Qooqie Usage Statistics

Qooqie is the newest platform in this category, first appearing in our detection history in August 2020 on 16 domains. It reached 77 by January 2022 and 188 by January 2024, with an archive peak of 264 in March 2025. Roughly twelvefold growth across four and a half years from a standing start. Note the break in the chart, where our long-run history through July 2025 joins our current crawl from June 2026: the step across that gap is coverage widening rather than adoption.

Qooqie Market Share Among Call Tracking

Qooqie Customers by Company Size & Age

What size companies use Qooqie? Small ones, with an unusually thick second tier. 49.09% have ten or fewer employees and 40.3% sit in the 11 to 50 band, the highest share in that band of any vendor in this category, so 89.4% of the base is under 50 people, based on our analysis of 603 companies with employee data on file. Only 0.83% exceed 1,000 staff, though those include Mammoet and Pon Logistics.

What Industries Use Qooqie the Most?

Construction leads at 8.35%, followed by Hospitals and Health Care (5.01%), Retail (4.84%) and Real Estate (3.84%). Nothing clears 9%, making this one of the flattest distributions in our Call Tracking category. The healthcare presence is more specific than the label suggests: physiotherapy and skin clinics such as Fysio Luxor, B-Fysic and De Huidkliniek recur through our detection data, based on our enriched company data at TechnologyChecker.io.

Healthcare practices using Qooqie account for 5.01% and skew toward Dutch physiotherapy and dermatology clinics including Fysio Luxor and De Huidkliniek. Staffing agencies using Qooqie such as Zorgwerk and Please Payroll are a distinctive cluster, a vertical where both candidates and clients arrive by phone.

Qooqie Alternatives & Competitors

Qooqie's competition is entirely domestic, based on our market share data across 29.9M active domains. AdCalls, the other Dutch platform in this category, is the direct rival at 423 detected companies against Qooqie's 999, and it's the only vendor Qooqie has taken a domain from. CallRail (46.67%) and CallTrackingMetrics (14.01%) lead the category globally but have no meaningful Dutch footprint, so they don't appear in the same evaluations.

Expert Analysis: Qooqie Growth Trends & Key Signals for Sales Teams in 2026

Mehmet Suleyman
Mehmet SuleymanCEO & Co-founder, TechnologyChecker

I've spent more than ten years building web crawling and technographic systems, and Qooqie is the cleanest demonstration in this batch of how completely call tracking fragments by country. This analysis draws on our July 2026 crawl, which found Qooqie on 999 active domains and matched 640 of them to enriched company records, a 64.1% match rate. It ranks tenth globally at 0.81% share and first in the Netherlands, and those two facts describe the same business.

Growth trajectory

Qooqie is the youngest platform in our Call Tracking data. It first appears in August 2020 on 16 domains, at a point when Marchex had already been in our history for twelve years. From there it reached 77 by January 2022, 188 by January 2024, and an archive peak of 264 in March 2025. That's roughly twelvefold across four and a half years, which is strong growth in absolute terms but modest next to Patient Prism's 58x over a shorter window. The difference is that Qooqie's ceiling is a single country of about 18 million people, so the addressable market runs out much sooner. The step in our chart between July 2025 and June 2026 is our own coverage widening rather than adoption.

"Qooqie went from sixteen domains to nearly a thousand in under five years without leaving the Netherlands. In call tracking, owning one country is a viable business, because number supply makes crossing borders genuinely hard." - Mehmet Suleyman, CEO & Co-founder at TechnologyChecker

Sales Signal: A young, fast-growing vendor with a domestic ceiling means its customers are recent adopters still forming habits. That's a more receptive audience than the decade-tenured accounts on Marchex or Delacon.

Customer profile

The size profile has an unusual shape. 49.09% have ten or fewer employees, which is ordinary for this category, but 40.3% sit in the 11 to 50 band, the highest share in that band of any vendor here. Together that's 89.4% under 50 people with an unusually thick middle rather than a long micro-business tail. Only 0.83% exceed 1,000 staff. The exceptions are worth naming because they're not typical enterprise logos: Mammoet, a heavy lifting and transport group founded in 1807 and the oldest company across all ten profiles in this category, plus Pon Logistics. The age distribution is otherwise mainstream, 36.99% founded in the 2010s and 21.43% in the 2000s.

Sales Signal: The 11 to 50 band is where this base concentrates, and that's the segment with budget for tooling but no in-house marketing analyst. Products that replace an unfilled role sell better here than products that assist an existing one.

Industry and geographic concentration

Construction leads at 8.35%, healthcare at 5.01%, retail 4.84%, real estate 3.84%. Nothing clears 9%, so this is a horizontal product sold across a national economy rather than into a vertical. Two clusters are more specific than the labels imply: Dutch physiotherapy and skin clinics, including Fysio Luxor, B-Fysic and De Huidkliniek, and staffing agencies such as Zorgwerk and Please Payroll, a vertical where both sides of the marketplace arrive by phone. Geographically this is the most concentrated vendor in the entire category: 598 of 629 enriched companies are Dutch, or 95.1%. Belgium contributes 9. Given that the Netherlands is a far smaller market than the United States, this is tighter concentration than Invoca's 98.6% American base in any meaningful sense.

Sales Signal: This is a complete list of Dutch small businesses that have chosen to measure phone leads. For anything sold into the Netherlands SMB market, that self-selection is a stronger qualifier than industry or size alone.

