Companies Using SendPulse Web Push

Our category table carried a push tool called WebPush with no vendor attached, so I started by tracing the address its script loads from, web.webpushs.com. That host serves SendPulse's account login, and SendPulse's web push API documentation returns every site's install code in the form web.webpushs.com/js/push/<id>_1.js. So this page is SendPulse's web push product. A domain counts when a page on it loads that script, and in our October 2026 crawl that's 1,873 live domains, 725 of them matched to a company.

What I removed before counting

The raw count was 1,977. Six domains fell to our usual title filter. When I fetched every remaining homepage on 15 October, 98 more were gambling sites: 56 belong to white-label online-casino brands that run one template across many numbered domains, and the rest are casino operators, casino and betting affiliates, and CS2 case-opening pages. Those brands ran several SendPulse script ids per site, so the installs were real, but they aren't businesses a seller can use. The remaining 1,873 look like real installs. In a random sample of 47, 29 loaded the script in our browser and 10 more carried it in their page code; one no longer had it and seven didn't answer.

Accounts are mostly one per site. 921 domains exposed a SendPulse script id in their HTML, using 877 different ids, and 828 of those ids sit on a single domain. The exceptions are small: one id covers 12 Ukrainian online shops. The biggest customer is a publisher, Andalucía Información, whose 36 local-news domains redirect to andaluciainformacion.es.

Sales signal: after the cut, a row here is one company with one SendPulse account. Collapse Andalucía Información's 36 domains into one before you count accounts.

One point on the chart

The usage chart shows only October, because the cleaned count exists for this month alone. I won't read a trend into one point. Churn is the useful number: since we began tracking this script on 4 August 2026, 147 domains dropped it on at least one hostname, and 35 of them still run it on another hostname.

Sales signal: treat this as a stable list of about 1,900 sites and refresh it monthly; the cleaned history is too short to promise growth.

Customers where SendPulse has offices

SendPulse's about page says it was founded in 2015 as an email platform, has offices and representatives in the United States, Brazil, Mexico and Ukraine, and passed 200,000 customers on 15 July 2026. The push base follows that map. Brazil has 115 matched companies and Ukraine 101, against 52 in the United States; Turkey (49), Spain (44), India (30) and Russia (22) come next. On Webpushr's profile, India and the United States lead, and on OneSignal's the United States does.

Sales signal: unlike Webpushr's and OneSignal's lists, this one has more Brazilian and Ukrainian companies than American ones. Localised marketing tools and agencies in those markets get a ready list.

Older and less micro than Webpushr or OneSignal

46.06% of matched companies with a known size have 1 to 10 employees, well below Webpushr's 64.66% and OneSignal's 58.67%, and 15.6% have 51 to 200. Age points the same way: only 16.56% were founded in the 2020s, against 25.93% on Webpushr's profile. The named users are businesses that sell something: Súper Sánchez, the Mexican grocery chain; ValueJet and FlyOne, two airlines; ALTUM and CMI in finance; Meest Poshta in delivery. Retail leads the industries at 6.43%, and Newspaper Publishing is only 2.09%.

Sales signal: the buyer is a marketing or ecommerce manager at an established mid-sized company, not a blogger. Pitch conversion and repeat purchase rather than page views.

A second push tool is rare

26 domains run SendPulse Web Push and OneSignal today, out of 30 ever seen with both, against 1,873 and 47,794 domains in total. Our switching tests found no corridor between them. Webpushr, free up to the same 10,000 subscribers, has 4,125 domains, and Gravitec, whose terms are issued by Gravitec Ukraine LLC, has 1,345.

The bundle matters less than I expected. Only 135 of the 1,873 domains also load the other SendPulse scripts, such as forms, chat or pop-ups, that our catalog tracks under a separate SendPulse entry. On most of these sites, push is the only SendPulse product we can see.

Sales signal: a rival push vendor is usually replacing a stand-alone push script here, not breaking up a bundle, which makes the switch easier to pitch.

A stack with Yandex in it

Percentages here are of the 1,873 clean domains. Google Analytics runs on 83.88%, and Yandex.Metrika on 21.25%, with Top.Mail.Ru (4.7%) and Liveinternet (4.22%) behind it. WordPress is on only 32.3%; Prom (3.95%), 1C-Bitrix (3.84%), Tilda (2.08%) and OpenCart (1.76%) fill much of the rest. SendPulse's WordPress plugin lists 500+ active installations, so many of these sites added the script by hand or through another platform. DoubleClick Floodlight (31.5%) and Google AdSense (17.89%) are the main ad tags, and WooCommerce runs on 7.05%.

Sales signal: integrations matter here. A tool that plugs into 1C-Bitrix, Prom or Tilda will travel further on this list than a WordPress-only plugin.

What it costs

SendPulse's web push pricing (15 October 2026) lists a Basic plan free for 10,000 subscribers, with unlimited notifications, RSS to push and automated series. PRO starts at $19.20 a month billed annually for 30,000 subscribers, 20% less than monthly billing, and adds branding removal, API access, segmentation and A/B testing; tiers run up to 5 million subscribers.

Sales signal: sites under 10,000 subscribers pay nothing, so the accounts worth a competitive offer are the larger shops and travel firms most likely to be on PRO.
