CallPage Usage Statistics

CallPage first appeared in our detection history in August 2016 and grew steadily rather than sharply: 271 domains by January 2018, 295 by 2020, 462 by 2022 and 609 by January 2024. Worth noting that this curve continued climbing through and after 2024, the year CallPage retired its call tracking feature, which supports reading these detections as the callback widget rather than the tracking product. The break in the chart, where our long-run history joins our current crawl at June 2026, reflects coverage widening rather than adoption.

List of Companies Using CallPage

CallPage Market Share Among Call Tracking

What is CallPage's market share? CallPage holds a 0.76% share of the Call Tracking market and ranks #14 of the 43 platforms we track. That placement needs a caveat we'd rather state than hide: CallPage discontinued its call tracking feature in 2024 and now sells a callback widget. The detections are real, the categorisation is a legacy of what the product used to include, based on our monthly crawl of 29.9M active domains at TechnologyChecker.io.

CallPage Customers by Company Size & Age

What size companies use CallPage? Slightly larger than the category norm. 44.57% have ten or fewer employees, which is the lowest micro-business share of any vendor here except Ringostat, while 35.18% sit in the 11 to 50 band and 13.35% in 51 to 200. That puts 79.8% under 50 people, based on our analysis of 884 companies with employee data on file. A callback widget suits a business with someone available to answer, which nudges the profile upward.

What Industries Use CallPage the Most?

No vertical reaches 6%, the flattest industry distribution in our Call Tracking category. IT Services and IT Consulting leads at 5.87%, followed by Real Estate (4.93%), Construction (4.69%) and Financial Services (4.46%). Add Software Development (3.29%) to the IT line and technology firms become the clear leading cluster at 9.16%. Selling software to software companies is a common pattern for a developer-friendly widget, based on our enriched company data at TechnologyChecker.io.

Technology companies using CallPage form the largest cluster at 9.16% once IT services and software development are combined, which is unusual in a category otherwise led by construction and healthcare. Real estate agencies using CallPage account for 4.93% and include Polish firms such as Murapol and Metrohouse, where an instant callback on a property enquiry is worth more than knowing which ad produced it. Educational institutions using CallPage such as Collegium Da Vinci and Adamas University make up a smaller international group.

CallPage Alternatives & Competitors

CallPage's position in this category is more historical than competitive, based on our market share data across 29.9M active domains. CallRail (39.85%), Invoca (14.12%) and CallTrackingMetrics (12.81%) all sell attribution, which CallPage stopped selling in 2024. Its real competitors are callback and lead capture widgets rather than call tracking platforms, and our migration data supports that: CallPage has exchanged no domains with any vendor in this category.

Expert Analysis: CallPage Growth Trends & Key Signals for Sales Teams in 2026

Mehmet Suleyman
Mehmet SuleymanCEO & Co-founder, TechnologyChecker

I've spent more than ten years building web crawling and technographic systems, and CallPage is the case in this batch where I have to lead with a caveat rather than a finding. This analysis draws on our August 2026 crawl, which found CallPage on 1,287 active domains and matched 929 of them to enriched company records, a 72.2% match rate. CallPage appears in our Call Tracking category at #14. It also discontinued its call tracking feature in 2024, a fact the company states on its own Polish-language blog, and now sells a callback widget. Everything below reads the data with that in mind.

Growth trajectory

CallPage entered our detection history in August 2016 and grew at a consistent, unremarkable pace: 271 domains by January 2018, 295 by 2020, 462 by 2022, 609 by January 2024. The detail that matters is what happened next. The count kept climbing through and past 2024, the year the tracking feature was retired, which tells you these installations were never about call tracking in the first place. A product losing its core category feature and continuing to grow is measuring something else. The step in our chart between July 2025 and June 2026 is our own coverage widening rather than adoption.

