Companies Using Riskified
Our October 2026 crawl finds Riskified's fraud beacon running on merchants' own accounts on 1,665 live domains, and the brands behind them are bigger than the customers of the other order-fraud tools we profile. MAC Cosmetics, Clinique, Canada Goose, Valentino, New Balance and SharkNinja all load it, and 92 of the 654 companies we matched have more than 1,000 staff. Below is the list of companies that use Riskified, with size, country, industry and stack.
The count leaves out 618 domains where a platform runs Riskified under its own account: 275 restaurant and shop pages built on DoorDash's storefront product, 207 boutiques on CommentSold, and hotel, ticket and print-on-demand sites run by booking and merchandise platforms. Those merchants are the platforms' customers. On the cleaned count Riskified ranks 11th of the 32 tools in Fraud Prevention with 1.10%.

Riskified Usage Statistics
One point: 1,665 live domains in October 2026, counted without the 618 platform pages and two domain-for-sale pages described at the end of this page, so there is no earlier month on the same basis to compare with. Exits we can count: 664 domains dropped Riskified between 16 March 2026, when we began tracking removals, and October. That figure covers the whole footprint, platform pages included, and 124 of the domains that dropped it still run it on another hostname.

Which Countries Use Riskified the Most?
Which countries use Riskified the most? The United States, with 332 matched companies, then Canada (52), the United Kingdom (51) and Italy (48). Italy is the country to notice: the Italian names in our table are mostly fashion houses, and Valentino and Diesel load the beacon in our checks. Spain (14) brings Air Europa and Hotelbeds, Switzerland (13) Swarovski. English-speaking countries hold 467 of the 654 companies we matched, about 71%.
Share of the 654 Riskified domains we matched to a company record — 39.3% of the 1,665 we detect. Top 15 countries shown, so these do not sum to 100%. Domains with no matching company record are not represented here and skew small and independent.
Riskified Market Share Among Fraud Prevention
What is Riskified's market share? 1.10% of Fraud Prevention, 11th of the 32 tools we track there, on 1,665 domains, based on our live crawl at TechnologyChecker.io. Domain counts flatter vendors that sell to small stores. Several tools above it block click fraud on ads, and among the vendors that review orders Riskified sits behind Forter (21,652), NoFraud (6,382) and Signifyd (3,769) and ahead of Sift (1,539). By company size the order flips: 15.2% of Riskified's matched companies have more than 1,000 staff, against 5.62% of Sift's and 1.25% of NoFraud's.
Top Competitors by Market Share
Riskified Customers by Company Size & Age
What size companies use Riskified? A wider spread than its rivals. 29.26% of matched companies with a known size have 1 to 10 employees and 23.47% have 11 to 50, but 92 have more than 1,000, 15.2% of those with a known size. The large end includes Clinique, MAC Cosmetics, Shiseido and New Balance, which all load the beacon on their own sites, and 57 companies sit in the 1,001 to 5,000 band alone.
Company Size Distribution
Company Age (Founded Decade)
The largest group of matched companies was founded in the 2010s (30.1%), then the 2000s (20.92%). The old end is unusually full for a fraud tool: 12.24% date from before 1960 and 10.2% from the 1980s, with Wiley (1807), Swarovski (1895) and New Balance (1906) among them. Only 4.08% were founded in the 2020s.
What Industries Use Riskified the Most?
Retail leads at 18.88%, then Retail Apparel and Fashion (12.94%) and Retail Luxury Goods and Jewelry (4.9%), so the three retail labels cover 36.72% of matched companies, based on our enriched company data. Technology, Information and Internet (4.37%), Entertainment Providers (4.02%) and Travel Arrangements (3.5%) come next. Restaurants, the second industry before we removed DoorDash's storefront pages, no longer make the top ten.
Luxury fashion houses using Riskified are the standout group: Valentino, Diesel and Sandro all load the beacon. Beauty brands on Riskified include MAC Cosmetics, Clinique, Shiseido and NARS. Travel companies using Riskified include Air Europa, Hotelbeds and lastminute.com's gift-card store.
