Companies Using Noibu
Our October 2026 crawl finds Noibu's script on 1,775 live domains. Our catalog files it under Help Desk, but Noibu isn't a help desk. It's an Ottawa company that watches every session on an online store for JavaScript errors, broken checkouts and slow pages, keeps session replays, and now sells AI agents that write the fixes. So its customers are retailers: Retail, apparel retail and luxury retail add up to 39.59% of matched companies. Below is the list of companies that use Noibu, with size, country, industry and stack. It includes Boscov's, Reebok, Card Factory, Hunkemöller and Moen's online shop.
Noibu ranks 7th of the 49 technologies in our Help Desk category, with 0.95% of its domains. The rows above it are feedback widgets, status pages and one help desk, so the rank says little about its real market. Domain counts flatter a few big brands, too. Camping World's storefront title sits on 90 domains, mostly dealership names it bought, and that one company is 4.93% of the 1,824 domains behind this page's charts.

Noibu Usage Statistics
The chart reads 1,023 domains in June 2026, 1,228 in July, 1,494 in August, 1,632 in September and 1,775 in October. Don't read that as new contracts. The set of domains we crawl turns over every month, with dead sites dropping out and newly found ones added, and our detection of Noibu's script widened over the same months. Exits we can count: 583 domains dropped Noibu since we began tracking it in March 2026, and when we checked in October, 89 of the dropped domains still ran it on another hostname.

Which Countries Use Noibu the Most?
Which countries use Noibu the most? The United States, with 545 matched companies, then the United Kingdom (99) and Canada (80), Noibu's home market. Germany (18), the Netherlands (14) and Australia (13) follow, and no other country reaches a dozen. The US, UK and Canada hold 724 of the 826 companies we could place, 87.65%. The same three countries hold 77.95% of BugHerd's country table and 75.3% of Marker.io's, so Noibu is the most concentrated of the three, based on our enriched company data.
Share of the 854 Noibu domains we matched to a company record — 48.1% of the 1,775 we detect. Top 15 countries shown, so these do not sum to 100%. Domains with no matching company record are not represented here and skew small and independent.
Noibu Market Share Among Help Desk
What is Noibu's market share? 0.95% of Help Desk, 7th of the 49 technologies in that category at TechnologyChecker.io, counting 1,775 domains. It isn't a like-for-like table. A Statuspage row leads with 142,413 domains, and the rows above Noibu are BugHerd (9,241), Atlassian Statuspage (7,212), Freshdesk (5,487), Marker.io (3,989) and Birdie: feedback widgets, status pages and a help desk. Against the session-replay tools it competes with, Noibu is smaller: FullStory's profile counts 26,974 domains and Contentsquare's 34,664.
Top Competitors by Market Share
Noibu Customers by Company Size & Age
What size companies use Noibu? An even spread, and a larger one than its neighbours in this category. 24.94% of matched companies with a known size have 1 to 10 employees, 24.82% have 11 to 50 and 24.94% have 51 to 200, so the bigger firms hold the last quarter. 9.97% have more than 1,000 staff, against 5.15% on BugHerd's page and 3.21% on Marker.io's. Department stores, airlines and national chains such as Boscov's and Card Factory sit in that top band.
Company Size Distribution
Company Age (Founded Decade)
The largest group of matched companies was founded in the 2010s (23.47%), with the 2000s close behind (22.2%). Then comes an old tail: 14.44% predate 1960, including Hunkemöller (1886), Berlin Packaging (1898), Reebok (1895), Manor (1902) and Boscov's (1914). Only 4.69% date from the 2020s, against 9.28% on BugHerd's page and 16.08% on Marker.io's. Noibu sells to established merchants with a store worth protecting.
What Industries Use Noibu the Most?
Retail leads at 28.59%, followed by Retail Apparel and Fashion (8.93%) and Manufacturing (6.34%), based on our enriched company data. Add Retail Luxury Goods and Jewelry (2.07%) and the three retail rows hold 39.59% of matched companies. The rest of the top ten is sporting goods, wholesale, cars, personal care and fitness: businesses that sell online, whatever LinkedIn calls them.
