Companies Using Rezync (Zeta Global)
Rezync is Zeta Global's Zync pixel: rezync.com is the domain Zeta's container tag calls, according to Zeta's own tag and cookie documentation. When a page loads, the pixel calls live.rezync.com, sets a Zync cookie and lets Zeta match the browser to its identity data for retargeting. Our October 2026 crawl finds a working Zync pixel on 1,631 domains, 942 of them matched to a company. Below is the list of companies that use Rezync, with size, country, industry and stack; it includes AT&T, USPS, Ulta Beauty, Vanguard and Purdue University.
Domains overstate the number of buyers. Each pixel carries the name of the Zeta account that owns it, and the 1,355 domains where we could read a working one belong to 376 accounts: Lithia Auto Group runs its account on 119 dealership domains and AutoNation on 91. The buyers are American (818 matched companies) and older than most ad-tech users, with 24.38% founded before 1960. Rezync ranks 7th in Retargeting & Remarketing with a 1.55% share, after we removed 93 domains whose pixel no longer works or belongs to someone else.

Rezync (Zeta Global) Usage Statistics
Our chart has one point: 1,631 domains in October 2026, the first month counted after we removed dead and borrowed pixels. Earlier totals included them, and they wouldn't make a clean trend anyway: the domains we crawl turn over every month, dead sites out and newly found ones in, and our detection widens over time. Exits we can count. 570 domains dropped the pixel on at least one hostname since 4 August 2026, and 124 of those still run it on another hostname.

Which Countries Use Rezync (Zeta Global) the Most?
Which countries use Rezync the most? The United States, with 818 matched companies, then Canada (30), Hungary (11) and the United Kingdom (10). In Europe the pixel shows up mostly on car-dealer sites under an importer's account, such as Lexus Netherlands' account on 17 dealer domains and Toyota Poland's on 9, based on the account names in the pixels we read.
Share of the 942 Rezync (Zeta Global) domains we matched to a company record — 57.8% of the 1,631 we detect. Top 15 countries shown, so these do not sum to 100%. Domains with no matching company record are not represented here and skew small and independent.
Rezync (Zeta Global) Market Share Among Retargeting & Remarketing
What is Rezync's market share? 1.55% of Retargeting & Remarketing, 7th in the category, counting 1,631 domains at TechnologyChecker.io. The comparison is loose. RTB House (49,530 domains, 47.03%) and Seznam Sklik (14,269, 13.55%) sell retargeting as a service, while the Zync pixel is one part of Zeta Global's marketing platform, so the share measures how many sites carry Zeta's tag.

Rezync (Zeta Global) Customers by Company Size & Age
Is Rezync only for big companies? No, but the small ones often sit inside big ones. 30.59% of matched companies have 1 to 10 staff and 23.03% have 11 to 50, yet many are single dealerships, dental practices or hotels whose pixel belongs to a parent group. At the top, 14.8% have more than 1,000 staff, among 912 companies with a known size.
Company Size Distribution
Company Age (Founded Decade)
Rezync's buyers are old companies. 24.38% were founded before 1960, the largest single group, and 51.25% before 1990, among 402 companies with a founding year. Only 5.47% date from the 2020s. That is the profile of established brands, banks, universities and charities, not start-ups.

How We Counted Rezync Customers
A domain counts here if a page on it loads a script from rezync.com, the domain Zeta Global's Zync pixel calls. Counted that way, our October 2026 crawl finds 1,743 live domains. We set aside 19 whose page title marks them as for sale or gambling. Then we read the Zeta pixel on every remaining domain where our crawl or a browser visit showed it, 1,448 in all, and sent each one to Zeta's own sync address, the one the pixel calls on every page view.
We removed 93 domains. On 53, Zeta answered that the pixel's partner ID doesn't exist; on 32 it returned an empty tag. Either way the pixel runs nothing. 6 are client sites of a marketing agency that carry the agency's own Zeta account, 1 is a copy of CNN's homepage on an unrelated domain with CNN's pixel, and 1 is a charity site carrying another organisation's campaign pixel. None of those 8 sites chose Zeta for itself.
Every chart and table on this page uses the remaining 1,631. Of those, 1,355 returned a working tag, and on the other 276 we couldn't read the pixel. Because the chart starts with the cleaned count, it has a single October point; our category table shows the same cleaned 1,631. Keep in mind that domains are not buyers: the 1,355 working pixels belong to 376 Zeta accounts, and 21 of those cover 632 domains between them.
Expert Analysis: Rezync (Zeta Global) Growth Trends & Key Signals for Sales Teams in 2026