Riskified Alternatives & Competitors
Riskified's merchants often run a second fraud script. 100 domains run Riskified and Forter today, out of 133 ever seen with both, and 73 run Riskified and Sift (113 ever). Signifyd shares 45 (96 ever) and NoFraud only 5 (14), because NoFraud's stores are small Shopify shops. None of these pairs passes our switching tests here. Signifyd's page does count 27 domains that dropped Signifyd and run Riskified, and 10 that went the other way, but 9 of those 27 still run Signifyd on another hostname. The table isn't fully like-for-like: Riskified's and Sift's counts have platform-run pages removed, Forter's hasn't been through that check.

How We Counted Riskified Customers
A domain counts here if a page loads Riskified's beacon from beacon.riskified.com, creates the RISKX or riskifiedBeaconLoad object the beacon uses, or answers with Riskified's own server header. Our raw count was 2,285 domains. We removed two domain-for-sale pages.
Riskified's beacon names the merchant account in its address (a shop= value), so we read it wherever our crawl recorded the beacon, and opened samples in a browser. That check found 618 domains where a platform runs Riskified on its own account, and we removed them: 275 restaurant and convenience-store pages built on DoorDash's storefront product (shop=doordash.com), 207 boutiques selling through CommentSold, 40 ticket-resale sites on Ticket Evolution's white-label shop, 39 HotelPlanner and 33 ARES Travel hotel-booking pages, 14 Printify pop-up stores, 5 Reservamos bus-ticket sites and 5 MealKeyway ordering pages. Those merchants never signed up with Riskified.
That leaves 1,665 domains, the figure every chart and table on this page uses. Some brands still spread one store over many domains: Groupon (43 domains), Swarovski (34), Bonafide's misspelled product domains (32), Printful (26) and Dyson's country sites (20). And because some merchants add the beacon only at checkout, which a crawl of home pages and storefronts can miss, the count is a floor for the brands that integrate Riskified directly.
Expert Analysis: Riskified Growth Trends & Key Signals for Sales Teams in 2026

I write the rules our crawler uses, and fraud tools are some of the hardest to count. The beacon often lives on checkout pages, the sites sit behind bot walls, and the account behind the script is not always the merchant's. Riskified at least makes the last part checkable. A domain counts when a page loads its beacon from beacon.riskified.com, creates the beacon's RISKX object or answers with Riskified's server header, and the beacon address carries a shop= value naming the account. As of our October 2026 crawl the count is 1,665 live domains, 654 matched to a company, after the cut I describe next. On 15 October I loaded the 50 sites in our table: 32 loaded the beacon, and nearly all of the rest blocked an automated browser outright.
618 domains that belonged to someone else's account
Our raw count was 2,285. Reading the shop= values changed the picture. 275 domains were ordering pages that DoorDash builds for restaurants and convenience stores, and every one I opened reported shop=doordash.com. Another 207 were boutiques selling through CommentSold, which reports its own account. Ticket Evolution's white-label ticket sites (40), HotelPlanner (39) and ARES Travel (33) hotel-booking pages, Printify pop-up shops (14), Reservamos bus-ticket sites (5) and MealKeyway ordering pages (5) made up the rest: 618 in all, 27% of the raw count. None of those merchants is Riskified's customer, so all 618 are out of the figures on this page.
Sales signal: if you build a Riskified list from raw script detections, take out the DoorDash and CommentSold rows first. A diner on a DoorDash storefront didn't choose Riskified.
One month on a clean basis
With the platform pages gone, the chart has a single point: 1,665 domains in October 2026. Earlier months were counted with those pages in, so I don't compare them. What I can count is exits: 664 domains dropped Riskified between 16 March 2026, when we began tracking removals, and October, measured on the whole footprint; 124 of the domains that dropped it still run it on another hostname.
"More than a quarter of the domains carrying Riskified's beacon reported someone else's account. The biggest was DoorDash, which runs it on the ordering pages it builds for restaurants." - David Thomson, CTO at TechnologyChecker.io
Sales signal: nothing here supports a growth story. Treat Riskified's base as a fixed list of large brands and sell on fit.
Who the customers are
Riskified's real base is the large end. 92 matched companies have more than 1,000 staff, 15.2% of those with a known size, against 5.62% for Sift and 1.25% for NoFraud. The brands that loaded the beacon for me include Clinique, MAC Cosmetics, Shiseido, New Balance, Canada Goose and SharkNinja. The old end is full too: 12.24% were founded before 1960, among them Wiley, Swarovski and New Balance. Riskified's customer page shows logos rather than a list, so I can't match it name for name; the brands named here are the ones whose beacon I saw load.