Retailers using Noibu include Boscov's, Ocean State Job Lot and Manor, the Swiss department store. Fashion brands on Noibu include Hunkemöller, Quiksilver, Eddie Bauer and TOUS, the Spanish jeweller. Manufacturers using Noibu sell direct from their own stores: Reebok on reebok.com, Moen on shop.moen.com and Berlin Packaging on berlinpackaging.com, all of which loaded Noibu when we checked in October 2026.
Noibu Alternatives & Competitors
None of these rows is a direct rival. BugHerd and Marker.io are feedback widgets, Atlassian Statuspage publishes status pages and Freshdesk is a help desk. Noibu competes with session-replay and digital-experience tools, which we track in another category: FullStory (26,974 domains on its profile) and Contentsquare (34,664). The overlap here is support, not replacement: 246 Noibu domains also run Zendesk today, out of 357 ever seen with both, and 14 run Marker.io.

Expert Analysis: Noibu Growth Trends & Key Signals for Sales Teams in 2026

Noibu came to us filed under Help Desk, and the first job was to say what it is. Its script watches every session on an online store for JavaScript errors, slow pages and broken checkouts, puts a revenue figure on each, and keeps the session replays. A domain counts here when its pages create Noibu's configuration object or load a script from cdn.noibu.com. Our October 2026 crawl finds 1,775 live domains, 854 of them matched to a company, 7th of 49 in a category it doesn't belong to.
Domains, stores and brands
We found no agency or platform account behind Noibu's count. The script is installed store by store, and on Shopify its address carries the store's own myshopify name. Where we could read it, 442 domains resolve to 226 stores, about two domains each. The extra domains belong to the brands themselves. Camping World has 90 domains showing its storefront title, mostly dealership names it bought and pointed at its own site. A direct-selling brand has 34, partly consultant addresses; a supplements brand 25; a hotel group 22; an agricultural supplier 18 domains for one shop.
Sales signal: dedupe by redirect target before you count accounts. Camping World alone is 4.93% of the 1,824 domains behind the charts, and it's one buyer.
Is it running?
I wanted to know whether the script still does anything, so we opened the 90 largest companies on our list in a headless browser. 66 rendered for us; the rest sat behind bot walls. On 32 of the 66, Noibu's core script loaded, and on 27 of those it went on to fetch its worker, web-vitals or recording modules, which means the collector started. Another 17 carried Noibu in the page without running it during our visit: Shopify app entries that load late, or loaders held behind a OneTrust consent category. 17 showed no trace, possibly recent removals that our next crawl will confirm. That's 49 of 66 reachable sites with Noibu present.
Sales signal: treat roughly three in four rows as live installs. The rest are worth a second look before outreach.
Growth, read carefully
The chart reads 1,023 domains in June 2026, then 1,228, 1,494 and 1,632, and 1,775 in October. Most of that rise is on our side. The domains we crawl turn over every month, with dead sites dropping out and new ones added, and our detection of Noibu widened over the same months. Exits are measurable: 583 domains dropped Noibu since we began tracking it in March 2026, and 89 of the dropped domains still run it on another hostname, so real churn is lower than that headline.
"Noibu isn't a help desk and doesn't sell like one. Its customers are established retailers, many already paying for developer monitoring, who still want a dollar figure on each bug." - Elif Arslan, CMO & Co-founder at TechnologyChecker.io
Sales signal: size the market from the clean count, not the curve. About 1,800 domains, with fewer brands behind them, is the honest pool.
Who the customers are
Size is evenly split. 24.94% of matched companies have 1 to 10 employees, 24.82% have 11 to 50 and 24.94% have 51 to 200; the larger bands hold the last quarter. 9.97% have more than 1,000 staff, against 5.15% on BugHerd's page and 3.21% on Marker.io's. Age tells the same story. Only 4.69% were founded in the 2020s, and 14.44% predate 1960: Hunkemöller (1886), Reebok (1895), Berlin Packaging (1898), Manor (1902), Boscov's (1914). These are merchants with decades of brand and a store that has to keep converting.
