at 1848, SKF Group at 1907, Parker at 1917 and REWE Group at 1927. One caveat: a founding year comes from the company record, so a group that reorganised or rebranded carries the date of the reorganisation rather than the age of the business.
What Industries Use Infor the Most?
Wholesale leads at 9.46% of the 1,511 companies with a recorded industry, 143 companies, ahead of Food and Beverage Manufacturing on 80 (5.29%), Manufacturing on 78 (5.16%), Machinery Manufacturing on 76 (5.03%) and Construction on 72 (4.77%). Then Industrial Machinery Manufacturing 64 (4.24%), Wholesale Building Materials 58 (3.84%), Appliances, Electrical, and Electronics Manufacturing 52 (3.44%), Hospitals and Health Care 36 (2.38%) and Retail 34 (2.25%). Motor Vehicle Manufacturing (33, 2.18%) and Oil and Gas (32, 2.12%) sit just under the ten shown. Group the labels that describe the same kind of business and the table gets much sharper than any single row makes it look. Wholesale, Food and Beverage Manufacturing, Manufacturing, Machinery Manufacturing, Industrial Machinery Manufacturing, Wholesale Building Materials, Appliances, Electrical, and Electronics Manufacturing and Motor Vehicle Manufacturing come to 584 companies, 38.65% of the 1,511. Close to four in ten of the organisations we can classify either make something or move it. Construction at 72 (4.77%) sits next to that block for a related reason, since it buys the same project, materials and equipment problem from the other side.
Manufacturing and distribution is 584 of the 1,511 companies with a recorded industry, 38.65%, and that number gets its own section because of what it agrees with. Infor sells CloudSuite in editions built for distribution, food and beverage, industrial manufacturing, automotive and equipment, which is the same list the detection data produces without being asked. A vendor's segmentation and the base we can actually measure do not often line up this cleanly; the usual result is that the marketing pages describe an intended buyer and the data describes a long tail of whoever happened to buy. Here they are the same picture, and it is the strongest single finding on this page. The named table shows what that looks like at the top of the list: Jabil and Flex in appliances, electrical and electronics manufacturing, Parker and SKF Group in industrial machinery, Mousquetaires Group and REWE Group filed under retail but buying for the distribution network behind the stores, and LC Waikiki and Specsavers on the supply chain side of the same problem. The second block is healthcare, at 36 companies, 2.38% of the 1,511, where HCA Healthcare and Cardinal Health both appear, and where the buying problem is supply chain and materials management rather than clinical software. Two things the table hides. A verification record is published once at a group apex, so a manufacturer with fourteen plants and four brands is one row, not fourteen, which flattens exactly the companies Infor sells hardest into. And industry sits on the company record rather than on the workload, so Pfizer is filed under Pharmaceutical Manufacturing and Cardinal Health under Hospitals and Health Care, labels that describe the parent group rather than the operation the software runs.
Infor Alternatives & Competitors
This table lists the largest technologies filed in the same category, and one of its rows should not be used for anything. ServiceNow sits on top with 89,589 domains and 75.42%, and that number is wrong: the rule behind it matched s_giq, a variable belonging to Adobe AppMeasurement, giving 92,335 stored detections against roughly 2,024 real ones. We corrected the rule on 2026-09-06, the re-crawl has not landed, and the ERP category page is held out of our index because of it. Read the rest of the table with that removed: Odoo on 25,473 domains (21.44%), Infor on 1,646 (1.39%), NetSuite on 678 (0.57%), ERPNext on 463 (0.39%) and Track Hospitality Software on 229 (0.19%). These are also found on different surfaces from Infor. Odoo and ERPNext are open-source suites whose web-facing components can be fingerprinted on a served page; Infor is a DNS record on the apex. A share computed across two kinds of evidence is a position in a taxonomy, not a measure of spend, seats or orders processed.
There is no switching table on this page, and that is a decision rather than a gap. Two reasons, and the second is the stronger one. The first is the evidence in front of us: 29 domains have stopped showing the Infor record, and running the destination query across all 16 other technologies in the category returned exactly one row, of one domain. No destination cleared its own base rate among Infor's live domains, so we publish nothing rather than dress up noise. The second reason is structural and would still apply at a hundred times the volume. A verification record survives the account that created it. DNS does not get pruned when a contract ends, so a company that moves off Infor usually keeps the TXT record, keeps appearing in this data, and never registers as a departure at all. This rule measures arrival well and departure badly, and a switching table built on it would be reporting the wrong end of the relationship.

