Efilli Usage Statistics
Efilli first appears in our records in 2021 on a handful of domains and climbs steadily through 2024. Our current crawl detects it on 986 active domains as of August 2026, up from 790 in June. Counts are not a like for like series over time: the set of domains we crawl turns over every month, with dead sites dropping out and newly discovered ones added, and our detection signals widen as we go. The step between 2025 and 2026 reflects changes on our side, both the domains we cover and the signals we detect Efilli with, rather than a surge in adoption.

Efilli publishes no customer logos or case studies, so these are drawn from our own detection data matched to LinkedIn company records, not from vendor confirmation.
Which Countries Use Efilli the Most?
Which countries use Efilli the most? Turkey accounts for 92.1% of enriched Efilli customers with a country on record, 492 of 534. The rest scatter thinly: the United States (7), Germany (5), then France and the United Kingdom at three each. Efilli supports GDPR and Brazil's LGPD as well as KVKK, so the concentration reflects where it sells rather than where it can operate, based on our enriched company data.
Efilli Market Share Among Consent & Privacy Management
What is Efilli's market share? Efilli holds 0.03% of the Consent & Privacy Management market and ranks #69, which is the wrong lens for a vendor that sells in one country. Restrict the same data to Turkish companies and Efilli ranks #5 with 492 domains, ahead of Cookiebot (349), OneTrust (249) and Usercentrics (149), based on our monthly crawl of 29.9M active domains and 40K+ tracked technologies at TechnologyChecker.io.
Top Competitors by Market Share
Efilli Customers by Company Size & Age
Is Efilli only for large enterprises? No, but it leans that way. The largest single band is 51 to 200 employees at 20.9%, with 11 to 50 close behind at 19.5%, based on our analysis of 602 enriched companies. What separates Efilli from the self serve consent tools is the top end: 30.7% employ more than 500 people, and Türk Telekom, Migros and Şişecam all carry it.
Company Size Distribution
Company Age (Founded Decade)
What Industries Use Efilli the Most?
Financial services is the dominant industry at 10.34%, followed by hospitality (8.1%) and retail (6.03%). No single industry clears 11%, so the tail is long, but the clustering is the real signal: add banking and insurance and finance reaches 16.4% of enriched customers, based on our enriched company data at TechnologyChecker.io.
Financial services brands using Efilli form the largest vertical at 10.34%, and the named accounts are the country's biggest banks: Garanti BBVA, İşbank, Akbank and Denizbank. Hospitality companies on Efilli take second place at 8.1%, with tour operators such as Coral Travel Group and resort groups such as Maxxroyal alongside them. Retailers using Efilli including Migros, Teknosa and Koçtaş repeat the same pattern: large, regulated and Turkish, based on our enriched company data.
Efilli Alternatives & Competitors
Efilli competes globally against tools two to three orders of magnitude larger, and locally against a much shorter list. CookieYes (19.9%) and Complianz (11.64%) lead the category on volume, but both install as self serve plugins rather than through procurement. Cookiebot (7.44%) is the closest match on positioning, and Efilli is ahead of it on Turkish companies by 492 to 349, based on our market share data across 29.9M active domains.
Efilli Customer Migration
Based on the 46 domains we have watched drop Efilli since we began tracking it in March 2026, movement runs thin in both directions. Efilli gained 8 domains from competitors, three each from OneTrust and Google's Funding Choices, and lost 9, four to Funding Choices and three to Cookiebot. At this volume the finding is the absence of a churn corridor rather than its direction.

Expert Analysis: Efilli Growth Trends & Key Signals for Sales Teams in 2026

One disclosure before the data: I know Şefik Yunus Özcan, Efilli's co-founder and CEO, and I interviewed him in May 2026 for the founder series on GrowthMarketing.ai. Company background below comes from him. Every number comes from our own crawl.
Our August 2026 crawl detects Efilli on 986 active domains, of which 602 match a LinkedIn company record, a 61% enrichment rate. Small by the standards of this site, and also the most legible, because nearly every dimension points the same way.
Growth trajectory
Efilli enters our records in 2021 and climbs through 2024. Our current crawl puts it at 986 domains in August 2026, up from 790 in June. Read the long run shape as a trend, not a same domain comparison: the set of domains we crawl turns over monthly, with dead sites dropping out and new ones added, and our detection signals widen over time. The step between 2025 and 2026 reflects changes on our side, both coverage and signals, rather than a jump in adoption.
