What counts as a lookup?
A lookup is a single domain query. When you check what technologies a website uses, that counts as one lookup. Bulk lookups consume one credit per domain in the batch.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly billing?
Yes. You can switch from monthly to yearly billing at any time to save 17%. If you switch from yearly to monthly, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
What happens if I exceed my monthly lookup limit?
You'll receive a notification when you're approaching your limit. Once reached, lookups pause until the next billing cycle. You can upgrade your plan at any time to increase your limit immediately.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and wire transfers for enterprise plans. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. We don't offer refunds for partial months.