Tech Stack of Infor-Powered Websites
Every percentage in this table divides by the 1,690 domains our live crawl currently answers for Infor, a different base from the 1,646 in the August rollup at the top of the page. No row here is a share of the headline count.
Start with the first group, because it is the only like-for-like comparison on the page. Verified SaaS accounts on the same domains are found exactly the way Infor is, as a vendor verification record published in DNS at the apex. Same surface, same kind of evidence, same undercount, so the ratios between these rows and Infor's own number mean something. Atlassian is on 279 of the 1,690 live domains (16.51%), DocuSign on 163 (9.64%), Webex on 96 (5.68%), Smartsheet on 91 (5.38%), Zoom on 68 (4.02%), Miro on 56 (3.31%) and LogMeIn on 31 (1.83%). Atlassian and Smartsheet are the rows to stop on. 279 domains, 16.51% of the 1,690, verified to both Infor and Atlassian, and 91, 5.38%, to both Infor and Smartsheet, which is the project and change-management layer that tends to sit around an ERP programme rather than inside it. Webex at 5.68% ahead of Zoom at 4.02% is a small tell on its own: that ordering is more common in older enterprises with an existing network vendor relationship than in the general business population.
CRM is thinner than an ERP base might suggest. Salesforce is on 164 of the 1,690 (9.70%), Zoho on 53 (3.14%), Microsoft Dynamics 365 on 33 (1.95%), Salesforce Experience Cloud on 22 (1.30%), Amazon Business on 17 (1.01%) and Q4 on 16 (0.95%). Dynamics 365 at 33 domains is the row people will misread. It is a co-presence on 1.95% of the live set, not a replacement in progress, and this rule cannot tell you which of the two arrived first.
The content management group is ordinary, and saying so is the honest reading. WordPress is on 725 of the 1,690 (42.90%), then Drupal 68 (4.02%), TYPO3 CMS 43 (2.54%), Wix 43 (2.54%), Webflow 42 (2.49%), Adobe Experience Manager 34 (2.01%) and Squarespace 27 (1.60%). A WordPress share in the low forties is what a broad cross-section of business domains looks like rather than anything specific to this buyer. Where a page-level profile can use its CMS block as a second, independent line of evidence about who the customer is, this one cannot: the Infor record says nothing about how a company builds its website.
Consent and privacy: OneTrust 159 (9.41%), Cookie Control 140 (8.28%), Cookiebot 136 (8.05%), CookieYes 122 (7.22%), Usercentrics 58 (3.43%) and Complianz 37 (2.19%). OneTrust on top at 9.41% is the enterprise platform leading a consent block, which fits the size table above it, and the depth of the block overall fits the European weighting in the country table. The point that matters for this page, though, is that none of these can touch Infor's detection. A DNS record is answered by a resolver, not served by a web server, so no consent banner, bot rule or login wall stands between us and it. That is a real advantage this rule has over the page-level signals behind most profiles on TechnologyChecker.io: the record either resolves or it does not.

Expert Analysis: Infor Growth Trends & Key Signals for Sales Teams in 2026

One DNS record does all the work, and the page has to say which one
Infor's rule on this site ORs three clauses: a TXT record containing infor-cloudsuite-domain-verification, an iframe pointing at cloud.infor.com, and a script loaded from that same host. Written down like that it looks like a rule with three ways to fire. It is not. We resolved 50 matched domains and checked both surfaces, and 47 of the 50 carried the TXT record while not one of the 50 carried any page reference to cloud.infor.com. The two page-level clauses contribute nothing to the population being counted here. Anyone reading this profile should read it as a DNS page, because that is what it is.
Precision on that sample is 94%, not 100%, and the exception is instructive. Two of the 50 reproduced on neither surface. One of them, in2.net, is a public DNS and network lookup tools site, which is the classic shape for this kind of false positive: a page whose whole job is to print arbitrary DNS records as text can end up echoing somebody else's verification string back at whoever is looking. Nine in ten, close to nineteen in twenty, is the honest expectation to set on a number like 1,646. It is a good rule. It is not a perfect one, and a page that implied otherwise would be selling you a confidence it has not earned.
What the record actually proves is narrow and useful. An organisation demonstrated to Infor that it controls a domain, which is a company-level act performed once, at the apex. That is why the detection URL is a bare domain on 49 of the 50 rows in the named table, and why 1,565 of the 1,690 domains our live crawl currently answers for, 92.6%, resolve to an identifiable organisation. Apex domains belong to companies. Departmental subdomains and campaign microsites often belong to nobody in particular, and profiles built on page-level rules pay for that in enrichment. This one does not.