Near term movement is cleaner, because both ends are measured the same way. Over the 90 days to August 2026 we recorded 89 domains adopting Efilli against 36 dropping it. That ratio describes a product still taking its home market, not defending it.
"What makes Efilli hard to displace is not the banner. It is that a Turkish bank's legal team has already signed off on where the consent logs live." - Emre Elbeyoglu, Growth & AI Advisor at TechnologyChecker.io
Sales Signal: A growing market, but a shallow one. The entire Efilli customer base fits in a single prospecting list, and every row on it already bought a compliance product and already carries the budget line for one.
Customer profile
The size distribution has two peaks, which is the interesting part. 51 to 200 employees is the largest band at 20.9%, with 11 to 50 behind it at 19.5%, reading like an ordinary SMB tool. Then 30.7% employ more than 500 people, which does not. Sorted by headcount, the list opens with Türk Telekom, Migros, Garanti BBVA, İşbank and Akbank.
Ten of those forty are banks. Şişecam, Eczacıbaşı, Hepsiburada, Teknosa and Koçtaş fill in much of the rest of the Turkish corporate index. Efilli publishes no customer logos or case studies, so none of this is vendor confirmed; it comes from our detection data matched to LinkedIn records. Age says these are not startups: 29.76% were founded in the 2010s, but 38.1% predate 2000 and 5.61% predate 1960, which in Turkey means the old industrial and banking families.
Sales Signal: These buyers will not build this in house. A consent platform is a transfer of legal liability, not a feature, so the signature sits closer to the general counsel than the CTO. Lead with the regulator.
Industry and geographic concentration
Turkey accounts for 92.1% of enriched Efilli customers with a country on record, 492 of 534, the tightest geographic concentration I have seen on a profile here. The other 42 sit mostly in the United States and Germany, which in a Turkish context usually means a subsidiary rather than an export motion.
Industry concentrates the same way. Financial services leads at 10.34%, and adding banking and insurance takes the cluster to 16.4%. Hospitality at 8.1% plus travel arrangements at 2.76% gives tourism 10.86%. Those two sectors carry the heaviest KVKK exposure in Turkey: banks because the regulator watches them, hotels because they process passport data for foreign guests. The top ten industries cover only 46.9% of the base, so the tail is genuine, but the head is not random.
Sales Signal: Turkish banking and Turkish tourism are where a privacy adjacent product already has a budget and a named buyer. Filter for Efilli plus a finance or hospitality industry code and every result has proven it will pay for this class of software.
Migration patterns
We have watched 46 domains drop Efilli since we began tracking it in March 2026. That is the entire churn dataset, so read this as directional. Efilli gained 8 domains, three each from OneTrust and Google's Funding Choices and one each from CookieYes and Usercentrics. It lost 9, mostly to Funding Choices and Cookiebot.
Roughly even, and the evenness is the finding. There is no corridor. Nobody is systematically pulling Efilli out for a global platform, and Efilli is not displacing one either. The Funding Choices flow in both directions is probably not a consent decision at all, since that tool arrives with AdSense.
"When churn on a compliance product comes back flat in both directions, the honest read is that nobody is shopping. Consent platforms get replaced during a regulatory scare or a site rebuild, and neither happened this quarter." - Emre Elbeyoglu, Growth & AI Advisor at TechnologyChecker.io
Sales Signal: Low churn cuts both ways. A displacement pitch against Efilli inside Turkey has poor odds here. The stronger play is adjacency: these domains carry an active compliance budget and a named owner, which qualifies them for accessibility auditing, data mapping and DSAR handling.
Technology ecosystem
Google Tag Manager sits on 91.1% of Efilli domains and Google Analytics on 89.79%. That near universal pairing is the category in one line: a consent tool exists to gate a tag manager, which makes Efilli's published Google Consent Mode v2 support a requirement rather than a feature. Facebook Pixel follows at 44.39%, TikTok Pixel at 20.22%.
Two numbers make this stack unmistakably Turkish. Insider appears on 13.14% and Yandex.Metrika on 10.52%, the first an Istanbul founded personalization platform, the second running far above its global share for regional reasons. ASP.NET at 22.24% and IIS at 9.61% point to the Microsoft heavy estates Turkish banks have run for two decades, while Cloudflare at 44.79% marks the newer builds beside them.