Migration patterns

Almost nothing moves. Since March 2026 our crawler has observed a single domain arriving from AdCalls, the other Dutch vendor in this category, and none leaving Qooqie for anyone. Observed churn is 94 domains overall. What that silence describes is a market where the global leaders simply aren't present: CallRail holds 46.67% of this category worldwide and has no Dutch position to speak of, so a Dutch business comparing call tracking is realistically choosing between Qooqie and AdCalls. Qooqie is more than twice AdCalls' size at 999 domains to 423, and the one observed switch went its way.

"A Dutch company shopping for call tracking is choosing between two Dutch vendors. The 46% global market leader is not on the shortlist, and our migration data shows it never appears in these switches at all." - Mehmet Suleyman, CEO & Co-founder at TechnologyChecker

Sales Signal: No displacement opportunity exists inside this base, because nothing is in motion. Approach it as a stable, well-qualified account list rather than a set of contested accounts.

Technology ecosystem

Two numbers stand out. 99.6% of Qooqie domains run Google Tag Manager, the highest of any vendor in this category, with Google Analytics at 97.89%, so deployment through a tag container is effectively universal. Then the advertising mix inverts the category norm: Facebook Pixel reaches only 25.28% against roughly 45% for the American vendors and 54.73% for WildJar, while LinkedIn Insight Tag hits 13.6%, above nearly everyone. Less paid social, more B2B targeting. Google Ads Conversion Tracking is also strikingly low at 3.22%. And we detect no CRM at all on this base, not a low percentage but nothing that registers, which is the most extreme version of the gap running through this whole category.

Sales Signal: The LinkedIn skew plus Qooqie's own company-identification feature says these are B2B sellers. Combine that with zero detectable CRM and the opening is obvious: they're identifying who's calling and have nowhere to record it.

What the public record adds

Qooqie's Dutch-language marketing describes call tracking as making the black box of telephony visible, and positions the product alongside company identification, appointment planning and AI call handling. That's a broader bundle than pure attribution, and our data suggests why it's necessary. A vendor confined to one national market cannot grow by taking share from the global leaders, because those leaders aren't there. It grows by selling more product to the same Dutch businesses. The near-total tag manager adoption at 99.6% supports that reading too: a product installed once through a container is easy to extend with additional modules that need no new deployment.

Sales Signal: Expect Qooqie to keep widening its bundle rather than expanding geographically, which means it will progressively occupy adjacent categories on these same 999 domains. If you sell scheduling or visitor identification in the Netherlands, that's a closing window.

Key takeaways

1. Market position: #10 globally at 0.81%, but the largest call tracking platform we detect in the Netherlands, more than double AdCalls.
2. Growth phase: expanding from a 2020 start, roughly twelvefold in four and a half years.
3. Core customer: a Dutch business of 11 to 50 people in construction, healthcare or staffing.
4. Competitive moat: Dutch number supply and local language support, in a market the category leaders don't contest.
5. Key vulnerability: 95.1% single-country exposure with a national ceiling and no export motion.
6. Distinctive signal: the most B2B advertising profile in the category, with the lowest Facebook Pixel adoption and no detectable CRM anywhere in the base.

Sales applications

Outreach angle: "You're running Qooqie with company identification, so you know which businesses are calling you. Our crawl finds no CRM on any Qooqie site we track. Where are those identified companies being recorded?"

Targeting strategy: on TechnologyChecker.io, filter Qooqie detections to 11 to 50 employees in the Netherlands for the densest part of this base, or filter to healthcare for the physiotherapy and clinic cluster that recurs through the customer list.

Competitive angle: there's essentially no switching here, so lead with the category gap rather than a rival. These are businesses that already pay to measure phone leads and have no system of record behind them, which is a shorter argument than displacing a vendor nobody is leaving.

Every figure above comes from our own crawl: 999 detected Qooqie domains, 640 enriched company profiles, and observed switching across 29.9M active domains. Explore the full company list, filters and migration data at TechnologyChecker.io, or read our related analysis on GA4 migration and the sites that still haven't switched.

Healthcare is the second-largest vertical at 5.01%, and the named companies skew toward physiotherapy and skin clinics: Fysio Luxor, B-Fysic and De Huidkliniek all appear in our detection data. It reached 77 domains by January 2022 and 188 by January 2024, so roughly twelvefold growth from a standing start in four and a half years.

Barely, on our data. Beyond 598 Dutch companies we detect only 9 in Belgium, 7 in the United States, 5 in Germany and 2 each in the United Kingdom and Spain. Call tracking depends on local phone number supply, so Dutch vendors hold the Netherlands and rarely export, exactly as WildJar holds Australia.

Almost universally. Our crawl shows Google Tag Manager on 99.6% of Qooqie domains, the highest figure of any vendor in this category on TechnologyChecker.io, with Google Analytics at 97.89%. Deployment through a tag container rather than direct code is clearly the standard installation route here.

Why do Qooqie sites use Facebook Pixel less than other call tracking users?

Facebook Pixel appears on just 25.28% of Qooqie domains against roughly 45% for the American vendors and 54.73% for WildJar, while LinkedIn Insight Tag reaches 13.6%, above the category norm. That mix reflects a more B2B and more European advertising profile among Dutch businesses than the paid-social-heavy pattern elsewhere.

What is real-time company identification?

It matches an anonymous website visitor to a business, usually by IP address, so a sales team can see which company is browsing before anyone calls. Qooqie bundles it with call tracking, which suits a B2B customer base, and the LinkedIn Insight Tag adoption at 13.6% on these domains points the same direction.
