Companies Using Eventbrite

Our October 2026 crawl finds Eventbrite on 1,206 domains. That is a count of websites that embed Eventbrite, mostly its embedded checkout, which lets visitors buy tickets without leaving the organiser's site. It is not a count of Eventbrite organisers. Eventbrite says it has helped sell 270 million tickets to more than 4.7 million events, and most organisers only link to their event page, which we don't count. Below is the list of companies that use Eventbrite this way, with size, country and stack. It includes LA Metro, the Museum of Tolerance, Vizcaya Museum and Gardens, Sneaker Con and Tech in Asia's conference site.

Eventbrite ranks 5th of the 57 tools we track in Event & Ticket Booking, with a 4.46% share. The 1,206 leaves out 98 domains that only forward to an Eventbrite event page, because those organisers use Eventbrite without embedding it. Of the hosts we kept and opened on 16 October 2026, 1,014 loaded the checkout script. The organisers are small: 61.24% of matched companies have 1 to 10 staff, and non-profits are the largest industry at 8.96%.

Eventbrite Usage Statistics

Eventbrite's chart starts in October 2026 with 1,206 domains, the first month counted after removing the 98 domains that only forward to an Eventbrite page. Earlier monthly totals were counted before that cut, and they wouldn't be a like-for-like series anyway: the domains we crawl turn over every month, with dead sites dropping out and new ones added, and our detection widens over time. Since we began tracking Eventbrite on 4 August 2026, 147 domains have dropped it on at least one hostname; 26 still run it on another, so 121 left it entirely. Plenty of the domains in the count exist for a single event, so some turnover comes with them.

Eventbrite Market Share Among Event & Ticket Booking

What is Eventbrite's market share? 4.46% of Event & Ticket Booking, 5th of the 57 tools we track there, on 1,206 domains, based on our live crawl at TechnologyChecker.io. The share measures embeds on organisers' own sites, not ticket volume, which is why two WordPress plugins, EventOn (12,401 domains) and Tickera (1,249), rank above it, along with EventsCalendar.co and Bandsintown's tour-dates widget. Tickera is 43 domains ahead. Below Eventbrite come Seated (894) and Evvnt (886); Etix, the next venue ticketing company, is 8th on 690.

How We Counted Eventbrite Sites

A domain counts here when one of its pages loads Eventbrite's widget script (eventbrite.com/static/widgets/eb_widgets.js, the code behind Embedded Checkout) or a script from cdn.evbstatic.com, Eventbrite's asset host. There is no link test, so organisers who only link to their Eventbrite page aren't counted, and neither are sites that show Eventbrite only through an iframe. The count measures embeds, and it is far smaller than Eventbrite's organiser base.

Before computing anything we removed 98 domains that pass that test but are not websites with Eventbrite on them. They forward straight to an Eventbrite event or organiser page: 77 are organisers' own domains pointed at an Eventbrite listing, and 21 are Eventbrite's own organiser subdomains on eventbrite.com. They load Eventbrite's assets because the page you land on is Eventbrite's. Their owners use Eventbrite, but they don't embed it, so every chart and table on this page uses the remaining 1,206.

On 16 October 2026 we opened the 1,205 hosts left in that set. 1,014 (84.1%) loaded the checkout script, 907 in the page source and 107 once scripts ran. 80 (6.64%) were live but showed no Eventbrite script on the homepage. We kept them: some load the checkout lazily or on inner pages, and the rest will drop out when our crawl next finds them without it. 46 sat behind bot walls, 43 timed out twice and 22 (1.83%) were dead or parked.

Expert Analysis: Eventbrite Growth Trends & Key Signals for Sales Teams in 2026

Elif Arslan
Elif ArslanCMO & Co-founder, TechnologyChecker

Eventbrite's count is easy to misread, because the brand is so much bigger than its footprint on other people's websites. A domain counts here when a page loads Eventbrite's widget script or a script from its asset host, cdn.evbstatic.com. Our October 2026 crawl finds that on 1,206 domains, 5th of 57 in Event & Ticket Booking, and 685 of them match to a company. That is a count of organisers who put Eventbrite on their own website. Eventbrite says it has helped sell 270 million tickets to more than 4.7 million events, and most of those organisers never embed anything. On 16 October 2026 I opened every host in our live set to see what the count is made of.

