Companies Using NetSuite
Most NetSuite customers use it behind a login, where no crawler can see it. What we can see is the web store. NetSuite's SuiteCommerce stores set a cookie called NS_VER, and our October 2026 crawl finds it on 776 domains. So this is a list of companies that use NetSuite to run a web store or B2B ordering portal, including Arista Networks, NAV CANADA, the University of Alberta's bookstore and the Sundance Institute.
The stores are real and almost all still on NetSuite. When we re-fetched all 776 on 16 October, 751 (96.8%) still sent NetSuite's cookie or store code. Fifty stores carry the default title "Welcome to the store", but the ones we opened, such as the UMass and USC campus stores, sell normally. NetSuite is 4th in our ERP table, behind a ServiceNow row that counts ServiceNow help portals rather than ERP, Odoo and Infor. With that row set aside it has 2.17% of the category, in which each product shows up on the web in a different way.

NetSuite Usage Statistics
NetSuite reads 776 domains in October 2026, and the chart starts there, at the count we checked store by store on the current crawl. Earlier monthly totals aren't comparable: the set of domains we crawl turns over every month, with dead sites dropping out and new ones added, and our detection of NetSuite stores widened over the summer. Churn is tiny. Since we began tracking on 16 March 2026, 15 domains have dropped NetSuite, and one of those still runs it on another hostname.

Which Countries Use NetSuite the Most?
Which countries use NetSuite the most? The United States, with 527 matched companies, then Canada (54), Australia (30), the United Kingdom (18) and New Zealand (7). The US and Canada together are 581 of the 661 companies we matched. NetSuite's web store customers in our data are overwhelmingly North American distributors and manufacturers.
Share of the 661 NetSuite domains we matched to a company record — 85.2% of the 776 we detect. Top 15 countries shown, so these do not sum to 100%. Domains with no matching company record are not represented here and skew small and independent.
NetSuite Market Share Among ERP
What is NetSuite's market share? 4th in our ERP category, with 2.17% of the ERP domains we count once ServiceNow's row is set aside (it counts ServiceNow help portals, not ERP), on 776 domains in October 2026, based on our live crawl at TechnologyChecker.io. On that base Odoo has 88.79% (31,712 domains), about 41 times NetSuite, and Infor 4.85% (1,732). Those numbers measure web footprints, not ERP sales: Odoo's count includes every site built with its website app, while NetSuite's counts web stores only.
Top Competitors by Market Share
NetSuite Customers by Company Size & Age
What size companies use NetSuite? Mid-sized ones. 39.29% of matched companies have 11 to 50 employees and 31.43% have 51 to 200, so 70.72% sit between 11 and 200 staff. Only 17.26% have 10 or fewer. Ten companies have more than 1,000 staff, among them Arista Networks and Enlyte, which runs a NetSuite account portal.
Company Size Distribution
Company Age (Founded Decade)
These are older businesses. The largest group was founded in the 2000s (24.86%), then the 1990s (17.89%), and 14.69% before 1960, more than the 13.37% founded in the 2010s. Only 2.07% started in the 2020s. Distributors and manufacturers with decades of trading history move their ordering online, and NetSuite runs the back office behind it.
What Industries Use NetSuite the Most?
Wholesale leads at 11.4%, then Retail (6.1%), based on our enriched company data. Manufacturing is spread over several labels: motor vehicles (3.85%), general manufacturing (3.85%), medical equipment (2.73%), electrical and appliances (2.73%) and sporting goods (2.57%), 98 companies between them. This is a list of companies that make or move physical products.
Wholesale distributors using NetSuite include the HVAC distributor Habegger and the corrections supplier Bob Barker Company. Manufacturers on NetSuite include Arista Networks, which takes orders through orders.arista.com, and Lytx, which sells DriveCam parts through a NetSuite shop. Universities and non-profits using NetSuite include the University of Alberta's bookstore, the University System of Georgia's tech store and Food Bank For New York City's ordering portal.
NetSuite Alternatives & Competitors
The ERP table compares different surfaces, so read it with care. Odoo (31,712 domains) is counted by its website and ecommerce app, Infor (1,732) by a DNS verification record, and ERPNext (522) by its website module. NetSuite's 776 counts web stores only. For a NetSuite store, the rivals are commerce platforms: 4.38% of NetSuite domains also run Shopify and 4.38% WooCommerce, often on another part of the same domain, and Salesforce Commerce Cloud competes for larger B2C brands.

