Companies Using Pojo.me

I've spent more than a decade building crawlers and technographic systems, and Pojo.me's rank is a number that means something other than what it looks like. Our August 2026 crawl found it on 53,959 active domains, #4 of 32 in Accessibility Tools on a 12.53% share, with 36,355 matched to enriched company records (a 67.4% match rate). Before reading that as traction, read the co-occurrence: 99.16% of Pojo.me domains also run WordPress. Pojo.me is a free plugin that shipped with a WordPress theme framework, not a product anyone bought.

Growth trajectory

There isn't one, and I want to be precise about why. Pojo.me has no pre-2026 history in our data at all. The chart holds three points, all from our own crawler: 46,648 domains in June 2026, 53,680 in July, 53,959 in August. Other pages here splice a long-run feed onto the current crawl; this one has none, so there's no multi-year curve to read. The three points do support one comparison: Pojo.me moved 1.16x while our whole crawl grew 1.18x, leaving it flat in real terms.

Sales Signal: Treat 53,959 as an installed base to displace, not a market to enter. Nobody chose Pojo.me this quarter, it arrived with a theme. These domains are cold on the vendor, warm on the problem underneath.

Customer profile

The size distribution is the category's most lopsided. 58.51% of enriched Pojo.me companies have ten or fewer employees and another 25.85% fall in the 11 to 50 band, so about five in six sit under fifty people. On founding year, 38.64% started in the 2010s and 23.37% in the 2000s, so these aren't new digital-native firms. They're small, established organisations that picked a WordPress theme and got a toolbar with it. The exceptions are large: the US Department of State careers site, Oxford University Press, Manchester Metropolitan University, Rio de Janeiro's city government. Mostly on subdomains.

Sales Signal: The 1 to 50 band is an owner-operator who never evaluated a vendor and has no renewal date to work back from. The 10,001+ names are a department publishing a WordPress microsite outside the central web team. Two different conversations.

Industry and geographic concentration

Read the industry chart carefully: those percentages are shares of the top ten industries shown, not of the whole base. Medical Practices and Real Estate tie at 12.56% each, Construction takes 12.41%, Government Administration 10.84%. Nothing pulls away, which is what a distribution channel produces. Add the two healthcare rows and they reach 24.36%, more than any other row. Geography is more revealing. Among enriched companies with a known country the United States is 41.1%, Spain 15.29% and Israel 8.23%. Those levels aren't what a US-marketed product looks like. They're a free theme's download footprint.

Sales Signal: Spain is the underserved corridor. It holds 15.29% of Pojo.me's enriched base and no paid vendor has a comparable position there. If you sell audits in Spanish, this list beats any category ranking.

Migration patterns

This is the finding that matters, and it isn't competitive. Since 16 March 2026 we've watched 2,913 domains drop Pojo.me, 5.1% of the 56,640 we have ever seen it on. Of those, 73 moved to another accessibility tool, 2.5%. The corridors fit in one line: 36 domains to UserWay, 10 to accessiBe, 7 to Nagich, 5 to Enable, 4 to All in One Accessibility, 3 to EqualWeb. Inbound is smaller again. Beside 2,913 the reading is unambiguous: these sites aren't switching vendors, they're deleting the widget.

Sales Signal: Don't build the pitch around competitive displacement: the churn data says the competitor is nothing. You're working against a buyer who believes the accessibility box is ticked. Lead with a tested failure on their own pages.

Technology ecosystem

99.16% of Pojo.me domains run WordPress. Across thousands of technologies I've rarely seen a co-occurrence behave like a definition rather than a correlation. The rest follows. Google Analytics sits at 64.1%, WooCommerce at 12.86%, and the consent layer splits between Complianz at 10.87% and CookieYes at 10.24%, both free plugins, while paid Cookie Control reaches 0.83%. Sales Signal: The absence is the opening. About one in ten runs a free consent plugin while the paid option in that category sits under 1%. The owner accepts that legal requirements apply and already chose the cheapest answer. That's a budget conversation.

What the review sites cannot tell you

We'd normally cross-reference our crawl against G2 sentiment here. Pojo.me isn't listed on G2, which follows from what it is. Review platforms rank vendors by reviewer volume, which rewards whoever runs the largest campaign, and a free plugin bundled with a theme has no campaign and no purchaser to write one. It reads as absent, and absent gets read as small, while our crawl puts it fourth. The public record can be checked. accessiBe paid $1 million to settle FTC allegations that it misrepresented its AI overlay, complaint January 2025, final order April 2025. AudioEye has sued accessiBe for patent infringement. Courts have rejected overlay widgets as an ADA defence, and 3,117 federal website accessibility lawsuits were filed in 2025.

Sales Signal: Star ratings are the weakest evidence here and most buyers suspect it. Bring the FTC settlement, the litigation count and our removal data into the first call: 2,913 removals against 73 replacements is the most useful review available.

Competitive angle: the 36 domains that moved to UserWay and the 10 to accessiBe actively re-evaluated in recent months. They've proved they'll act. Everyone else here has evaluated nothing: a slower sale, but a completely open one.