The cost sits on the other side, and it is specific rather than general. The clause names CloudSuite. Infor's on-premise estate and its non-CloudSuite products leave no DNS trace whatsoever, so 1,646 is a floor, and a floor tilted toward cloud customers. For a vendor with Infor's history that is not a rounding error. Every distribution below inherits the tilt: if the on-premise base is older, smaller or more concentrated in particular industries than the cloud base, this page will not show you that, and better crawling cannot fix it because the thing being measured never touches the web.
The rank is standing on a broken row
Infor is filed 3rd of 17 in ERP on 1.39% share. Neither number is safe to quote right now, and the reason is in our own records rather than in anything Infor did. ServiceNow leads the category on 89,589 domains and 75.42%. Its detection rule matched s_giq, a variable that belongs to Adobe AppMeasurement, not to ServiceNow, and the result was 92,335 stored detections against roughly 2,024 real ones. We corrected the rule on 2026-09-06. The re-crawl has not landed, the category still carries the inflated figure, and the ERP category page is held out of our index until it does.
Infor's 1.39% is a numerator divided by a denominator inflated by roughly 87,500 phantom domains. The share is not slightly off; it is computed against a category that is mostly not there. And the ordering moves too: once ServiceNow drops to roughly 2,024, Odoo on 25,473 stands alone at the top and ServiceNow and Infor sit about 378 domains apart instead of 87,943 apart. Third place in the corrected table is a near-tie for second. If you are using this rank to size a market, wait for the re-crawl.
Below Infor the category thins out quickly: NetSuite on 678 domains (0.57%), ERPNext on 463 (0.39%), Track Hospitality Software on 229 (0.19%). Those rows are also found on different surfaces from Infor's. Odoo and ERPNext expose web-facing components that can be fingerprinted on a served page; Infor is a string in a zone file. A share computed across two kinds of evidence is a position in a taxonomy rather than a measure of spend, seats or orders processed, and that would be true even with a clean leader at the top.
The finding that makes this base worth prospecting
Now the part that pays. 584 of the 1,511 companies with a recorded industry, 38.65%, sit in manufacturing and distribution: Wholesale 143 (9.46%), Food and Beverage Manufacturing 80 (5.29%), Manufacturing 78 (5.16%), Machinery Manufacturing 76 (5.03%), Industrial Machinery Manufacturing 64 (4.24%), Wholesale Building Materials 58 (3.84%), Appliances, Electrical, and Electronics Manufacturing 52 (3.44%) and Motor Vehicle Manufacturing 33 (2.18%). Infor sells CloudSuite in editions built for distribution, food and beverage, industrial manufacturing, automotive and equipment. The measured footprint and the product catalogue are the same list.
That agreement is rarer than it sounds and it is worth stating for what it is. On most profiles the vendor's segmentation describes an intended buyer while the detection data describes a long tail of whoever happened to buy, and reconciling the two is the whole job. Here the reconciliation is already done. If you are qualifying this base, the industry filter is doing real work rather than sorting noise, and a segment built from it will look like Infor's own target list because it is drawn from the same population.
The age curve says the same thing from a different direction. 739 of the 1,218 dated companies, 60.67%, were founded before 1980, led by Pre-1960 at 457 (37.52%), and the 2020s account for 29 companies, 2.38%. Six in ten predate 1980 and one in forty was founded this decade. Nothing about that is an accident of the detection rule; distributors, food producers, machine builders and construction firms are long-established businesses. What it means commercially is that this is a roster of incumbents. Nobody on it is going to be won with a message about moving fast, and the buying committee is more likely to be replacing something that has been in the building for twenty years than buying its first system.
Mid-market centre, enterprise tail, and a logo table that misleads
410 of the 1,551 companies with a size band, 26.43%, employ 51 to 200 people, and 51 to 500 is 667 companies, 43.00%. That is the centre of gravity. But unlike most profiles the top end is real: 294 companies, 18.96% of the 1,551, employ more than a thousand, including 53 at 10,001+ and 47 at 5,001-10,000. So there are two motions in this list rather than one. The named table on the page is no guide to either, because it is ordered by LinkedIn following and 38 of its 50 rows are in the 10,001+ band. HCA Healthcare, Pfizer, Jabil, Flex, Cardinal Health, Parker, SKF Group and REWE Group tell you the ceiling of this base, not its middle.