"CallPage removed call tracking in 2024 and its detection count carried on rising. That's how you know the category label was never describing what these customers actually bought." - Mehmet Suleyman, CEO & Co-founder at TechnologyChecker

Sales Signal: Don't treat this as a call tracking account list, because it isn't one. Treat it as a list of businesses that have paid to shorten response time on inbound leads, which is a different and often more actionable buying signal.

Customer profile

Two things separate this base from every other vendor in the category. First, it's the youngest: 48.92% were founded in the 2010s and 11.69% in the 2020s, so 60.6% postdate 2010, against Marchex where 13.71% predate 1960. Second, it skews slightly larger. Only 44.57% have ten or fewer employees, the lowest micro-business share here apart from Ringostat, with 35.18% in the 11 to 50 band and 13.35% between 51 and 200. That makes sense for the product. A callback widget is worthless without someone sitting ready to take the call, so it selects for businesses with a staffed sales desk rather than a sole trader checking voicemail.

Sales Signal: Young companies with a real sales team and a demonstrated willingness to buy conversion tooling. That combination is rarer in this category than the raw numbers suggest, and it's a better fit for modern SaaS than the 1950s aged care providers and hospital networks elsewhere in call tracking.

Industry and geographic concentration

This is the flattest industry distribution in our Call Tracking data. Nothing reaches 6%. IT Services leads at 5.87%, real estate 4.93%, construction 4.69%, financial services 4.46%. Combine IT Services with Software Development and technology firms take the lead at 9.16%, which is a category-wide anomaly: everywhere else construction or healthcare dominates. Geographically it's Polish, at 668 of 871 enriched companies or 76.7%, but with the most genuinely scattered tail here, reaching the US, UK, Italy, India, France, Brazil and Spain. No other regional vendor in this category shows customers on three continents.

Sales Signal: The Polish technology and real estate segments are the core, and they're reachable in one filter. The international tail is too thin to build a campaign on, but it does show the product travels, which matters if you're assessing CallPage as a partner rather than a target.

Migration patterns

There is no migration data, and that absence is the most informative number on this page. Since March 2026 our crawler has observed zero domains moving between CallPage and any other vendor in this category, in either direction. Every other platform here trades with at least one rival: CallRail and CallTrackingMetrics swap over a hundred domains between them, WildJar and Delacon contest Australia, even Patient Prism pulls 27 domains from the generalists. CallPage exchanges nothing with anyone. Products that share a market share table but never share a customer are not in the same market.

"Zero switches in either direction, across an entire category, over four months of observed churn. In technographic data that's not a quiet quarter. That's proof of a mis-categorised product." - Mehmet Suleyman, CEO & Co-founder at TechnologyChecker

Sales Signal: There is no displacement play here, because nobody is displacing anybody. If you sell call attribution, these 1,287 domains are prospects rather than competitors' customers: they've bought a callback tool and still have no way to tell which campaign produced the call.

Technology ecosystem

The stack confirms everything above. Google Tag Manager reaches 90.93% and Google Analytics 87.85%, and both are the lowest figures in this category, where 95% or better is standard. Meanwhile live chat tooling is the highest and most fragmented we record anywhere in call tracking: Facebook Chat Plugin 2.84%, Tawk.to 2.84%, HubSpot Chat 2.68%, Smartsupp 2.37%, WhatsApp Business Chat 2.05%, LiveChat 1.89%. Add those and roughly 15% of CallPage domains run at least one other engagement widget. These customers are assembling a conversion toolkit, not an analytics stack. Detectable CRM is almost absent, with the Polish tool Edrone at 0.87% and Zoho at 1.26%.

Sales Signal: The widget clustering is a strong buying signal for anything in the conversion or engagement space. A site already running CallPage plus a chat tool has demonstrated repeat appetite for exactly this class of product.

