Companies Using ClickFunnels
Our monthly crawl detects ClickFunnels on 19,488 domains, from solo coaches to established brands that use ClickFunnels like Grant Cardone, Teach For America and Benzinga. Below you'll find a list of companies using ClickFunnels with market share, industry breakdowns and geographic data.
Read that figure as a floor. We detect ClickFunnels only where a funnel runs on a company's own domain, and a great many ClickFunnels funnels are published on clickfunnels.com subdomains instead, so those never enter the count. On custom domains ClickFunnels holds a 1.59% share of the marketing automation market and ranks #9 of the 415 technologies we track in the category. Micro-businesses dominate: 72.02% of websites using ClickFunnels belong to companies with 10 or fewer employees. Updated from our monthly crawl of 50M+ domains.

ClickFunnels Usage Statistics
ClickFunnels is detected on 19,488 active domains in the August 2026 crawl, against 17,908 in July and 17,000 in June. Three months is too short a window to separate adoption from coverage: our crawl widened over the same period, so treat the current count as the number rather than the rise as a trend. The count covers custom domains only. Funnels published on clickfunnels.com subdomains are outside it, which is why 19,488 is a floor on ClickFunnels usage and not a measure of its customer base. Separately, 803 domains have dropped ClickFunnels since we began tracking removals in March 2026.

Which Countries Use ClickFunnels the Most?
Which countries use ClickFunnels the most? The United States leads by a wide margin with 3,435 domains, ahead of the United Kingdom (405), Canada (314) and Australia (292). Germany is the strongest non-English market at 195, followed by France (93), the United Arab Emirates (78) and the Netherlands (78). These counts cover the 6,562 domains we could match to an enriched company record rather than the full detected base, and the ordering tracks ClickFunnels' English-language marketing playbook more than anything about the product.
Share of the 6,562 ClickFunnels domains we matched to a company record — 33.7% of the 19,488 we detect. Top 15 countries shown, so these do not sum to 100%. Domains with no matching company record are not represented here and skew small and independent.
ClickFunnels Market Share Among Marketing Automation
What is ClickFunnels' market share? ClickFunnels holds a 1.59% share of the Marketing Automation market, ranking #9 of the 415 technologies we track in the category, based on our monthly crawl of 50M+ domains at TechnologyChecker.io. HubSpot takes 47.55% of the category on 583,796 domains and HighLevel follows at 8.91% on 109,442, so ClickFunnels sits well down the tail. Share is calculated on domains, and since funnels hosted on clickfunnels.com subdomains are not counted, the real footprint is larger than 1.59% implies.

ClickFunnels Customers by Company Size & Age
Is ClickFunnels only for small businesses? Almost entirely: 72.02% of enriched ClickFunnels companies have 1-10 employees, based on 6,562 matched records. Add the 11-50 bracket (22.16%) and 94.18% of the base employs fewer than 50 people. Above that the numbers collapse: 4.45% sit in 51-200, 0.78% in 201-500, and only six companies report 10,001+ employees. The larger organisations that do appear, such as Teach For America and CrossCountry Freight Solutions, run ClickFunnels on a campaign or recruitment page rather than as company-wide infrastructure.

What Industries Use ClickFunnels the Most?
Advertising Services leads at 10.83%, followed by Professional Training and Coaching (8.60%) and Business Consulting and Services (6.91%). Those three account for 26.34% of the enriched base. Add Wellness and Fitness Services (5.60%) and Marketing Services (5.14%) and the picture is unambiguous: this is a platform for businesses that sell expertise and generate leads, not one for product catalogues. Real Estate (4.02%) and Financial Services (3.85%) come next, both industries where commission-driven agents buy their own tools.
Advertising agencies using ClickFunnels form the largest vertical at 10.83%, typically building funnels for their own clients rather than for themselves. Coaching and training companies on ClickFunnels are next at 8.60%, and the named examples are exactly who you would expect: Grant Cardone, the John Maxwell Company, Southwestern Consulting and Brazil's Vox2you. Wellness brands using ClickFunnels such as Clever Fit, Restore Hyper Wellness and PrimeIV Hydration make up 5.60%, mostly franchise operators running location and membership sign-up funnels, based on our enriched company data at TechnologyChecker.io.