Geography holds one surprise. The United States is 820 of the 1,553 placed companies, 52.80%, then Canada 106 (6.83%), the United Kingdom 76 (4.89%) and Germany 73 (4.70%). But Sweden on 58 (3.73%) and Norway on 39 (2.51%) together are 97 companies, 6.25%, which puts them ahead of Germany. For a US-headquartered ERP vendor that is not the usual country table, and if you run territories it changes where a Nordic rep's list comes from. Read the column carefully though: country is the headquarters on the company record, and because the record is published once at a group apex, a manufacturer that buys centrally appears once under its head office rather than once per plant.
The co-occurrence table, and what it is a base of
Every percentage in the technology stack divides by the 1,690 domains our live crawl currently answers for, not by the 1,646 headline. The first group is the one to read, because those technologies are detected exactly the way Infor is, as a vendor verification record in DNS at the apex. Same surface, same evidence, same undercount, which is what makes the ratios between them worth something. Atlassian is on 279 of the 1,690 (16.51%), DocuSign on 163 (9.64%), Webex on 96 (5.68%), Smartsheet on 91 (5.38%), Zoom on 68 (4.02%), Miro on 56 (3.31%) and LogMeIn on 31 (1.83%). Salesforce, in the CRM group, is on 164 (9.70%).
If you sell tooling that wraps an ERP programme, the Atlassian and Smartsheet rows are the segment to work first. 279 domains, 16.51% of the 1,690, verified to both Infor and Atlassian, and 91, 5.38%, to both Infor and Smartsheet. Those organisations have already proved they will put a vendor verification record in their zone file for a delivery tool, and they are running the kind of programme that needs one. The rest of the 1,690 is a colder conversation, and this rule cannot tell you which of the two records arrived first.
The rest of the stack is thinner and should be labelled that way. WordPress on 725 of the 1,690 (42.90%) describes business domains in general, not Infor buyers, and the Infor record says nothing about how a company builds its website. Microsoft Dynamics 365 on 33 (1.95%) is the row most likely to be misread as a migration in progress; it is a co-presence on under two per cent of the live set and nothing more. The consent block, led by OneTrust on 159 (9.41%) with Cookie Control on 140 (8.28%) and Cookiebot on 136 (8.05%), fits the size and country tables, and earns one further observation: none of these can affect Infor's detection. A DNS record is answered by a resolver, so no banner, bot rule or login wall sits between us and it, and this profile carries none of the intermittency that page-level rules produce.
What to do with this list
Three practical notes. First, the unit. Counts on TechnologyChecker.io are domains. A group that verified three brand domains contributes three rows; a manufacturer with fourteen plants under one apex contributes one. That second case matters here more than on most profiles, because multi-site manufacturers are precisely who Infor sells to, so this data systematically flattens the largest accounts into single rows.
Second, direction. This rule times arrival well, because a verification record appears when an account is set up and not before. It is close to blind to departure: 29 of the 1,715 domains we have ever seen no longer show the record, 1.7%, and that figure measures zone-file housekeeping rather than retention. It is also why there is no switching table here. The destination query across all 16 other technologies in the category returned one row, of one domain. Nothing clears its own base rate, so we publish nothing.
Third, who to expect when you dial. An established distributor, food producer, machine builder or industrial manufacturer of one to five hundred people, founded before 1980, headquartered in North America or northern Europe, already paying for at least one other tool it was willing to verify a domain for. That is a specific company and this page can hand you a list of them. What it cannot hand you is anyone running Infor on-premise, anyone who left, or a defensible read of where Infor sits in its category until the ServiceNow re-crawl lands.
Frequently Asked Questions
Who uses Infor?
Our live crawl finds Infor on 1,646 domains, and 1,565 of the 1,690 we currently see it on, 92.6%, resolve to an organisation. Named users include HCA Healthcare, Pfizer, Jabil, Flex, Cardinal Health, Parker, SKF Group and REWE Group. The typical user makes or moves goods: manufacturing and distribution labels account for 584 of the 1,511 companies with an industry, 38.65%, and Wholesale alone is 143, 9.46%.
How many customers does Infor have?
We detect Infor on 1,646 domains as of our August 2026 rollup, and our live crawl currently answers for 1,690. Counts are domains, not accounts, seats or subscriptions. Treat 1,646 as a floor: the rule matches a CloudSuite domain verification record, so any company running Infor on-premise, or a non-CloudSuite product, is missing entirely. A further 29 domains have stopped showing the record since tracking began in March 2026.
What is Infor's market share?
