Companies Using Loloyal
Our October 2026 crawl finds Loloyal on 2,099 live domains, 12th of the 51 tools we track in Loyalty & Rewards, with 1.66% of the category. Loloyal is a Shopify points, referral and VIP app. Its developer, CWILL, now lists it as CWILL Loyalty & Referrals, but the storefront code still loads from static.loloyal.com, which is how we count it. Below is the list of companies that use Loloyal, with size, country, industry and stack. It includes the appliance makers Dreame and EcoFlow on product and regional stores, the hair-dryer brand Laifen, the 3D-printer maker Phrozen and the French football club Angers SCO.
Loloyal's base is small and unusually French. 67.44% of matched companies with a known size have 10 or fewer staff. The United States has 151 of the 560 companies we matched, and France is second with 49, ahead of Canada (39) and the United Kingdom (37). China has 26, and the Chinese names on our list are mostly hardware brands selling abroad. Since July the count has barely moved.

Loloyal reads 1,542 domains in June 2026, 2,123 in July, 2,125 in August, 2,109 in September and 2,099 in October. Since July the count has slipped by 24. Since we began tracking Loloyal in March 2026, 367 domains have dropped it on at least one hostname, and 26 of those still ran it on another when we checked in October.

Loloyal Alternatives & Competitors
All four rows here are Shopify loyalty apps, so the table compares like with like, and overlap with each is small. 44 Loloyal domains run Smile today, out of 78 ever seen with both. BON Loyalty shares 19 (28 ever), LoyaltyLion 11 (17 ever) and Joy 6 (10 ever). With pairs this small and most still running both, our switching tests publish no corridor. Joy and BON are the closest like-for-like rivals: both sell to the same small stores and both have free plans.

Expert Analysis: Loloyal Growth Trends & Key Signals for Sales Teams in 2026

Loloyal is in the middle of a rename, and its customers are easy to miss for that reason. Our October 2026 crawl finds it on 2,099 live domains, 12th of 51 in Loyalty & Rewards. A domain counts when its pages load a script from static.loloyal.com or set the LOLOYAL_ONSITE settings object. I checked 100 random domains: 96 loaded Loloyal, four of them on a store's password page, one showed no Loloyal code and three didn't answer.
The CWILL connection
The Shopify App Store page at the old Loloyal address now reads CWILL Loyalty & Referrals, from developer CWILL, 201 Commonwealth Ct in Cary, North Carolina, launched 12 October 2021 and rated 4.9 from 803 reviews. The same address sits on the listing for CWILL Order Tracking, formerly ParcelPanel. The rename hasn't reached the storefront: in our sample, Loloyal's code comes from static.loloyal.com and nothing loads from a CWILL address.
Sales signal: search and prospect under both names. A store owner may know the app as Loloyal or as CWILL, and the code only says Loloyal.
Is it really installed?
487 Loloyal domains still use an older loader that asks the store's own app endpoint which widgets to show, so a stale theme could, in principle, carry a dead loader. I tested the endpoint on 157 reachable sample stores. 148 answered as installed, six redirected to a password page and one returned not found. Closed shops are rare too: 16 domains, 0.77%, carry Shopify's closed-store, error or password title.
Sales signal: the list is live. About 94% of the stores we could reach have the app switched on.
Reading the chart
The chart reads 1,542 domains in June 2026, then 2,123, 2,125, 2,109 and 2,099 in October. The June to July jump comes from our side. The set of domains we crawl turns over every month, with closed stores dropping out and new ones added, and our detection widened over the same months. Since July the line has slipped by 24. Since March, 367 domains have dropped Loloyal on at least one hostname, and 26 of those still ran it on another when I checked. 278 domains are extra addresses for 185 stores, so about 1,800 stores sit behind the 2,080 domains we analysed.
"Loloyal's count has been flat since July. With the brand changing its name around it, I'd want a few more months before calling that a stall." - Sophie Clarke, Product Marketing Manager at TechnologyChecker.io
Sales signal: treat Loloyal as a steady pool of about 2,100 domains. Rivals shouldn't read the flat line as stores leaving.
Small stores and electronics brands
67.44% of matched companies with a known size have 1 to 10 employees and 32.06% were founded in the 2020s. But 9.83% have 51 to 200 staff, well above BON Loyalty's (5.79%) and Joy's (4.61%) profiles, and the names explain it. Dreame runs Loloyal on its vacuum and mop store, EcoFlow on its European store, and Laifen, Phrozen, TESmart, Hohem and Fosi Audio on their direct stores. Most of these are Chinese or Taiwanese hardware makers selling abroad, and China has 26 matched companies.
Sales signal: cross-border electronics brands are a reachable segment here. They sell into several countries from one Shopify team, so localisation, payments and shipping tools fit.
A French streak
The United States has 151 matched companies and France is second with 49, ahead of Canada (39) and the United Kingdom (37). On BON's and Joy's profiles France ranks behind both. The French names are varied: Angers SCO's club shop, Fer à Cheval's Marseille soap, Blancrème's skincare and the Saint-Émilion producers' cooperative.
Sales signal: a French-language offer has a better audience on this list than on most loyalty apps'.
Next to Joy, BON and Smile
Overlap is small. 44 Loloyal domains run Smile today, out of 78 ever seen with both. BON Loyalty shares 19, LoyaltyLion 11 and Joy 6. Appstle isn't in the comparison table, but 49 Loloyal domains run it. With pairs this small and most still running both, our switching tests publish no corridor.
"Joy, BON and Loloyal chase the same small Shopify stores and barely overlap. Loloyal's free plan is the smallest of the three, 50 orders a month against 150 and 250." - Sophie Clarke, Product Marketing Manager at TechnologyChecker.io
Sales signal: a Loloyal store outgrowing 50 orders a month meets a paywall sooner than a Joy or BON store would. That's the moment a rival's offer lands.
The stack around it
Shopify is on all 2,080 domains we analysed. Judge.me runs on 39.62% and Klaviyo on 27.79%. Google Analytics shows on 68.22%. Willdesk, a help-desk app Loloyal's listing names as an integration, is on just 0.87%.
Sales signal: about seven in ten Loloyal stores show no Klaviyo tag, which leaves room for email and SMS tools.
What it costs
The Free plan covers 50 orders a month. Starter costs $19 a month for up to 200 orders or $29 for up to 500, Growth starts at $69 for 500 to 3,000 orders and adds VIP tiers and a loyalty page, and Plus starts at $599. Yearly billing saves about 17%. Paid plans have a 14-day trial. Checked 15 October 2026 on the Shopify listing; CWILL's product page sells the same app.
Sales signal: VIP tiers sit on Growth, at $69 a month. Small stores that want tiers face the biggest price step on this ladder.
