Companies Using Ringostat

I've spent more than ten years building web crawling and technographic systems, and Ringostat is the vendor in this batch whose customer profile breaks the category's strongest pattern. Our August 2026 crawl found it on 1,255 active domains and matched 636 to enriched company records, a 50.9% rate that's the lowest here. I'll come back to that.

Growth trajectory

Ringostat entered our detection history in January 2016 on one domain and climbed without a single reversal: 66 by January 2018, 82 by 2020, 133 by 2022, 210 by January 2024, and an archive peak of 353 in April 2025. The pace is modest next to Patient Prism's 58x run over the same window, but the consistency is the story for a company headquartered in Odesa. Sales Signal: A base growing steadily in a market the global vendors ignore. There's no displacement pressure from CallRail or Invoca here, so position against regional telephony providers.

Customer profile

Every other vendor here has its largest population in the one-to-ten employee band, usually above 50% and as high as 71.86%. Ringostat does not. Its biggest band is 11 to 50 employees at 36.94%, with 24.96% between 51 and 200 and only 24.63% micro-business. Just 61.6% sit under 50 staff against a category norm above 82%. That's a genuinely mid-market product, and the reason is what it sells: a cloud PBX plus attribution, not a tracking script. It needs several people on phones before it's worth buying.

Sales Signal: This is the only account list in call tracking that reaches mid-market companies at scale. If your buyer has 20 to 200 staff rather than being a sole trader, it qualifies far better than any larger vendor's.

Industry and geographic concentration

Construction leads at only 6.7%, then advertising services at 4.98%, with transportation and logistics and real estate tied at 4.64%. Freight and haulage barely register on the American vendors, but here they sit third: Girteka Group, a 10,001+ employee European road freight operator, and Everwest Group. Dispatch runs on the phone, so a PBX with attribution attached makes sense. Ukraine is 364 of 547 enriched companies at 66.5%, with Poland at 69, the United States at 35, Kazakhstan at 28 and Bulgaria at 19.

Sales Signal: Central and Eastern European mid-market logistics and advertising firms are unreachable through any other vendor's base here, and no competing technographic list covers that segment.

Migration patterns

There's almost nothing to report, and the reason is structural. Since March 2026 our crawler has observed a single domain arriving from Nimbata and none leaving for any vendor in this category. Observed churn overall is 79 domains, the lowest of the ten platforms in this analysis. Ringostat does not trade customers with CallRail, Invoca or CallTrackingMetrics: those vendors don't sell into Ukraine, Poland or Kazakhstan in any volume. Its real losses would go to regional telephony providers and to Bitrix24 and amoCRM, which bundle calling and already appear on its customers' sites.

Sales Signal: With almost no switching in this base, displacement campaigns won't work. Expansion and integration plays will, particularly anything sitting between the phone system and the CRM.

Technology ecosystem

Ringostat customers run the most complete stack in this category. Bitrix24 reaches 5.58%, amoCRM 1.21% and Zoho 2.59%, so roughly 9.4% have a detectable CRM against 2% or less almost everywhere else in call tracking. In those bases, the defining gap is calls arriving into no system of record. Yandex.Metrika appears on 13.34% alongside Google Analytics at 97.82%, a dual-analytics habit absent from Western bases, and Google Ads Conversion Tracking hits 16.33%, the highest figure in this category. Facebook Pixel at 75.91% and TikTok Pixel at 13.0.75% round out a paid-media-mature profile.

Sales Signal: The upsell that works on every other vendor's base, selling a CRM into the attribution gap, is the weakest play here. Sell reporting, integration or paid-media optimisation instead: these customers have already closed that loop.

What the reviews measure

G2's sentiment summary rests on 21 mentions: 13 across five pros, 8 across five cons, with ease of use the top pro at 4 mentions. Four of the five con themes describe one problem, an interface people find dated and hard to navigate, carrying 7 of those 8 mentions. The loudest complaint sits against the loudest compliment, and our churn data sides with neither: just 79 domains have dropped Ringostat, the lowest count in this batch, and none went to a rival. Reviews catch the buyer at purchase. Detection catches the outcome months later. The sampling limit is the more interesting number: this base is 66.5% Ukrainian, so an English-language review site reaches a thin and unrepresentative slice of it, the same skew behind the category-low 50.9% enrichment rate.

Sales Signal: The interface complaint is not a wedge: loud on G2, no trace in our churn data. Size this market on 1,255 detections, not 21 mentions.

What the data can and cannot tell you

I'd rather flag a limitation than present these percentages as firmer than they are. Every distribution here depends on matching detected domains to LinkedIn records, and that coverage varies enormously by country. Ringostat matches 636 of 1,255 domains at 50.9%, against 80.7% for WildJar in Australia and 79.6% for Patient Prism. Nearly half the detected base has no enriched record, and that half isn't random: smaller, more local Ukrainian businesses are least likely to keep a LinkedIn page. So the mid-market skew is real but overstated, and the true base likely sits smaller and more Ukrainian than these charts suggest.

Sales Signal: Treat Ringostat's country and size percentages as directional. The detection count of 1,255 is solid; the distributions beneath it carry more uncertainty than any other vendor's here.