ClickFunnels Alternatives & Competitors
ClickFunnels competes in a category one vendor dominates. HubSpot holds 47.55% of Marketing Automation on 583,796 domains, an order of magnitude beyond anyone else, and it wins on breadth: CRM, email, forms and reporting on one subscription. HighLevel is the more direct threat at 8.91% and 109,442 domains, because it sells to the same agencies and coaches with white-label pricing. Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (4.00%) plays in enterprise B2B, while WonderPush (2.80%) and RD Station (2.45%) win narrower ground in web push notifications and the Brazilian mid-market. ClickFunnels' 1.59% puts it ninth, and none of the five above it sells funnel building as the product.

ClickFunnels Customer Migration
Switching runs in both directions here, and the counts are small: these are domains, tracked since March 2026, with almost all of the movement inside the last 90 days. The clearest signal is HubSpot, where ClickFunnels gained 100 domains and lost 20, a five-to-one ratio in its favour and the strongest it holds against anyone. HighLevel runs the other way: 54 domains gained against 78 lost. Everything else is small change, with three domains arriving from Vitals and three leaving for Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement. The shape of it is a platform taking work from the expensive suite above it and losing work to the cheaper agency platform below it.
Tech Stack of ClickFunnels-Powered Websites
These overlaps are measured across ClickFunnels domains rather than the enriched subset, and much of the JavaScript is the platform's own bundle rather than a customer choice: jQuery appears on 85.57% of ClickFunnels domains, core-js on 71.88% and Moment.js on 48.96%. The revealing numbers are the ones customers pick. Cloudflare fronts 83.36% of ClickFunnels domains and Cloudflare Browser Insights runs on 53.74%, ahead of Google Analytics at 40.76%. SegMetrics, a funnel attribution tool built for this exact audience, reaches 6.47%. WordPress sits on 18.31% of the same domains, usually a marketing site with funnels attached rather than a site ClickFunnels replaced.

Expert Analysis: ClickFunnels Growth Trends & Key Signals for Sales Teams in 2026

I have spent more than ten years reading web-crawl data, and ClickFunnels is one of the few profiles where the headline number needs a caveat before anything else. Our August 2026 crawl detects ClickFunnels on 19,488 domains, of which 6,562 match an enriched company record. That is a count of custom domains only. ClickFunnels lets customers publish funnels on clickfunnels.com subdomains and a great many do, so the figure is a floor on the customer base rather than a measure of it. Read everything below as a description of the custom-domain population, which skews towards operators established enough to have bought a domain of their own.
1. Where the number sits
19,488 domains gives ClickFunnels 1.59% of Marketing Automation and ninth place out of the 415 technologies we track in the category. The current crawl window covers three months: 17,000 active domains in June 2026, 17,908 in July, 19,488 in August. I would not call that growth. Our coverage widened over the same three months, and inside a window that short there is no way to separate new funnels from newly seen domains. The count is the count.
"A funnel builder is the hardest kind of product to size from crawl data, because a large part of what it publishes never touches a customer's own domain. The number we publish is the part that does." - Mehmet Süleyman, CEO at TechnologyChecker.io
Sales Signal: Treat 19,488 as the addressable set of ClickFunnels businesses that have already committed to their own domain and brand. They are further along than the median funnel builder and they are the ones who buy tools. The 803 domains that dropped ClickFunnels since March 2026 are a much smaller pool than the churn figures published elsewhere suggest.
2. Customer profile
This is the most concentrated micro-business base in our marketing automation data. 72.02% of enriched customers have 1-10 employees, and 94.18% have fewer than 50. Only 88 companies in the enriched set report more than 200 staff, and six report more than 10,000. On company age, 48.61% were founded in the 2010s and 30.17% in the 2020s, so nearly four in five are digital-native businesses under 16 years old. The large organisations that do appear behave differently from the rest: Teach For America, CrossCountry Freight Solutions and LGCY Power all run ClickFunnels on a single recruitment or campaign page, not across their estate.