Noibu's own customer stories name The Exchange, the Army and Air Force Exchange Service, Browns Shoes, Guess, TOV Furniture and Totally Bamboo. The Exchange and Guess are on our list too, though both block automated browsers, so we didn't name them as checked.
Sales signal: the buyer is the ecommerce director of an established brand, not a developer. Pitch revenue protection and checkout uptime, and expect procurement.
Retail, and mostly in three countries
Retail is 28.59% of matched companies, Retail Apparel and Fashion 8.93% and Retail Luxury Goods and Jewelry 2.07%, so the three retail rows hold 39.59%. Manufacturing (6.34%) is mostly brands selling direct: Reebok, Moen, Berlin Packaging. Geography is narrow. The United States has 545 companies, the United Kingdom 99 and Canada 80, Noibu's home market; together they are 724 of the 826 we could place, 87.65%. Switzerland's Manor and La Prairie and Spain's TOUS show the European edge.
Sales signal: for a vendor selling to Noibu's buyers, this list is a clean set of North American and British retailers with in-house ecommerce teams. Filter by country and size and it's ready to use.
No switching to report
We publish no migration table for Noibu, because no pair passes our tests. The overlaps are about support. 246 Noibu domains run Zendesk today, out of 357 ever seen with both. 14 run Marker.io and 10 Talkdesk. Freshdesk is the only odd one: 11 domains have run both, and only 2 still do, which is too few to call a trend.
"About one Noibu site in six runs Gorgias and one in seven runs Zendesk. Our category table puts them side by side, but one tool tells the team what broke and the other answers the customer." - Elif Arslan, CMO & Co-founder at TechnologyChecker.io
Sales signal: sell Noibu-adjacent tools as complements. The support team and the ecommerce team are different budgets on the same site.
The stack around it
On the 1,824 domains behind the charts, Google Analytics runs on 90.3%. About 38% of the domains we first detected run on Shopify, and CQuotient, Salesforce Commerce Cloud's recommendations script, is on 6.91%. Gorgias (16.45%) and Zendesk (13.38%) handle support. The monitoring tools surprised me: Sentry is on 14.42%, Dynatrace on 9.65%, Datadog on 8.39% and New Relic on 6.69%. Noibu sits beside developer monitoring rather than replacing it. OneTrust (17.27%) is the most common consent tool, which is why many sites only start Noibu after a visitor accepts cookies.
Sales signal: a site with Noibu and Datadog or Dynatrace has two monitoring budgets. Consolidation is a real pitch, in either direction.
What it costs
Noibu publishes no prices. Its website, checked on 15 October 2026, offers a demo and a free checkout or website audit. Its FAQ lists support for Shopify and Shopify Plus, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Magento/Adobe Commerce, BigCommerce, SAP Hybris and commercetools, and says it captures every session without sampling.
Sales signal: quoted pricing and full-session capture mean renewal is a negotiation about traffic. Peak-season stores are the natural moment to ask.

Frequently Asked Questions
Who uses Noibu?
Mostly retailers. Retail, apparel retail and luxury retail make up 39.59% of the companies we matched, and about 38% run on Shopify in our platform check. Our crawl finds Noibu on 1,775 live domains, including Boscov's, Reebok, Card Factory, Hunkemöller, Manor and Moen's online shop. Camping World alone accounts for 90 domains, most of them dealership names it bought.
How many customers does Noibu have?
Our crawl finds Noibu's script on 1,775 live domains in October 2026, and 854 of them match a company. Domains overstate brands: Camping World has 90 and two other brands 25 to 34 each, and the Shopify stores we could read average about two domains each (442 domains, 226 stores). Since March 2026, 583 domains have dropped Noibu, some of them only on one hostname.
What is Noibu's market share?