Most people who search for Rezync have just seen live.rezync.com in a blocker or a cookie list. The answer is simple: rezync.com is the domain of the Zync pixel, the container tag Zeta Global's clients put on their sites, according to Zeta's own tag and cookie documentation. Our October 2026 crawl finds a working Zync pixel on 1,631 domains, and we matched 942 of them to a company. Before writing I read the Zeta account name in every pixel we could see and asked Zeta's own endpoint whether each one still works.
What we took out, and why
Every Zync call carries a pixel ID and the name of the Zeta account that owns it, and the sync address answers differently for a live pixel and a dead one. A live pixel gets back its tag code. An unknown one gets an HTTP 400 that reads "Invalid partner". I could read the pixel on 1,448 of the 1,724 domains left after our title filter. On 53, Zeta rejected the partner ID; on 32 it returned an empty tag. Neither runs anything, so those 85 are out. So are 8 sites carrying someone else's account: 6 bank sites tagged with their marketing agency's pixel, a copy of CNN's homepage on an unrelated domain, and a charity page carrying another organisation's campaign pixel. That is 93 removed, 5.39% of the base.
Sales signal: a Rezync list built from the script alone carries dead pixels, Weight Watchers' 11 domains among them. Ask whether the pixel still answers before you treat a domain as a Zeta account.
One reading, and the exits we can count
The chart shows one point, October 2026, because it is the first month counted on the cleaned base. Earlier totals wouldn't give a clean trend anyway: the domains we crawl turn over every month, dead sites out and newly found ones in, and our detection widens as we go. Exits are clearer. 570 domains dropped the pixel on at least one hostname since we began tracking it on 4 August 2026, and 124 of those still run it elsewhere, which leaves 446 that removed it from every hostname we crawl.
"Rezync looks like a mid-sized retargeting tag until you read the account names. Then it becomes a few hundred US brands, each with a long list of domains." - Elif Arslan, CMO & Co-founder at TechnologyChecker.io
Sales signal: the 446 full removals are worth a look for any rival platform. A brand that pulled Zeta's tag from all its sites has changed something in its marketing stack.
Accounts, not domains
This is the part that changes how you use the list. The 1,355 domains with a readable, working pixel belong to just 376 Zeta accounts, and 193 of those accounts sit on one domain each. At the other end, 21 accounts cover 10 or more domains, 632 domains between them. Lithia Auto Group's account runs on 119 dealership sites and AutoNation's on 91, together 12.88% of the 1,631. The Salvation Army (55), Ethan Allen (41) and Dairy Farmers of Wisconsin (40) follow. Carmakers do the same in Europe: Lexus Netherlands' account sits on 17 dealer domains and Toyota Poland's on 9.
Sizes need reading with that in mind. 30.59% of matched companies have 1 to 10 staff and 23.03% have 11 to 50, but many are a single dealership, dental practice or hotel whose pixel belongs to a parent group. At the top, 14.8% have more than 1,000 staff. The companies are old, too: 24.38% were founded before 1960 and only 5.47% in the 2020s. Named users I checked in a browser, with the pixel answering, include AT&T, USPS, Ulta Beauty, Vanguard, Travelers, Citi, Purdue University and the Salvation Army.
Sales signal: sell to the account, not the domain. One conversation with Lithia's or AutoNation's marketing team covers more than two hundred sites.
Retail, car dealers and the non-profit sector
The base is American: 818 matched companies are in the United States, then Canada with 30, Hungary with 11 and the United Kingdom with 10. Retail leads the industries at 19.9%. Car sales are the second block once you add two LinkedIn labels: Motor Vehicle Manufacturing (7.91%) and Automotive (3.34%) make 11.25%, mostly dealer sites. Hospitality follows at 6.3%, then Non-profit Organizations at 5.19% and Financial Services at 4.08%.
Sales signal: automotive, banking and non-profit fundraising are the three verticals where Zeta's tag is already established. Vendors selling into those teams can open with the identity data they already pay for.
Next to other ad tags
We have no switching data for Rezync, and the category table is an imperfect yardstick: RTB House (49,530 domains) and Seznam Sklik (14,269) sell retargeting as a service, while the Zync pixel is one piece of Zeta's platform. What our crawl does show is stacking. Of the 1,631 domains, 102 also run Criteo, 75 AdRoll, 45 Bidtellect Universal Pixel and 38 RTB House.
"On Rezync sites, ad tags pile up: Criteo, AdRoll and RTB House sit beside Zeta's pixel rather than in its place. The stack tells you more than the category rank." - Elif Arslan, CMO & Co-founder at TechnologyChecker.io
Sales signal: competitors don't need to displace Zeta to win budget here. These advertisers already pay several ad-tech vendors at once.
The stack around it
Shares here are of the 1,631 domains on this page. One row needs explaining first: Rocket Fuel on 59.78% is rfihub.com, which Zeta's tag documentation lists as its own programmatic tag, so it rides along with the Zync container rather than being a separate purchase. DoubleClick Floodlight (59.78%), Microsoft Advertising (54.38%) and The Trade Desk (41.26%) point to heavy paid media. Invoca is on 14.96% and Adobe Analytics on 14.1%. OneTrust leads consent at 20.91%, ahead of Osano at 7.66%.
Sales signal: this is an enterprise media stack. Expect procurement, legal review of data sharing and an agency in the room.
What Zeta says, and what we see
Zeta's privacy guidelines say the Zync pixel fires when someone opens an advertiser's page, places a Zync cookie and lets Zeta link cookie IDs to MD5-hashed email addresses, which it matches against its clients' permissioned data to retarget visitors. The cookie table lists the zync-uuid cookie for six months. Our data adds the customer side: a few hundred mostly American accounts, many of them older brands with a long list of domains.
Sales signal: privacy and consent questions come up early with these buyers, and 20.91% of the sites already run OneTrust.
Key takeaways
- Rezync is Zeta Global's Zync pixel, not a separate vendor.
- 1,631 domains after removing 93 dead or borrowed pixels; 942 matched companies, 818 of them American.
- 376 accounts own the 1,355 readable pixels; Lithia and AutoNation alone cover 210 domains.
- The buyers are older and larger than most retargeting users: 24.38% founded before 1960, 14.8% with more than 1,000 staff.
- The stack is enterprise paid media: Floodlight, Microsoft Advertising and The Trade Desk on 41% or more.
How to use this list
Outreach template: "Your sites run Zeta's Zync pixel alongside The Trade Desk and Microsoft Advertising. Which of those tags gets credit for a sale?"
Targeting: group domains by Zeta account before you count prospects, then filter for retail, automotive and financial services in the United States.
Competitive angle: follow the 446 domains that removed the pixel everywhere we crawl, and the accounts whose pixels Zeta reports as dead.

