Companies Using TuriTop
TuriTop is a booking system from Spain for tours, activities and attractions, and our October 2026 crawl finds its booking widget on 606 domains. Below is the list of companies that use TuriTop: free-tour companies, escape rooms, wineries, adventure parks and a few hotels, among them ARTIEM Hotels, Spain Free Tours, the Salting trampoline parks and Ireland's Dunbrody Famine Ship. The base is Spanish and very small. 73.71% of the companies we could place are in Spain, and 95.84% of those with a known size have 50 staff or fewer.
TuriTop is 9th of the 57 tools in our Event & Ticket Booking table, with 2.24%, though most tools above it are event calendars rather than tour booking engines. Its closer rival, FareHarbor, counts 11,943 domains on its profile. And the widget still works: of 306 accounts we could test from a homepage, every one answered, and 250 listed bookable services.

Which Countries Use TuriTop the Most?
Which countries use TuriTop the most? Spain, by a distance: 286 of the 388 matched companies we could place, or 73.71%. The United States follows with 20, Ireland with 18, the United Kingdom with 15, Portugal with 9 and Croatia with 8. Ireland is the surprise. Its 18 are mostly visitor attractions, such as the Dunbrody Famine Ship, Titanic Experience Cobh and Fort Lucan, based on our enriched company data.
Share of the 410 TuriTop domains we matched to a company record — 67.7% of the 606 we detect. Top 15 countries shown, so these do not sum to 100%. Domains with no matching company record are not represented here and skew small and independent.
TuriTop Market Share Among Event & Ticket Booking
What is TuriTop's market share? 2.24% of Event & Ticket Booking, 9th of the 57 tools we track there, on 606 domains in our October 2026 crawl at TechnologyChecker.io. EventOn leads with 12,401 domains (45.91%), and Etix sits one place above TuriTop with 690. This table isn't TuriTop's real market. TuriTop Customers by Company Size & Age
Is TuriTop only for small businesses? Almost. 76.85% of matched companies with a known size have 1 to 10 employees and 18.99% have 11 to 50, so 95.84% have 50 or fewer. Only six list 201 to 500 staff, among them ARTIEM Hotels and the Salting trampoline parks, and none is bigger than that.
Company Size Distribution
Company Age (Founded Decade)
TuriTop's customers are young businesses. 51.43% of matched companies with a founding year started in the 2010s, 16.43% in the 2000s and 13.57% in the 2020s. The older names are hotels and wineries, such as ARTIEM Hotels (1974) and Bodegas Granbazán (1981).

Those four add up to 54.38% of matched companies, based on our enriched company data. The rest is the long tail of things people book by the slot: entertainment venues (3.01%), Performing Arts (2.46%), where flamenco tablaos sit, sports clubs (2.19%) and seven local councils (Government Administration, 1.91%).
Tour operators using TuriTop include Spain Free Tours in Valencia and Rutas de Toledo. Wineries on TuriTop take bookings for visits through it, among them Bodegas Granbazán and Bodega Mustiguillo. TuriTop Alternatives & Competitors
None of the four largest tools in this table sells what TuriTop sells. EventOn (45.91%) and Tickera (4.62%) are WordPress plugins for event calendars and ticket sales, EventsCalendar.co (11.68%) is an embedded calendar and the Bandsintown Events Widget (5.9%) lists concert dates. Evvnt, two places up, sells event promotion through news sites. TuriTop's real rivals are tour and activity booking systems, and the largest we profile, FareHarbor, counts 11,943 live domains in our scheduling category, about 20 times TuriTop's footprint, based on our crawl of 50M+ domains.

