Companies Using Titan Email

I analysed Titan Email against our September 2026 crawl. The headline number is easy to state and easy to misread. 147,558 domains have an MX record pointing at Titan's mail servers, which means Titan receives their email today, and 75,175 of those domains match a company record. It does not mean 147,558 companies went shopping for an email provider and picked Titan. Most of them bought a website.

Who sold the mailbox

Titan sells almost entirely through partners, so the useful question is which partner. Our crawl answers it two ways. Across all live Titan domains, 41.87% also show Hostinger, 20% show HostGator and 9.14% sit on WordPress.com. And in a random sample of 120 Titan domains, the nameservers told the same story: 38 on Hostinger's DNS, 27 on HostGator's Brazilian or Mexican nameservers, 12 on WordPress.com, and a scattering on Blacknight, GoDaddy, Wix, Bluehost and Cloudflare.

The country table follows the hosts. Brazil leads with 19,727 matched companies, and 19 of 25 sampled .br domains use HostGator Brasil's nameservers. Ireland is third with 3,938, and 22 of 25 sampled .ie domains use Blacknight, an Irish host. Titan and GoDaddy announced a partnership in August 2025, but GoDaddy appears on only 1.32% of live Titan domains in our crawl.

Sales signal: segment this list by host before anything else. A Hostinger customer in Karachi and a HostGator Brasil customer in Belo Horizonte share a mailbox vendor and almost nothing else.

Is the count real?

A bundled product raises an obvious worry: parked domains with a mailbox nobody uses. We checked. Of the 120 random domains, 114 still routed mail to Titan and 101 served a live website. Nine returned an error page, five had no site, three were near-empty and two were parked, so roughly 6% look unused. At the head of the list, 136 of 149 still routed to Titan.

The chart reads 112,084 in June 2026, 137,320 in July, 138,834 in August and 147,558 in September. The June to July step is ours, not Titan's: the set of domains we crawl turns over every month, with dead sites dropping out and new ones added, and our detection widens. Only 9.6% of today's domains were first seen in August or September. 7,500 domains have dropped Titan since we began tracking in March 2026.

Sales signal: these are live businesses, not a parking lot. Most have a working site, which makes them reachable.

Who the customers are

76.04% of matched companies with a known size employ 1 to 10 people and 17.74% employ 11 to 50. 42.28% were founded in the 2020s. Fastmail, which people buy on its own, has only 23.24% of its matched companies in the 2020s, and that gap is the channel showing through: a new business registers a domain, buys hosting and switches on the mailbox that came with it.

The list still has substance. 196 matched companies have more than 1,000 employees. Bennett, Coleman & Co., the Times Group publisher, runs bccl.in mail on Titan with DNS at WordPress.com. Grupo Ferroeste and Elmo Calçados in Belo Horizonte use it through HostGator Brasil, AFG Bank Côte d'Ivoire and Candyland in Karachi through Hostinger, and Apleona's Irish arm through Blacknight.

Sales signal: expect founders, not IT departments. The person who set up the hosting account probably decides the mail too.

Industries

No industry reaches 5%. Business Consulting leads at 4.62%, Retail at 4.61% and IT Services at 4.44%, with advertising, marketing and construction just behind. Buyers choose a host rather than a mail product for their trade, so the industry mix is the host's small-business customer base.

Sales signal: industry is a weak filter here. Country and host are strong ones.

Where leavers go

Since March 2026, 307 domains that dropped Titan now show Microsoft 365 and 203 show Google Workspace. These are the largest destinations, but we don't publish them as switches. Of the domains that ever ran Titan and Microsoft 365 together, half still show both, which looks like a move in progress or split mail rather than a clean replacement. Google Workspace runs both ways, with 207 domains going from Google to Titan. Smaller flows went to Proton Mail (27) and Fastmail (13).

Sales signal: a Titan domain that has added a Microsoft 365 record may be a company outgrowing its hosting bundle. That is the moment to sell migration, security or a suite.

The stack on a hosting plan

WordPress runs on 61.63% of live Titan domains and Elementor on 32.11%. WooCommerce stores make up 13.34% and WhatsApp chat buttons appear on 11.36%. From HostGator's side, Titan sits on 10.42% of live HostGator domains, per the HostGator profile, so roughly one HostGator customer in ten has switched it on. Developer hosts barely register: Netlify is on 0.41% of Titan domains against 4.81% of Fastmail's.

Sales signal: WordPress plugins, WooCommerce add-ons and WhatsApp tools are the natural pitch. Anything that assumes a developer on staff is not.

What G2 reviewers say

G2 shows Titan at 4.6 out of 5 across 569 reviews on 26 September 2026. The pros and cons summary behind that rests on very few mentions: customer support leads at 3, and every other point, praise or complaint, has 1. The complaints fit a minimal product sold to beginners: hidden settings such as IMAP access, limited folders and a learning curve. Our leaver data adds one fact the reviews can't: among departures to a provider we can name, Microsoft 365 comes first.

Sales signal: a high rating from light users says the basics work. It says little about whether Titan keeps a growing team.