Expert Analysis: NetSuite Growth Trends & Key Signals for Sales Teams in 2026

NetSuite is a hard product to count from the outside. Most of what it does, the general ledger, inventory, payroll, happens behind a login. What a crawler can see is the web store, because NetSuite hosts its SuiteCommerce stores and they set a cookie called NS_VER. Our October 2026 crawl finds it on 776 domains. I re-fetched all 776 on 16 October and opened a sample in a browser, to check the stores were real and still on NetSuite. They are.
What the count means
NS_VER carries the NetSuite release number. It read 2026.2 on every store we fetched but one. 751 of the 776 domains (96.8%) still sent the cookie or NetSuite's store code on the homepage. Of the rest, 14 loaded without any NetSuite code and 11 were behind bot walls or didn't answer. Dead pages are rare: two stores showed maintenance pages, one a 404 and two were demo or test stores, 5 domains or 0.6%. Fifty stores have the default title "Welcome to the store". It looks like an unfinished setup, but 11 of the 12 we opened in a browser loaded full catalogues, including the UMass and USC campus stores and NuSmile.
Sales signal: a NetSuite store is a NetSuite ERP customer, because SuiteCommerce runs on the same account. This list is a verified subset of NetSuite users, not a guess.
A stable base
The chart starts at October 2026, at the 776 domains we checked one by one. Earlier monthly totals aren't comparable, because the set of domains we crawl turns over every month, with dead sites dropping out and new ones found, and our detection of NetSuite stores widened over the summer. Since 16 March 2026, only 15 domains have dropped NetSuite, and one of them still runs it on another hostname.
"Fifteen leavers in seven months, out of more than 750 stores. When the store and the ERP are one system, few owners take the store off it." - Elif Arslan, CMO & Co-founder at TechnologyChecker.io
Sales signal: don't pitch a replacement store to NetSuite users on price. Pitch add-ons that plug into SuiteCommerce, such as search, reviews, B2B pricing tools and email.
Who the customers are
70.72% of matched companies have 11 to 200 employees, and only 17.26% have 10 or fewer. They're old: 14.69% were founded before 1960 and only 2.07% in the 2020s. Wholesale leads at 11.4%, and five manufacturing labels add 98 companies. The big names follow that pattern. Arista Networks takes orders through orders.arista.com, Lytx sells DriveCam parts through a NetSuite shop, and Bob Barker Company supplies correctional facilities from its main site.
Sales signal: the buyer is an operations or ecommerce manager at an established distributor. They care about order accuracy, trade pricing and account self-service more than about design.
North America first
The United States has 527 matched companies and Canada 54, together 581 of the 661 we matched. Australia (30), the UK (18) and New Zealand (7) follow, and no other country has more than three. Canada's share stands out, with NAV CANADA, the University of Alberta, Danby and Skyservice among the stores we checked.
Sales signal: for a Canadian or Australian go-to-market, NetSuite store owners are a short, high-value list of mid-sized product companies.
Not a like-for-like ERP race
Our switching table for NetSuite is empty: no rival passes our tests in either direction. The ERP category compares different surfaces. Odoo's 31,712 domains (88.79%) count every site built with its website app, Infor's 1,732 (4.85%) come from a DNS verification record, and ERPNext's 522 from its website module. NetSuite's 2.17% counts web stores only, so it is 4th by a different measure from the rows ahead of it, one of which counts ServiceNow help portals rather than ERP.
"Comparing NetSuite with Odoo on website counts is like comparing a store checkout with a website builder. Compare NetSuite stores with other B2B stores instead." - Elif Arslan, CMO & Co-founder at TechnologyChecker.io
Sales signal: the realistic switching threat to a NetSuite store is a commerce platform connected to NetSuite, not another ERP. 4.38% of NetSuite domains already run Shopify somewhere, and the same share run WooCommerce.
B2B portals, not consumer shops
Only 476 of the 776 domains (61.34%) run NetSuite on the main www address. The other 300 are subdomains: shop. (82), store. (53), portal. (18), myaccount. (14), b2b. (13) and wholesale. (11). 100 domains open on a login page, where trade customers sign in to reorder. Oracle's documentation says the secure checkout and My Account domains ask anonymous visitors to log in, which is what we see.
Sales signal: a NetSuite store behind a login is a B2B ordering portal. Sell those companies on B2B features: quotes, quick order, account pricing and invoice payment.
The stack around it
Google Analytics runs on 98.32% of the 776 live domains, near-universal. Klaviyo (17.14%) leads email, well ahead of Mailchimp (7.35%). WordPress shows up on 24.1%, and since NetSuite hosts the store itself, those companies run a separate WordPress site next to it. GoDaddy appears on 27.06% and WP Engine on 5.67%.
Sales signal: one company, two sites. A WordPress agency or a NetSuite partner can sell both sides by linking the content site to the store.
What it costs
NetSuite doesn't publish prices. Its SuiteCommerce page (16 October 2026) says customers pay an annual license fee covering the core platform, optional modules and the number of users, plus a one-time implementation fee.
Sales signal: SuiteCommerce sits on top of an ERP contract, so a NetSuite store owner is already paying an annual license. Budget for add-ons exists; budget for a new platform usually doesn't.
Key takeaways
1. 776 domains run a NetSuite web store, a visible subset of NetSuite's customers, 4th in our ERP table, with 2.17% once ServiceNow's portal row is set aside.
2. 96.8% of live domains still showed NetSuite on our check, and only 15 have dropped it since March.
3. Mid-sized, older distributors and manufacturers, mostly in the US and Canada.
4. Many stores are B2B portals on subdomains or behind a login.
5. The ERP table isn't like-for-like; commerce platforms are the real rivals for the store.