Sales Signal: Sell to an individual, not a procurement team. At 72% micro-business concentration, price sensitivity is the dominant variable and any increase pushes users towards HighLevel. The complements that land here are the ones that make one person look like a team: follow-up automation, attribution, and conversion testing.
3. Industry and geography
The vertical mix tells you who the product is for. Advertising Services (10.83%), Professional Training and Coaching (8.60%) and Business Consulting and Services (6.91%) make up 26.34% of the base, with Wellness and Fitness (5.60%) and Marketing Services (5.14%) behind them. That is a knowledge-commerce and lead-generation platform, not a general marketing tool. Compare it with HubSpot, whose industry spread is far flatter.
Geographically the United States dominates with 3,435 domains in the enriched set, ahead of the United Kingdom (405), Canada (314) and Australia (292). Germany leads the non-English markets with 195 domains, and Clever Fit's gym franchise funnels are a good example of what adoption looks like there. The counts fall away quickly after the top four, which is a distribution problem as much as a product one.
Sales Signal: The densest prospecting segment is Advertising Services plus United States plus 1-10 employees, on the order of 250 accounts in the enriched set. For enterprise-grade outreach, the 88 companies above 200 employees are the unusual ClickFunnels users, and most of them are running a single funnel that someone in marketing owns without IT involvement.
4. Migration patterns
This is where the current data contradicts the received wisdom about ClickFunnels. Since we began tracking switches in March 2026, and with nearly all of it inside the last 90 days, ClickFunnels gained 100 domains from HubSpot and lost 20 to it. Five to one in its favour. Against HighLevel it runs the other way: 54 gained, 78 lost. Every other corridor is in single figures, three domains from Vitals, three to Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, two each from Tolstoy, Automizely and PayPal Marketing Solutions.
"Read the two big corridors together and you get the position exactly. ClickFunnels wins the domain that found HubSpot too much and loses the one that found HighLevel cheap enough." (For a wider view of these shifts, see our 2026 Marketing Automation Report.) - Mehmet Süleyman, CEO at TechnologyChecker.io
Sales Signal: These are domain counts in the low hundreds, so do not build a forecast on them, but the direction is usable. Agencies that have outgrown HubSpot's pricing are arriving. Agencies that want white-label and CRM in one bill are leaving for HighLevel. Migration services, funnel rebuilds and data export tooling sell in both directions. (Related reading: Why 73% of SaaS Companies Switch CRMs Within 3 Years.)
5. Technology ecosystem
Half of the tech stack table describes ClickFunnels itself. jQuery on 85.57% of domains, core-js on 71.88%, Underscore.js on 52.76% and Moment.js on 48.96% are the platform's own front end, not choices customers made. The signal is in the rest. Cloudflare fronts 83.36% of ClickFunnels domains, and Cloudflare Browser Insights runs on 53.74%, which is roughly two thirds of the Cloudflare-fronted set switching on the analytics that ships with the CDN. Google Analytics reaches 40.76%.
The most specific number in the table is SegMetrics at 6.47%. It is a funnel attribution product built for this audience, and roughly one in fifteen ClickFunnels domains runs it. WordPress appears on 18.31%, Elementor on 6.97%. So most ClickFunnels domains are not also running a content CMS, which fits a customer base that treats the funnel as the whole website.
Sales Signal: The 59% of ClickFunnels domains with no Google Analytics tag are the clearest gap on this page. Cloudflare Browser Insights covers part of it automatically, but page-level conversion data is missing for a large share of the base. Attribution, heatmap and split-testing tools all have room here, and SegMetrics has shown the segment will pay for a tool built specifically for funnels.
