Companies Using Revinate

Revinate isn't a booking tool, and the first thing I did was work out what we were counting. A domain counts when a page loads either contact-api.inguest.com/.../revinate-form.js, the guest signup form, or a script from twi.revinate.com, the call-tracking phone number. In our script records 754 of the 1,057 domains load the form, 238 the phone script and 33 both; 98 had neither in our script logs, so we can't say which one they run. I checked a random sample of 50 live domains. 38 loaded a Revinate script when I visited, 27 the form and 11 the phone script. Two more carried Revinate settings in their own code, three sat behind bot walls, and seven showed nothing I could find. That gives 1,057 live domains in our October 2026 crawl, 793 matched to a company.

Two products, one name

The form comes from inGuest, which Revinate launched in September 2014 as a guest data platform and which lives on as Revinate Marketing. The phone script comes from NAVIS, which Revinate bought in July 2021; its code still names its functions after NAVIS. The phone script shows a campaign-specific number to each visitor, so a hotel's sales team can tell which ad or email drove a call.

Sales signal: a domain with the phone script is running Revinate Reservation Sales, a call-centre product. A domain with the form is running Revinate's CRM. Pitch them differently.

Domains, accounts and Terranea

The phone script carries an account number, so I counted accounts. 238 domains sit on 83 accounts, and 24 accounts cover three or more domains, 164 domains in all. The biggest is Terranea Resort in Palos Verdes: one account on 40 domains, 3.78% of the headline. Most are campaign and vanity domains such as terraneaweddings.com, and some are misspellings, like tarranea.com and tearaynah.com. Suncadia has 13 and Meritage Collection 11. One account was blank: one resort loads the script with no account number, so it tracks nothing. Across all Revinate domains, 128 of the 960 with a specific page title share it with another domain.

Sales signal: dedupe by property before you count. A resort with 40 domains is one deal.

Growth trajectory

The chart reads 687 in June 2026 and 1,057 in October. I wouldn't call that growth. The set of domains we crawl turns over every month, with dead sites dropping out and newly found ones added, and our detection signals widened over the summer. Fleets amplify it, since one resort adding a crawlable domain family moves the line by dozens. Since 16 March 2026, 127 domains dropped Revinate from at least one hostname.

Sales signal: the property count is stable and the domain count is noisy. Plan territory by properties.

Who the customers are

These are bigger, older businesses than the restaurant tools in this category. 53.86% of matched companies with a known size have more than 50 staff, and 43 have more than 500. 16.11% were founded before 1960, against 4% on Zenchef's profile. The named accounts read like a list of American resorts: Pinehurst, The Breakers, Kiawah Island, Mohonk Mountain House, The Little Nell, Suncadia and The Coeur d'Alene Resort. Outside the US there are Hotel Sacher, Bürgenstock, The Datai Langkawi and Kandima in the Maldives.

Sales signal: the buyer is a director of marketing or of revenue at a full-service property, often with a call centre. Hotel-tech vendors selling upsell, chat or personalisation will find a budget-holding list here.

Where they are

The United States has 472 of the 793 matched companies, 59.52%. The UK (67), Ireland (33), Australia (29) and Canada (25) bring English-speaking countries to 78.94%. The rest is spread thin across resort destinations, from the United Arab Emirates (7) and Thailand (5) to single properties in the Maldives and Sri Lanka.

Sales signal: for a US hotel-marketing agency, this list is a ready-made set of properties that already run email and call tracking. Outside the US and the British Isles, only the Netherlands (20) and Spain (13) reach double figures.

The OpenTable row

Our data shows 40 domains that dropped OpenTable in the last 90 days and run Revinate. All 40 are Terranea's. They dropped OpenTable between 18 July and 1 October 2026, and all of them run Revinate's phone script today. Revinate doesn't book tables, so the row records one resort changing how its restaurants take bookings, multiplied by its domain count. 25 domains still run Revinate and OpenTable together, and 27 run Revinate with Mews.

Sales signal: there's no migration story here to sell against. Revinate sits beside booking engines, so its accounts are as open to restaurant and booking-engine pitches as anyone else's.

The stack around it

Google Analytics runs on 90.26% of Revinate domains, DoubleClick Floodlight on 44.94%, Microsoft Advertising on 31.98% and Sojern on 11.26%. The Trade Desk (5.96%) and StackAdapt (5.58%) show programmatic buying. The Hotels Network is on 20.25% and Milestone CMS on 5.2%. These sites spend on paid media and on direct-booking tools.

Sales signal: pair this list with ad-tech data. A Revinate hotel running Floodlight and Sojern is a property with an agency, a media budget and a reason to care about attribution.

What it costs

Revinate's Guest Feedback plans (checked 15 October 2026) list Reputation at $125 a month per property plus a $200 non-recurring fee per property, and post-stay surveys at $125 a month plus $100. Add-ons include outlets at $50 a month and a custom sender domain at $250. Revinate Marketing's tiers are priced on request.

Sales signal: per-property pricing makes multi-property groups the big contracts, and the groups on this list, such as Ace, Proper, Lore and Kohler, are where a rival would have to win.