Expert Analysis: TuriTop Growth Trends & Key Signals for Sales Teams in 2026

TuriTop is a small page, and I've kept it honest about that. Our October 2026 crawl finds TuriTop's booking widget on 606 domains, 410 of them matched to a company. The buyers are Spanish tour, activity and attraction businesses with a handful of staff, and the most useful thing I can tell a sales team is how tightly that profile holds. I also checked whether the widget still works, because a booking tool that stops taking bookings is a dead install however long the script stays on the page.
What the widget is, and who it's for
TuriTop sells online booking to tour and activity operators: availability, payments and a channel manager for resellers. Its pricing page lists Starter at €29 a month plus 2% of online sales, Pro at €99 plus 1% and Enterprise at €299 plus 0.75% (checked 16 October 2026). Payments run through Stripe, PayPal, Redsys and Bizum, the last two being Spanish rails, which tells you where the product was built to sell. On the web it reaches sites two ways. Of the 413 homepages where we found TuriTop in the HTML, 186 load it through TuriTop's WordPress plugin and 227 paste its script directly; WordPress.org lists the plugin at 500+ active installations.
Sales signal: a TuriTop site is a WordPress-built operator selling timed slots online, already paying a share of online sales for the privilege. That makes it price-aware, and the percentage fee is the first thing a competitor will attack.
One reading, and the widget answers
The usage line runs from 537 domains in June 2026 to 606 in October and is flat after July. I wouldn't call that growth. The set of domains we crawl turns over every month, dead sites out and newly found ones in, and our detection signals widen over time, so the June to July step is mostly our coverage.
Liveness was the open question, so we tested it. We read the TuriTop account code from 306 homepages and called TuriTop's own booking calendar for each one. Every account answered. 250 listed bookable services, and 56 (18.3%) showed TuriTop's notice that the booking system will be activated soon, which may mean a paused account or one not yet set up. Only 3 of the 611 domains in our scan no longer resolved.
"Every TuriTop account we called still answered. For a booking widget, that is the test that matters." - Sophie Clarke, Product Marketing Manager at TechnologyChecker.io
Sales signal: the base is small but real. The 56 accounts showing the activation notice are worth a separate look, because an operator that installed a booking engine and never switched it on is either stuck in setup or ready to churn.
Who the customers are
Two numbers define the base. 73.71% of the companies we could place are in Spain, 286 of 388, and 95.84% of those with a known size have 50 staff or fewer (76.85% have 1 to 10). Only six list 201 to 500 employees, among them ARTIEM Hotels and the Salting trampoline parks. Ages skew young: 51.43% of matched companies with a founding year started in the 2010s. Ireland is the second cluster I didn't expect, 18 companies, mostly visitor attractions such as the Dunbrody Famine Ship, Titanic Experience Cobh and Fort Lucan.
Sales signal: this is owner-operated business. The decision maker is the founder or the person who built the website, and the sale is self-serve. Long enterprise cycles will lose money here.
Industries and the long tail
Travel Arrangements leads at 28.42%, then Leisure, Travel & Tourism and Recreational Facilities (9.84% each) and Hospitality (6.28%), together 54.38%. The rest is anything sold by the time slot: escape rooms such as Horror Box in Barcelona, flamenco tablaos, wineries such as Bodegas Granbazán and Bodega Mustiguillo, sports clubs and seven local councils. In Spain, free walking tours stand out, Spain Free Tours and Rutas de Toledo among them.
Sales signal: segment by what is booked, not by industry label. A winery selling cellar visits and an escape room selling hourly slots have the same booking problem and very different marketing ones.
Switching and churn
Our migration table for TuriTop is empty: no domain in our windows dropped TuriTop and picked up a rival booking tool. Exits are small. 77 domains have dropped TuriTop on at least one hostname since we began tracking it on 16 March 2026, and in our check 12 of them still ran it on another hostname. On a base of about 600, that is a quiet installed base.
"Nobody in our data swapped TuriTop for a competitor. Its exposure is to operators outgrowing it, and to FareHarbor, which our profiles put at about 20 times its size." - Sophie Clarke, Product Marketing Manager at TechnologyChecker.io
Sales signal: for rivals, the opening is the operator expanding beyond Spain or adding more channels. For TuriTop, it's the Spanish operator still taking bookings by email.
The stack around the widget
Shares here are of the 611 TuriTop domains in our stack scan, a slightly wider set than the 606 in the headline count. WordPress runs on 85.6%, Elementor on 32.57% and the Divi theme on 11.62%. WooCommerce appears on 20.79%, and TuriTop's Pro plan includes a WooCommerce integration, which is one way those sites sell tours through their own shop. Google Analytics is on 77.41%. Email tools barely appear: Mailchimp is on 3.11% and Brevo on 1.96%.
Sales signal: email marketing is the gap. Operators who rely on repeat visitors and reviews, like wineries and attractions, have almost no email tool in their stack.
Key takeaways
- TuriTop is on 606 domains, 9th of 57 in Event & Ticket Booking with 2.24%, in a category of event calendars it barely competes with.
- The buyer is a Spanish micro-business: 73.71% Spain, 95.84% at 50 staff or fewer.
- Every account we tested still answers; 18.3% show a not-yet-activated notice.
- WordPress is the delivery channel, with the plugin behind 186 of 413 HTML detections.
- FareHarbor, on 11,943 domains in its profile, is the benchmark rival.
Sales applications
Outreach template: "You take bookings through TuriTop on your WordPress site. Operators like you in [region] use [your product] to [outcome], without changing booking systems. Worth a quick call?"
Targeting: on TechnologyChecker.io, filter TuriTop users by country (Spain first, then Ireland and Portugal) and by WordPress with WooCommerce, then split the list by what each business sells.
Competitive angle: booking-system vendors should open with the percentage fee. On Starter, 2% of online sales on top of €29 a month adds up quickly for a busy operator.

