Yes. JivoSite was the original name of the product and JivoChat is the name the vendor trades under now. The rebrand is visible almost everywhere except the plumbing: one of the script hosts we match on is still .jivosite.com, and the vendor's other asset host is code.jivo.ru. This profile is published as JivoChat because that is the name the live product and its detection rule carry.

Because the profile was re-identified in September 2026. It previously tracked the product under the JivoSite name against a technology id that our current detection cluster does not carry at all, which meant the number was slowly detaching from reality. The profile now points at the id our live ruleset matches, and it was refiled from Popups & Lead Capture into Live Chat & Messaging, where the vendor's rule sits. The current figure of 35,744 domains is a different measurement, not a growth event.

We match two vendor-owned signals: the widget's JavaScript globals, jivo_api and a jivo_version string, and its script hosts, .jivosite.com and code.jivo.ru.