Frequently Asked Questions
Who uses NetSuite?
From what's visible on the web, mid-sized North American distributors, manufacturers and retailers. Our October 2026 crawl finds NetSuite web stores on 776 domains, including Arista Networks, NAV CANADA, the University of Alberta's bookstore and the Sundance Institute. Wholesale is the top industry at 11.4%. Companies that use NetSuite only for accounting don't show up in any website count.
How many customers does NetSuite have?
We count 776 domains running a NetSuite web store in October 2026, and 661 of them match a company in our records. That's a subset of NetSuite's customers: a company using NetSuite only for finance, inventory or payroll behind a login leaves nothing for a crawler to find. Read 776 as NetSuite stores we can see, not total NetSuite accounts.
What is NetSuite's market share?
NetSuite is 4th in our ERP category on 776 domains in October 2026, behind a ServiceNow row that counts ServiceNow help portals rather than ERP, Odoo and Infor. With that row set aside, NetSuite has 2.17%, Odoo 88.79% and Infor 4.85%. That isn't NetSuite's share of ERP spending: each product shows up on the web differently, and for NetSuite we only see companies that run a NetSuite-hosted web store.
What are the best alternatives to NetSuite?
For the ERP itself, our table shows Odoo on 31,712 domains, Infor on 1,732 and ERPNext on 522, though each is counted from a different signal. For the web store, NetSuite's rivals are commerce platforms: 4.38% of NetSuite domains also run Shopify and 4.38% WooCommerce. Larger B2C brands also weigh Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
Which countries use NetSuite the most?
The United States, with 527 matched companies, then Canada (54), Australia (30), the United Kingdom (18) and New Zealand (7). The US and Canada together account for 581 of the 661 companies we matched. No other country has more than three matched companies in our October 2026 data, so outside these five markets NetSuite stores are rare.
What size companies use NetSuite?
Mid-sized ones. 39.29% of matched companies have 11 to 50 employees and 31.43% have 51 to 200, so 70.72% fall between 11 and 200 staff. Only 17.26% have 10 or fewer. Ten companies have more than 1,000 staff, including Arista Networks and Enlyte. Very small firms are a minority, which fits a store that comes on top of a NetSuite ERP subscription.
How old are companies that use NetSuite?
Older than most. Among matched companies with a known founding year, the largest group dates from the 2000s (24.86%), then the 1990s (17.89%). 14.69% were founded before 1960, more than the 13.37% from the 2010s, and 2.07% from the 2020s. These are established distributors and manufacturers putting long-standing trade online.
What is the ideal customer profile for NetSuite?
The ideal NetSuite customer is: Company Size: 11-200 employees (70.72%), Location: United States, then Canada and Australia, Founded: 2000s, then 1990s; 14.69% before 1960, Industry: Wholesale, retail and manufacturers, Store type: B2B ordering portal or branded web store — based on our analysis of 661 enriched companies at TechnologyChecker.io.
Which big companies use NetSuite?
Among the web stores we checked in October 2026: Arista Networks on its order portal, NAV CANADA, Enlyte on its account portal, Digi International, RED Digital Cinema, KORE Wireless and Lytx. Big institutions include the University of Alberta, the University System of Georgia and the Sundance Institute. Our crawl only sees companies that run a NetSuite-hosted store.
What is SuiteCommerce in NetSuite?
SuiteCommerce is NetSuite's ecommerce product. NetSuite describes it as B2B and B2C commerce that shares one system with the company's NetSuite inventory, orders and customer records, so web orders flow straight into the ERP. It's what we detect: SuiteCommerce stores set the NS_VER cookie, which we found on 776 domains in October 2026.
Do companies still use NetSuite?
Yes, and they rarely leave it. When we re-fetched all 776 live NetSuite domains on 16 October 2026, 751 (96.8%) still sent NetSuite's cookie or store code. Since we started tracking in March 2026, only 15 domains have dropped NetSuite, and one of them still runs it on another hostname. Store platforms tied to the ERP don't churn easily.
How much does NetSuite cost?
NetSuite doesn't publish a price list. Its SuiteCommerce page says customers pay an annual license fee made up of three parts, the core platform, optional modules and the number of users, plus a one-time implementation fee. Who is NetSuite's biggest competitor?
Among the ERP products in our table, Odoo is the largest at 31,712 domains, about 41 times NetSuite's 776, but Odoo is counted from its website app, so the gap overstates the ERP race. For NetSuite's web stores the real competition is commerce platforms like Shopify and WooCommerce, which 4.38% of NetSuite domains also run on another part of the site.
What do people use NetSuite for?
Mostly running the back office of product businesses: finance, inventory, orders and customers. On the web, we see the part that faces buyers. Of 776 live NetSuite domains, 300 are subdomains like shop., store., portal. or b2b., and 100 open on a login page for trade customers who reorder online. Wholesale and manufacturing dominate the list.
What does the NS_VER cookie mean?
It's a cookie that NetSuite-hosted web stores set with the NetSuite release number. On the stores we fetched in October 2026, it read 2026.2 on all but one, which read 2026.1. Because NetSuite sets it on its own hosting, the cookie is a reliable sign that the store runs on NetSuite, even when the store's design hides it.