Infor holds 1.39% of our ERP category and ranks 3rd of 17, on 1,646 domains. Do not quote that cleanly. ServiceNow leads on 89,589 domains and 75.42%, and its rule matched s_giq, an Adobe AppMeasurement variable, giving 92,335 stored detections against roughly 2,024 real ones. Infor's share is therefore divided by a total inflated by roughly 87,500 phantom domains.
What are the best alternatives to Infor?
Inside our ERP category the substantive rows are Odoo on 25,473 domains (21.44%), NetSuite on 678 (0.57%) and ERPNext on 463 (0.39%). ServiceNow's 89,589 should not be used for sizing anything until its corrected rule is re-crawled. Microsoft Dynamics 365 appears differently here, as a co-presence on 33 of the 1,690 live Infor domains, 1.95%, rather than as a category row.
Which countries use Infor the most?
The United States leads with 820 of the 1,553 companies we could place, 52.80%, then Canada on 106 (6.83%), the United Kingdom on 76 (4.89%), Germany on 73 (4.70%) and Sweden on 58 (3.73%). Sweden and Norway together are 97 companies, 6.25%, ahead of Germany, an unusual weighting for a US-headquartered vendor. Country is the headquarters on the company record, not where the software runs.
What size companies use Infor?
The largest band is 51 to 200 employees, at 410 of the 1,551 companies with a size on file, 26.43%. Widened, 51 to 500 employees is 667 companies, 43.00%, while 294, 18.96%, employ more than a thousand. That top end is heavier than most profiles carry. The named table is all very large organisations because it is ordered by LinkedIn following, not because the base is.
How old are companies that use Infor?
Old, and decisively so. Pre-1960 is the largest bucket at 457 of the 1,218 companies with a founding year, 37.52%, and 739 companies, 60.67%, were founded before 1980. The 2020s account for just 29 companies, 2.38%. That follows from the industry mix: distributors, food producers, machine builders and construction firms are long-established businesses, so this base is a roster of incumbents.
What is the ideal customer profile for Infor?
An established manufacturer or distributor. In this data that is 51 to 500 employees for 667 of the 1,551 sized companies, 43.00%, a manufacturing or distribution industry label for 584 of the 1,511 classified, 38.65%, and a founding date before 1980 for 739 of the 1,218 dated companies, 60.67%. United States headquarters covers 820 of the 1,553 placed, 52.80%.
How is Infor detected on this page?
The rule ORs three clauses, but only one fires. We resolved 50 matched domains and checked both surfaces: 47 of the 50 carried the TXT record infor-cloudsuite-domain-verification, and none of the 50 carried a page reference to cloud.infor.com. The iframe and script clauses contribute nothing to this population. Because the record sits on the zone apex, this is a company-level signal, which is why detection URLs are bare domains.
How accurate is the Infor detection, and what are the false positives?
Two of the 50 domains we resolved reproduced on neither surface, so precision on that sample is 94%, not 100%. One of the two, in2.net, is a public DNS and network lookup tools site, which is the classic shape here: a page that prints arbitrary DNS records as text can echo somebody else's verification string. Nine in ten is the right expectation, not certainty.
Does this count everyone who uses Infor?
No, and the gap is directional. The rule counts organisations that verified domain control to Infor CloudSuite. On-premise Infor deployments and non-CloudSuite products leave no DNS trace at all, so they are invisible here. Read 1,646 as a floor that is tilted toward cloud customers, and expect the true installed base to be larger and older-weighted than what this page can show.
Is Infor losing customers, and what does its 1.7% churn mean?
29 of the 1,715 domains we have ever seen with the record no longer show it, 1.7%. That is not a retention rate. A DNS TXT record has no expiry and no cost to leave in place, and nobody edits a zone file after cancelling a contract, so a company that left Infor usually keeps the record and stays counted. The figure measures records that stopped resolving, nothing else.
Why is there no switching or migration data for Infor?
Two reasons. The destination query across all 16 other technologies in the category returned exactly one row, of one domain, against 29 dropped domains, so no destination cleared its own base rate and there is nothing to publish. And structurally, a verification record survives the account that created it, so departure barely registers in this rule. We publish nothing rather than dress up noise.
Which technologies show up on the same domains as Infor?
The useful group is the verified SaaS accounts, found the same way Infor is, as a DNS record on the apex. Atlassian is on 279 of the 1,690 live domains (16.51%), DocuSign 163 (9.64%), Webex 96 (5.68%) and Smartsheet 91 (5.38%). Salesforce is on 164 (9.70%). WordPress at 725 (42.90%) is a fact about business websites in general, not about Infor buyers.