What the public record adds

This is the section where the public record does the heavy lifting rather than our crawl. CallPage's own blog carries an editor's note stating that call tracking is no longer supported and was retired in 2024, and its current homepage describes a callback widget with no attribution claim. Its public review presence is strong, around 4.8 out of 5, and consistently discusses lead capture speed rather than reporting. Our data independently reaches the same conclusion through three different signals: zero category migration, the widget-heavy stack, and the lowest analytics adoption in the category. When the vendor's own statement and three unrelated data signals agree, the categorisation is what's wrong, not the product.

Sales Signal: If a competitive deck lists CallPage among call tracking rivals, that deck is out of date by two years. Knowing this is a credibility asset in any conversation with a Polish buyer who already knows the product.

Key takeaways

1. Market position: #14 at 0.76% of Call Tracking, but categorised on a feature the vendor retired in 2024.
2. Growth phase: steadily expanding, and notably it kept growing after the tracking feature was removed.
3. Core customer: a Polish technology, real estate or financial services firm with 11 to 50 staff, founded since 2010.
4. Competitive moat: speed-to-lead callback rather than attribution, a product with no real competitor inside this category.
5. Key vulnerability: 76.7% single-country concentration and an international tail too thin to offset it.
6. Data caveat: zero observed switching with any call tracking vendor, which is unique here and should be read as a categorisation artifact.

Sales applications

Outreach angle: "You're running CallPage to get visitors on the phone quickly, plus a chat widget alongside it. Our crawl shows you have no call attribution in place, so you know the call happened but not which campaign paid for it."

Targeting strategy: on TechnologyChecker.io, filter CallPage detections to Poland and 11 to 50 employees for the core segment, or filter to IT services and software development for the 9.16% technology cluster that buys tooling most readily.

Competitive angle: there are no switchers to target here. The opening is the attribution gap instead. These businesses have invested in capturing calls and have no measurement behind them, which is a cleaner pitch than displacing an incumbent.

Every figure above comes from our own crawl: 1,287 detected CallPage domains, 929 enriched company profiles, and observed switching across 29.9M active domains. Explore the full company list, filters and migration data at TechnologyChecker.io, or read our related analysis on GA4 migration and the sites that still haven't switched.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who uses CallPage?

We detect CallPage on 1,287 domains, including Adamas University, Enel, Vectra S.A. A detection means the technology is present on that domain, which for large organisations is often a single storefront or subdomain rather than a company-wide deployment. Among domains we matched to a company with a resolved industry, the most common is IT Services and IT Consulting (6.05%).

How many customers does CallPage have?

We detect 1,287 domains running CallPage across our monthly crawl of live business domains. Company data could be matched for 929 of them (72.2%), and every company-size, industry and country breakdown on this page describes that matched subset rather than the full detected base. A further 145 domains carried a CallPage detection previously and no longer do.

What is CallPage's market share?

CallPage holds 0.76% of the Call Tracking category, ranking #14. This is a share of the domains we detect running a platform in this category — not a share of all websites, and not a share of spending — so it is not directly comparable to figures published on other denominators.

What are the best alternatives to CallPage?

The top alternatives to CallPage include CallRail (39.85% market share), Invoca (14.12% market share), CallTrackingMetrics (12.81% market share), Marchex (4.08% market share) — measured as a share of the domains we detect running a platform in this category.

Which countries use CallPage the most?

Poland leads with 682 matched CallPage domains, followed by United States (51), United Kingdom (29), Italy (21), India (17). These are counts within the 929 domains we could match to a company record, not the full detected base.

What size companies use CallPage?

Slightly larger than this category's norm. Our data shows 44.57% have ten or fewer employees, 35.18% sit in the 11 to 50 band and 13.35% in 51 to 200, from 884 enriched profiles with headcount on file. A callback tool needs someone available to take the call, which favours a business with a staffed sales desk.

How old are companies that use CallPage?

Among the CallPage domains we could match to a company with a known founding date, the largest group was founded in the 2010s (47.96%), followed by the 2000s (23.98%). That matched subset is drawn from 929 companies and is not representative of all 1,287 detected domains. This suggests CallPage is most popular among relatively young companies.