Embeds, forwards and the rest

The first thing I found was a group that didn't belong. 98 of the 1,303 hosts (7.52%) forwarded straight to an Eventbrite event page, and 21 of those were Eventbrite's own organiser subdomains. A party promoter buys a domain, points it at the event listing, and our crawler lands on Eventbrite's page and sees Eventbrite's scripts. Those are Eventbrite users, but not embeds, so we took them out; the 1,206 is what's left. Of the 1,205 remaining hosts I opened, 1,014 (84.1%) loaded the checkout script, 907 in the page source and 107 once scripts ran. 80 live sites showed no Eventbrite script on the homepage, 46 hid behind bot walls, 43 timed out and 22 were dead or parked.

"About one Eventbrite domain in thirteen wasn't a website at all. It was a spare domain pointing at an event listing, and those are gone from this count." - Elif Arslan, CMO & Co-founder at TechnologyChecker.io

Sales signal: if you build an Eventbrite list from any other source, drop domains whose final address is on eventbrite.com. They have no website to pitch, and the organiser's contact details sit on the Eventbrite listing.

One organiser, many domains

Some customers bring a fleet. One digital-marketing conference series has 32 domains in the count, one per city edition, and both editions I opened load the checkout. A parenting publisher's titles add 15 domains that all lead to one site. A county government has 6 addresses that all end up on its main site, where the homepage no longer shows the checkout. None of these is large enough to move the headline much, but they matter when you count accounts.

Sales signal: dedupe by final URL and organiser. That conference series alone is 32 rows of one account.

One reading so far

The chart has a single point: 1,206 domains in October 2026, the first month counted after the cut. Earlier monthly totals predate it, and they wouldn't be like-for-like anyway, because the domains we crawl turn over every month as dead sites drop out and new ones are added, and our detection widens. Churn is easier to read. Since 4 August 2026, 147 domains dropped Eventbrite on at least one hostname and 26 still run it elsewhere, so 121 left it entirely. Plenty of the counted domains exist for a single event, and a domain like that has a natural end date.

"Eventbrite's footprint on organisers' own sites is small next to its user base. It counts the organisers who wanted the checkout on their own site, and for a seller that's the more useful list." - Elif Arslan, CMO & Co-founder at TechnologyChecker.io

Sales signal: don't size an Eventbrite market from this page. Size the embedded segment, the organisers who invested in a website.

Who embeds it

61.24% of the 663 matched companies with a known size have 1 to 10 employees and 25.04% have 11 to 50. No industry reaches 9%: non-profits lead at 8.96%, then entertainment providers at 6.63% and events services at 6.3%. Together, the non-profit, civic and religious rows make up 15.43%. The older tail is real, with 23 organisations founded before 1960, among them the Jewish Community Center of San Francisco (1877) and United Way of Dane County (1922). Some larger organisations embed it for one programme: South Dakota Mines on its alumni site, Solix Technologies on a conference site. LA Metro puts it on metro.net.

Sales signal: the buyer is an events or community manager, often at a non-profit. Pitch event tools by season, not by company size.

Where they are

The United States has 412 matched companies, the United Kingdom 83, Canada 34 and Australia 30. With Ireland's 8, those five hold 567 of the companies in our top 15. Those are the countries Eventbrite's pricing page names for its plans, bar New Zealand. Germany (16), France (12) and Italy (11) come next, and Eventbrite now prices its Premium plan in euros there too.

Sales signal: for a rival with local payment methods, the German, French and Italian organisers here already sell online and may want a local option.

The stack around it

These shares are of the 1,206 live domains. WordPress runs on 64.26% and Elementor on 25.12%. Google Analytics is on 71.31%, MailChimp on 11.11% and Constant Contact on 1.66%. Shopify sits at 2.74%. The typical embed is a WordPress events page on an organisation's own site.

Sales signal: WordPress event plugins, EventOn and Tickera among them, already compete for these exact pages.

What it costs

Eventbrite's pricing page (16 October 2026) lists no fee for free events. Paid tickets carry a service fee of 3.7% plus $1.79 per ticket and a payment processing fee of 2.9% per order, paid by buyers by default. An optional Premium subscription costs $69 a month in the US; the older Pro email plan, still shown from $15 a month on that page, is closed to new subscribers, per Eventbrite's plans article. Etix, the next venue ticketing platform, is 8th on 690 domains, 516 behind.

What are the best alternatives to Eventbrite?