Sales signal: the buyer is a payments or fraud team at a large retailer, usually with a procurement process. Expect multi-month cycles and security reviews.
Italian fashion and travel
The United States has 332 matched companies, Canada 52 and the United Kingdom 51, but Italy has 48, nearly twice Australia's 26. The Italian names in our table are mostly fashion houses, and Valentino and Diesel both loaded the beacon when I checked. Sandro adds more European luxury, and the three retail labels together cover 36.72% of matched companies. Travel is the other cluster, with Air Europa, Hotelbeds and lastminute.com's gift-card store.
Sales signal: European luxury houses on Riskified run large, multi-country storefronts. Payment, tax and localisation vendors with EU coverage have a ready list here.
Second vendors
Riskified's switching table is empty. 100 domains run Riskified and Forter today, out of 133 ever seen with both; 73 run it with Sift (113 ever), 45 with Signifyd (96) and 5 with NoFraud (14). Most pairs still run both, so none passes our test for a switch here; Signifyd's page counts 27 of its domains moving to Riskified, 9 of which still run Signifyd elsewhere. The pattern fits large merchants keeping a second vendor live while they compare.
"A hundred domains run Riskified and Forter side by side. In this market a second fraud vendor often means a comparison, or traffic split between two vendors." - David Thomson, CTO at TechnologyChecker.io
Sales signal: a store running Riskified and Forter together may be comparing them or splitting traffic by market. Chargeback and dispute vendors can join that conversation.
The stack around it
Shopify runs on 27.81% of live Riskified domains and Salesforce Commerce Cloud on 13.81%, with Salesforce's CQuotient recommendations on 10.27%. PayPal is on 32.55%, Apple Pay on 29.61%, Shop Pay on 22.64% and Klarna Checkout on 8.71%. Google Analytics runs on 78.44%, OneTrust on 21.68% and Braze on 4.26%. With the platform pages out, the stack reads like a list of large brand storefronts.
Sales signal: Salesforce Commerce Cloud merchants are the core of Riskified's enterprise base. SFCC partners and agencies will find their own clients on this list.
What it costs
Riskified doesn't publish prices. Its chargeback guarantee page, checked on 15 October 2026, says merchants pay only for approved orders that generate revenue, with Riskified guaranteeing approval rates and covering chargebacks. Its Shopify app has been listed since March 2013, is free to install and has a 4.5 rating from 43 reviews; Riskified bills its fees separately.
Sales signal: a fee on approved orders grows with sales, so renewals land on the merchants with the most volume. That is when a rival's pitch on approval rates gets heard.

Frequently Asked Questions
Who uses Riskified?
Mostly fashion, beauty and travel brands, many of them large. Our crawl finds Riskified's beacon on 1,665 live domains on merchants' own accounts, and 92 of the 654 companies we matched have more than 1,000 staff. Recognisable users include MAC Cosmetics, Clinique, Canada Goose, Valentino, New Balance and Air Europa. We leave out 618 platform pages, mainly DoorDash and CommentSold.
How many customers does Riskified have?
Our October 2026 crawl finds Riskified on 1,665 live domains, 654 of them matched to a company, after removing 618 pages where DoorDash, CommentSold or another platform runs it on its own account. Domains still overstate merchants: Groupon spreads one store over 43 domains and Swarovski over 34. Since 16 March 2026, 664 domains have dropped Riskified.
What is Riskified's market share?
1.10% of Fraud Prevention, 11th of the 32 tools we track there, on 1,665 domains. Domain counts favour vendors selling to small stores, such as NoFraud (6,382 domains) and Signifyd (3,769), and Forter's 21,652 hasn't had platform pages removed. Riskified's customers are larger, with 15.2% of matched companies above 1,000 staff, so its share of order volume is likely higher than its share of domains.
What are the best alternatives to Riskified?
Forter is the usual enterprise rival, and 100 domains run both today. Signifyd also guarantees approved orders, sells to mid-market stores and shares 45 domains with Riskified. Sift suits account and marketplace fraud more than checkout fraud. For small Shopify stores, NoFraud, now called Wyllo, publishes prices from $250 a month for its guaranteed plans.