0.95% of the Help Desk category, 7th of 49 technologies, counting 1,775 domains. That category is the wrong yardstick: the rows above Noibu are feedback widgets, status pages and a help desk. Against session-replay tools it is smaller than FullStory (26,974 domains on its profile) and Contentsquare (34,664), and its customer base is far more concentrated in retail than theirs.
What are the best alternatives to Noibu?
The tools retailers compare it with are session-replay and experience-analytics platforms: FullStory (26,974 domains in our crawl), Contentsquare (34,664) and LogRocket (6,577), plus error trackers like Sentry for developers. Noibu's pitch is ecommerce focus: revenue impact per error and fixes written for you. Few Noibu sites drop it for a rival we can see; 246 run Zendesk beside it, which is support, not replacement.
Which countries use Noibu the most?
The United States leads with 545 matched companies, then the United Kingdom (99), Canada (80), Germany (18), the Netherlands (14) and Australia (13). The US, UK and Canada hold 724 of the 826 companies we could place, 87.65% of them. Canada, Noibu's home market, is third. Continental Europe is thin: Switzerland, France, Italy and Spain have about ten or fewer each.
What size companies use Noibu?
A broad, even spread. 24.94% of matched companies have 1 to 10 employees, 24.82% have 11 to 50 and 24.94% have 51 to 200, and the rest are larger. 9.97% have more than 1,000 staff, nearly twice BugHerd's 5.15% and three times Marker.io's 3.21%. The big names include Boscov's, Card Factory, Manor, Hunkemöller and Peacocks.

What is Noibu?
Noibu is an Ottawa software company that monitors online stores. Its script watches every session for JavaScript errors, slow pages and friction such as a dead add-to-cart button, estimates the revenue each issue costs, and keeps session replays and heat maps. It now markets itself as AI for ecommerce operations, with six agents covering bugs, speed, accessibility, conversion, ad spend and A/B tests.
Is Noibu a help desk?
No. Our category table lists it under Help Desk, but Noibu doesn't handle tickets or customer conversations. It monitors a store's front end for errors and lost revenue, closer to FullStory or Contentsquare than to Zendesk. Many Noibu sites run a real help desk next to it: Zendesk is on 13.38% of the domains behind our charts and Gorgias on 16.45%.
How much does Noibu cost?
Noibu doesn't publish a price list. Its website, checked on 15 October 2026, offers a demo and a free website or checkout audit rather than plans, so pricing comes through its sales team. Expect a negotiated contract: 9.97% of matched Noibu companies have more than 1,000 staff, which is an enterprise buying pattern.
Which ecommerce platforms does Noibu work with?
Noibu's FAQ lists Shopify and Shopify Plus, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Magento/Adobe Commerce, BigCommerce, SAP Hybris and commercetools. In our crawl Shopify leads: about 38% of Noibu domains run it, installed as an app whose script carries the store's myshopify address. CQuotient, a Salesforce Commerce Cloud script, appears on 6.91%, which points to the SFCC stores.
Noibu vs FullStory: what's the difference?
FullStory is a general digital-experience platform used by software, finance and retail sites; its profile counts 26,974 domains in our crawl. Noibu covers less ground and only sells to ecommerce: it ties every error to checkout revenue and now writes code fixes with AI agents. On our data, Noibu's base is retail-heavy, with three retail industries holding 39.59% of matched companies.
Where is Noibu based?
Ottawa, Canada. Noibu Technologies Inc. gives 979 Bank Street, Ottawa as its address in its privacy policy, checked on 15 October 2026. Canada is the third-largest country in our data, with 80 matched companies, behind the United States (545) and the United Kingdom (99). Canadian names on our list include Princess Auto, the Winnipeg tool retailer, and Transat.
Does Noibu slow down a website?
Noibu says its script is built to run in the background without affecting load speed. What we can report is what loads: on the pages we opened in October 2026, a core script from cdn.noibu.com, then a worker, web-vitals and sometimes a recording module, all from Noibu's CDN. Some sites also hold Noibu behind their consent banner, so it starts only after a visitor agrees.