Frequently Asked Questions
Who uses Rezync (Zeta Global)?
We detect Rezync (Zeta Global) on 1,631 domains, including AT&T, United States Postal Service, United Airlines. A detection means the technology is present on that domain, which for large organisations is often a single storefront or subdomain rather than a company-wide deployment. What is Rezync (Zeta Global)'s market share?
Rezync (Zeta Global) holds 1.55% of the Retargeting & Remarketing category, ranking #7. The Zync pixel is part of Zeta Global's marketing platform, so the share measures how many sites carry Zeta's tag, not a retargeting market on its own.

What is Rezync?
Rezync is the domain behind Zeta Global's Zync pixel. Zeta's knowledge base lists rezync.com as the cookie domain of its Zync container tag, the main tag its clients place on their sites. When a page loads, the pixel calls live.rezync.com, which sets a Zync cookie that Zeta can link to hashed email addresses for retargeting.
Is live.rezync.com malware?
No. It is Zeta Global's tracking pixel, which advertisers add to their own sites, though Malwarebytes users have reported it being blocked as a suspicious pattern. It sets a third-party cookie, zync-uuid, kept for six months per Zeta's documentation, and Zeta lists an opt-out cookie, zync_tracking_optout, on the same page.
Which companies use Zeta's Zync pixel?
On sites we checked in a browser, the pixel loaded under the company's own Zeta account at AT&T, USPS, Ulta Beauty, Vanguard, Travelers, Citi, Purdue University, the Salvation Army and Stitch Fix. Car-dealer groups add the most domains: Lithia Auto Group's account covers 119 and AutoNation's covers 91.
What does the Zync pixel do?
Per Zeta's privacy guidelines, the Zync pixel fires when someone opens a page on an advertiser's site, calls Zeta's server and places a Zync cookie. Zeta links many such cookie IDs to MD5-hashed email addresses and compares them with its clients' permissioned data, which advertisers use to retarget visitors. It is the tag behind Zeta's identity matching.
How much does Rezync cost?
Zeta Global doesn't publish a price for the Zync pixel, and we found no price list on its site or knowledge base. The pixel is the container tag Zeta's clients install as part of working with Zeta. Our data shows who those clients are: mostly US companies, 14.8% of them with more than 1,000 staff.
Why does one company show up on many Rezync domains?
Because the pixel belongs to an account, not a site. Each Zync call carries the Zeta account name, and large accounts span many domains: Lithia Auto Group 119, AutoNation 91, the Salvation Army 55, Ethan Allen 41 and Dairy Farmers of Wisconsin 40. In all, 21 accounts cover 10 or more domains each, 632 of the 1,631.
Do all Rezync pixels still work?
Not all. We sent every pixel we could read to Zeta's own sync address. For 85 domains it answered that the partner doesn't exist or returned an empty tag, so the pixel runs nothing, and we removed them, plus 8 sites carrying an agency's or another organisation's account. 1,355 of the remaining 1,631 returned a working tag.