What is the ideal customer profile for CallPage?

The ideal CallPage customer is: Company Size: 11-50 employees, Location: Poland, Industry: IT services, real estate, finance, Founded: 2010-2019, Company Age: ~7-15 years old — based on our analysis of 929 enriched companies at TechnologyChecker.io.

Does CallPage still offer call tracking?

No. CallPage discontinued its call tracking feature in 2024, as stated on its own Polish-language blog, and now sells a callback widget that connects website visitors to a sales rep within seconds. Our crawler still detects CallPage on 1,287 domains, but what it detects is the callback script rather than an attribution tool.

What is CallPage used for?

CallPage puts a widget on a website offering visitors an immediate return call, then dials the sales team and connects the two automatically. It's a lead capture and speed-to-lead tool. Our data shows technology firms as its largest cluster at 9.16% once IT services and software development are combined.

How much does CallPage cost?

CallPage publishes plans starting around $31 per month for lower-traffic sites, scaling by the number of successful calls and user licences, with a 14-day free trial. Polish pricing starts lower in local currency. Check callpage.io for current rates, since published tiers change. Note that none of these plans include call tracking, which the company retired in 2024.

Is CallPage a Polish company?

Yes. CallPage was founded in 2015 in Kraków and Poland remains its core market, accounting for 668 of 871 enriched companies with a country on file, or 76.7%. The international tail reaches the United States (55), the United Kingdom (28), Italy, India and France, though none at meaningful scale.

What is a callback widget?

A callback widget invites a visitor to request an immediate phone call rather than filling in a form, then rings the sales team and bridges the two lines. The pitch is speed to lead: reaching someone while they're still on the page. It solves a different problem from call tracking, which measures where calls came from.

What are the alternatives to CallPage?

Direct alternatives are other callback widgets such as Callback24, which markets itself explicitly against CallPage in Poland. If you need call attribution rather than lead capture, the relevant products are CallRail at 39.85% category share, CallTrackingMetrics at 12.81%, or Ringostat, which holds the strongest position in Eastern Europe with 364 Ukrainian and 69 Polish companies in our data.

Which industries use CallPage?

It's the flattest spread in our Call Tracking category, with no vertical above 6%. IT services leads at 5.87%, then real estate at 4.93%, construction at 4.69% and financial services at 4.46%. Combining IT services with software development puts technology firms first at 9.16%, which is unique in a category otherwise led by construction and healthcare everywhere else.

How many companies use CallPage?

Our August 2026 crawl detects CallPage on 1,287 active domains, of which 929 match to an enriched company profile, a 72.2% match rate. That's 0.76% of the call tracking category and fourteenth place. Only 145 domains have dropped it since we began tracking in March 2026.

Why does CallPage have no migration data?

Because it isn't competing in this category any more. Our crawler has observed zero domains moving between CallPage and any other call tracking vendor since March 2026, in either direction. Every other platform here trades customers with at least one rival. That silence is the clearest evidence that CallPage now sells something different.

Do real estate agencies use CallPage?

Real estate is its second-largest vertical at 4.93%, including Polish firms such as Murapol and Metrohouse and the Madrid group Gilmar. Property enquiries suit a callback widget well, since a buyer browsing listings at 9pm is worth reaching immediately rather than attributing later, and the enquiry value justifies staffing someone to take that call.

Is CallPage's customer base young?

The youngest in this category by a clear margin. Our data shows 48.92% of companies using CallPage were founded in the 2010s and another 11.69% in the 2020s, so 60.6% postdate 2010. Only 3.06% were founded in the 1980s. Compare Marchex, where 13.71% predate 1960.

Does CallPage work with Google Analytics?

Yes, though its customers run it less consistently than the rest of this category. Our crawl shows Google Analytics on 87.85% of CallPage domains and Google Tag Manager on 90.93%, both the lowest figures we record in call tracking, where the norm sits at 95% or above on TechnologyChecker.io.