6. G2 review signals
ClickFunnels holds a 4.6/5 G2 rating from 413 reviews. Ease of Use and Easy Setup are the top positive themes, which validates the core pitch of making funnel building work for non-technical operators. The negatives are more useful. Learning Curve appears as both the first and fourth theme, G2 listing "Learning Curve" and "Steep Learning Curve" separately, with Limited Features and Missing Features at two and three. That is the profile of a product that is easy to start and harder to grow into.
Sales Signal: The users worth talking to are the ones twelve months in, past the setup, running into the ceilings the reviews describe. Anything that adds CRM depth, SMS or reporting without a platform migration answers the exact complaint in the review data.
7. Key takeaways
1. Measured position: #9 in Marketing Automation at 1.59% share, on 19,488 custom domains.
2. The caveat that matters most: funnels on clickfunnels.com subdomains are not counted, so this is a floor, not a customer count.
3. Core customer: 1-10 employee businesses in advertising, coaching and consulting, founded since 2010, overwhelmingly US and English-speaking.
4. Migration: net gain against HubSpot at five to one, net loss to HighLevel at roughly three to two, everything else negligible.
5. Stack gap: 59% of domains carry no Google Analytics tag, and only 6.47% run a purpose-built funnel attribution tool.
6. Churn: 803 domains have dropped ClickFunnels since March 2026.
8. Sales applications
Outreach template: "Hi [Name], I noticed [Company] runs ClickFunnels on its own domain, which puts you in the 19,488 we track in Marketing Automation. Most of that base is under ten people, and [pitch relevant to their vertical]. Happy to share how [product] helps [advertising/coaching/wellness] businesses get more out of the funnels they already have."
Targeting strategy: on TechnologyChecker.io, filter ClickFunnels by Advertising Services, United States and 1-10 employees for the densest segment. For a different motion, filter to 201+ employees and work the 88 outliers, who tend to be running one campaign funnel alongside a much larger web estate.
Competitive angle: the HubSpot corridor is the one to sell into. Domains arriving from HubSpot outnumber those leaving for it five to one, which means there is an active population deciding that a full CRM suite costs more than their funnel is worth. Frequently Asked Questions
Who uses ClickFunnels?
We detect ClickFunnels on 19,488 domains, including Teach For America, FI Group, Jetking Infotrain Ltd.. A detection means the technology is present on that domain, which for large organisations is often a single storefront or subdomain rather than a company-wide deployment. Among domains we matched to a company with a resolved industry, the most common is Advertising Services (10.83%).
How many customers does ClickFunnels have?
We detect 19,488 domains running ClickFunnels across our monthly crawl of live business domains. Company data could be matched for 6,562 of them (33.7%), and every company-size, industry and country breakdown on this page describes that matched subset rather than the full detected base. A further 803 domains carried a ClickFunnels detection previously and no longer do.
What is ClickFunnels's market share?
ClickFunnels holds 1.59% of the Marketing Automation category, ranking #9. This is a share of the domains we detect running a platform in this category — not a share of all websites, and not a share of spending — so it is not directly comparable to figures published on other denominators.
What are the best alternatives to ClickFunnels?

ClickFunnels has three annual plans: Launch at $81/month ($970/year), Scale at $164/month ($1,970/year), and Optimize at $248/month ($2,970/year). Monthly pricing runs higher: $97, $197, and $297 respectively. All plans include a 14-day free trial. The Launch plan covers basic funnels and courses, while Scale and Optimize add more funnels, contacts, and team seats.
Is ClickFunnels good for beginners?
G2 reviewers rate ClickFunnels 4.6 out of 5, with Ease of Use and Easy Setup as the top two positive themes from 413 reviews. The drag-and-drop builder and pre-built funnel templates reduce the technical barrier considerably. That said, the same reviewers flag a learning curve for advanced features like custom automation workflows, and the $97/month starting price may feel steep for someone testing their first funnel idea.
What is ClickFunnels used for?