Frequently Asked Questions
Who uses TuriTop?
Small tour and activity businesses, mostly in Spain. Our October 2026 crawl finds TuriTop on 606 domains: free walking tours, escape rooms, wineries, boat trips, adventure parks and a few hotels. 73.71% of the companies we could place are Spanish. Named TuriTop customers include ARTIEM Hotels, Spain Free Tours, Salting, Bodegas Granbazán and Ireland's Dunbrody Famine Ship.
How many customers does TuriTop have?
Our October 2026 crawl finds TuriTop's booking widget on 606 domains, and 410 of them matched to a company. Domains run a little ahead of businesses, because some operators run several sites, such as Prison Island's three French venues. 77 domains have dropped TuriTop since March 2026, and in our check 12 of those still ran it on another hostname.
What is TuriTop's market share?
2.24% of Event & Ticket Booking, 9th of the 57 tools we track there, on 606 domains in October 2026. EventOn leads with 12,401 domains. The share understates TuriTop in its own niche, because the category mixes event calendars and ticketing plugins with tour booking. Against tour booking systems the comparison is FareHarbor, whose profile counts 11,943 domains.
What are the best alternatives to TuriTop?
For tour and activity operators the obvious one is FareHarbor, which our data finds on 11,943 domains, about 20 times TuriTop's 606. Other booking systems sell to the same operators, and the right one depends on your channels. TuriTop's case is its Spanish base: payment options include Redsys and Bizum, and its blog announces a connectivity partnership with Civitatis.
Which countries use TuriTop the most?
Spain, with 286 of the 388 matched companies we could place, or 73.71%. Then the United States (20), Ireland (18), the United Kingdom (15), Portugal (9), Croatia (8), France and Argentina (6 each) and Mexico (5). The Irish group is mostly visitor attractions, such as Titanic Experience Cobh, the Dunbrody Famine Ship and Fort Lucan, which use TuriTop for timed tickets.
What size companies use TuriTop?
Very small ones. 76.85% of matched companies with a known size have 1 to 10 employees and 18.99% have 11 to 50, so 95.84% have 50 staff or fewer. Six list 201 to 500 staff, among them ARTIEM Hotels and the Salting trampoline parks, and none is bigger. TuriTop's entry plan, at €29 a month plus 2% of online sales, is priced for that market.
How old are companies that use TuriTop?
Mostly young. Among matched companies with a founding year, 51.43% were founded in the 2010s, 16.43% in the 2000s and 13.57% in the 2020s, so about four in five started in 2000 or later. The older names are hotels, wineries and campsites, such as ARTIEM Hotels (1974) and Bodegas Granbazán (1981).
What is the ideal customer profile for TuriTop?
A Spanish tour, activity or attraction business with ten or fewer staff, founded in the 2010s, selling timed slots online from a WordPress site built with Elementor. It takes payment online and sells through resellers as well as its own site. Free-tour companies, escape rooms, wineries and water-sports operators fit best; hotels use TuriTop for activities rather than rooms.
How much does TuriTop cost?
TuriTop's pricing page lists Starter at €29 a month plus 2% of online sales, Pro at €99 a month plus 1%, and Enterprise at €299 a month plus 0.75%. Starter includes the booking widget, online payments through Stripe, PayPal, Redsys and Bizum, and a channel manager; Pro adds the WooCommerce plugin, webhooks and a public API. Checked 16 October 2026.
Does TuriTop charge commission?
Yes, on online sales, alongside the monthly fee. TuriTop's pricing page lists 2% of online sales on Starter, 1% on Pro and 0.75% on Enterprise, on top of €29, €99 or €299 a month. The same page sets minimum charges per product, so check the terms against your average ticket price. Checked 16 October 2026.
Does TuriTop have a WordPress plugin?
Yes. The TuriTop Booking System plugin on WordPress.org lists 500+ active installations, with version 1.0.21 released on 20 August 2026. Our crawl agrees it matters: of the 413 homepages where we found TuriTop in the HTML, 186 loaded it through the plugin and 227 pasted TuriTop's script directly. WordPress runs on 85.6% of the TuriTop domains in our stack scan.
Is TuriTop good booking software for tour operators?
It fits a particular operator: small, Spanish or Spanish-speaking, selling timed tours online. 95.84% of matched TuriTop companies have 50 staff or fewer and 73.71% are in Spain. It handles Redsys and Bizum payments and channel connections. Operators outside Spain may find a larger installed base with FareHarbor, which our data finds on 11,943 domains.
TuriTop vs FareHarbor: which is bigger?
FareHarbor, by about 20 times. Its profile counts 11,943 live domains in our scheduling category, while our October 2026 crawl finds TuriTop on 606.