Which countries use Riskified the most?
The United States, with 332 matched companies, then Canada (52), the United Kingdom (51) and Italy (48). Italy stands out: the Italian names in our table are mostly fashion houses, such as Valentino and Diesel. English-speaking countries hold 467 of the 654 companies we matched, about 71%, a lower share than NoFraud's 88%.
What size companies use Riskified?
A wider range than most fraud tools. 29.26% of matched companies with a known size have 1 to 10 employees and 23.47% have 11 to 50, but 92 have more than 1,000, 15.2% of those with a known size, against 1.25% for NoFraud. The large end includes Clinique, Shiseido, New Balance and MAC Cosmetics, all loading the beacon on their own sites.
How old are companies that use Riskified?
Among the Riskified domains we could match to a company with a known founding date, the largest group was founded in the 2010s (30.1%), followed by the 2000s (20.92%). That matched subset is drawn from 654 companies and is not representative of all 1,665 detected domains. This suggests Riskified is most popular among relatively young companies.
What is the ideal customer profile for Riskified?
The ideal Riskified customer is: Company Size: 1-10 employees (29.26%), plus 92 with 1,000+, Location: US, then Canada, UK and Italy, Founded: 2010-2019 (30.1%), Industry: Fashion, beauty, luxury and travel, Store: Shopify or Salesforce Commerce Cloud store — based on our analysis of 654 enriched companies at TechnologyChecker.io.
What companies use Riskified?
In our October 2026 crawl the beacon loads for MAC Cosmetics, Clinique, Shiseido and NARS in beauty; Valentino, Diesel and Sandro in fashion; New Balance, Canada Goose, Alo Yoga and 5.11 Tactical in apparel; and Air Europa, Hotelbeds and lastminute.com in travel. DoorDash is a customer too, and runs it on the storefront pages it builds.
What does Riskified do?
It decides in real time whether an online order is fraud, and backs the orders it approves with a chargeback guarantee: if an approved order turns out fraudulent, Riskified covers the chargeback. A beacon on the merchant's pages collects device and session data for that decision. It also sells dispute handling, policy-abuse and account-takeover tools.
Is Riskified an Israeli company?
It has Israeli roots and a US base. According to its Wikipedia entry, Eido Gal and Assaf Feldman founded Riskified in 2012, and it lists headquarters in both New York City and Tel Aviv. It is a public company, listed on the New York Stock Exchange as RSKD since its July 2021 IPO, which valued it at $4.3 billion.
How much does Riskified cost?
Riskified doesn't publish prices; its pricing link leads to a demo request. Its chargeback-guarantee page says merchants pay only for approved orders, with chargebacks on those orders covered, so the fee is a share of approved sales. The Shopify app is free to install, with Riskified billing its charges separately from the Shopify invoice. Checked 15 October 2026.
Riskified vs Forter: which is more widely used?
Forter, by domains: 21,652 in our crawl against Riskified's 1,665. Forter's count hasn't had platform pages removed the way Riskified's has, so the merchant gap is smaller than that. They overlap heavily: 100 domains run both today, out of 133 ever seen with both, more than Riskified shares with Sift, Signifyd or NoFraud.
Riskified vs Signifyd: which is more widely used?
Signifyd counts more domains, 3,769 to Riskified's 1,665, but sells to smaller stores: Shopify runs on 80.66% of Signifyd's domains, per its profile, against 27.81% of Riskified's. Both guarantee approved orders against fraud chargebacks. 45 domains run both today, out of 96 ever seen with both, so many merchants test one beside the other.
Does Riskified work with Shopify?
Yes. Riskified has had a Shopify app since March 2013, free to install, with a 4.5 rating from 43 reviews when we checked on 15 October 2026. In our crawl Shopify runs on 27.81% of Riskified domains, including Alo Yoga, Canada Goose and MAC Cosmetics. Salesforce Commerce Cloud runs on another 13.81%, the bigger share among large brands.
Why do restaurant ordering pages load Riskified?
Because DoorDash uses Riskified. DoorDash builds ordering websites for restaurants and shops, and those pages load Riskified's beacon under DoorDash's account (shop=doordash.com). We found 275 such domains, from local diners to convenience-store delivery pages, and took them out of the 1,665. The restaurant or shop is DoorDash's customer, not Riskified's.