ClickFunnels builds sales funnels, multi-step page sequences that move visitors from awareness to purchase. Common uses include webinar registration funnels, free book funnels with shipping upsells, challenge funnels for course enrolment and lead magnet opt-in pages. It also supports membership sites, affiliate programmes and email campaigns. On the domains where we detect it, the most common companions are Cloudflare Browser Insights (53.74%) and Google Analytics (40.76%).
Which is better, Shopify or ClickFunnels?
They solve different problems. Shopify is an e-commerce storefront built around product catalogues, search traffic and inventory. ClickFunnels builds conversion-focused sales funnels for direct-response marketing, usually around one offer at a time. The customer bases barely resemble each other: 72.02% of enriched ClickFunnels companies have 1-10 employees and the largest verticals are advertising, coaching and consulting rather than retail. Choose Shopify for a store, ClickFunnels for a funnel.
ClickFunnels vs GoHighLevel: which should I choose?
GoHighLevel (HighLevel) is the competitor pulling hardest at ClickFunnels' audience. Our switching data shows 78 domains moved from ClickFunnels to HighLevel and 54 came the other way since March 2026, so the flow runs against ClickFunnels but not by a landslide. HighLevel bundles CRM, SMS and agency white-labelling, which is what agency owners tend to switch for. ClickFunnels' advantages are simpler funnel building and its community. Note the counts are domains and are in the dozens, not a mass migration.
Does ClickFunnels have a free plan?
No. ClickFunnels has no permanent free tier. It does offer a 14-day free trial on all plans (Launch, Scale, Optimize), which gives full access to the funnel builder, email tools, and templates. After the trial, the cheapest option is $81/month on an annual contract or $97/month-to-month. Some ClickFunnels affiliates occasionally promote extended 30-day trial offers through the One Funnel Away Challenge.
Why are companies leaving ClickFunnels?
Some are, and fewer than the internet suggests. Since we began tracking removals in March 2026, 803 domains have dropped ClickFunnels. Among competitors, only HighLevel takes more than it gives (78 domains gained from ClickFunnels against 54 lost to it), usually on the strength of bundled CRM, SMS and white-labelling for agencies. Against HubSpot the flow runs the other way, with 100 domains arriving at ClickFunnels and 20 leaving. Price and feature ceilings drive most of the movement in both directions.
Can ClickFunnels replace a website?
Technically yes, and many customers do exactly that. ClickFunnels hosts landing pages, blog posts and membership areas on a custom domain, and only 18.31% of the domains where we detect ClickFunnels also run WordPress, which suggests most users are not maintaining a separate content site on the same domain. The trade-off is search: ClickFunnels pages are built for conversion rather than for the SEO-driven content publishing a traditional CMS handles better.
Does ClickFunnels work for e-commerce?
ClickFunnels sells physical and digital products through its own checkout pages, but it is not a full e-commerce platform. It works best for single-product funnels, upsell sequences and limited launches rather than catalogue-based stores. That shows in who uses it: the top verticals are advertising, coaching and consulting, not retail. For inventory management, multi-product storefronts and product search, Shopify or WooCommerce remain the better fit.
Is ClickFunnels worth the price in 2026?
It depends on the job. At $97 to $297 a month, ClickFunnels is priced above alternatives that bundle more, and our switching data shows 78 domains moved to HighLevel since March 2026 against 54 coming back. But the same data shows ClickFunnels gaining 100 domains from HubSpot and losing only 20, so plenty of businesses are deciding a funnel builder is enough and a full CRM suite is not worth the bill. For solo operators who want funnel building without a platform to administer, it still earns its price.
How many customers does ClickFunnels have in 2026?
We detect ClickFunnels on 19,488 domains as of the August 2026 crawl, with 6,562 matched to enriched company profiles. That is far below the 150,000+ paying customers ClickFunnels has reported, and the gap is mostly structural rather than a disagreement: we count business domains, while a great many ClickFunnels funnels are published on clickfunnels.com subdomains that never appear as a customer's own domain. Treat 19,488 as the number of custom domains running ClickFunnels and a floor on its customer base. A further 803 domains have dropped it since we began tracking removals in March 2026.