Sales Signal: The gaps matter more than the peaks. Hotjar reaches only 10.31% and Sentry 7.18%, so session replay and error monitoring are under adopted across a base of large, well funded organisations.
What the review sites do not tell you
Efilli has no G2 profile, no Capterra listing and no TrustRadius entry. In most categories that would be a warning. Here it describes the sales motion. Şefik told me the first sale into a regulated Turkish account still closes in person, and a company selling that way never accumulates self serve review volume.
So triangulation runs against the vendor's published numbers instead. Efilli states 510 enterprise customers, 3,000+ domains and 114.4 million monthly consents. We detect 986 domains. Both can hold, because our crawl covers a large sample of the web rather than all of it. What our data corroborates independently is the shape Şefik described, banks, telcos, large e-commerce and holdings.
Sales Signal: With no third party reviews in existence, our detection data is the only public evidence of who runs this product. The company list on this page is the reference check.
Key takeaways
1. Market position. #69 globally at 0.03% share, #5 inside Turkey at 492 companies, ahead of Cookiebot, OneTrust and Usercentrics. The national number is the one that means anything.
2. Growth phase. Expanding. 89 adoptions against 36 drops over 90 days.
3. Core customer. A Turkish company of 51 to 200 people in finance, hospitality or retail, founded before 2020, where legal owns the buying decision.
4. Moat. Data residency plus regulatory specificity. Consent records stay on Turkish servers and the product cites KVKK articles 5 and 11 directly. Neither is quick for a global platform to copy.
5. Vulnerability. 92.1% of the base sits in one country, so the ceiling is set by Turkish enforcement rather than by product quality.
Sales applications
Targeting. Filter for Efilli, country Turkey, 200 or more employees. That returns 257 enriched companies, each a regulated Turkish organisation with a compliance owner.
Outreach angle. Open with the benchmark, not the product: this company is one of 95 Turkish financial firms we detect running Efilli, and here is what the other 94 already added. Compliance buyers respond to peer comparison more reliably than to feature lists.
Competitive angle. The eight domains that arrived from OneTrust, CookieYes and Usercentrics are the only companies here that demonstrably changed consent vendors recently, which makes them the shortest route to a conversation about the rest of the privacy stack.
The full list of companies using Efilli, covering all 986 detected domains and 602 enriched profiles, sits on this page. Our Turkish e-commerce statistics report covers the platforms and payment stacks the same brands run.

Efilli holds 0.03% of the Consent & Privacy Management market, ranking #69 in the category — based on our analysis of 29.6M domains and 40K+ technologies at TechnologyChecker.io.
What are the best alternatives to Efilli?
The top alternatives to Efilli include CookieYes (19.9% market share), Complianz (11.64% market share), Cookie Control (10.01% market share), Funding Choices (8.17% market share) — based on our market share data across 29.6M crawled domains.
Which countries use Efilli the most?
Turkey leads with 492 Efilli customers, followed by United States (7), Germany (5), France (3), United Kingdom (3), based on our enriched company data at TechnologyChecker.io.
What size companies use Efilli?
The most common company size is 51-200 employees, representing 20.9% of Efilli customers, based on our analysis of 602 enriched companies. This is followed by 11-50 employees (19.5%) and 1-10 employees (15.2%).
How old are companies that use Efilli?
The majority of Efilli customers were founded in the 2010s (29.76%), followed by the 2000s (19.02%), based on our analysis of 602 enriched companies. This suggests Efilli is most popular among relatively young companies.
What is the ideal customer profile for Efilli?
The ideal Efilli customer is: Company Size: 51-200 employees, Location: Turkey, Industry: Banking, hospitality, retail, Founded: 2000-2019, Company Age: ~10-25 years old — based on our analysis of 602 enriched companies at TechnologyChecker.io.
Can Efilli be used outside Turkey?
Yes, though our August 2026 crawl shows it stays close to home. Of 534 enriched companies with a country on file, 492 sit in Turkey and 42 elsewhere, mostly Germany, the United States, France and the United Kingdom. Efilli supports GDPR and Brazil's LGPD alongside KVKK, so the product travels further than the customer base currently does.
How much does Efilli cost?
Efilli does not publish prices. Its site lists three tiers, Başlangıç (starter), Hesaplı (value) and Kurumsal (enterprise), and routes all of them through a sales conversation after a seven day free trial. That matches what we detect: 30.7% of enriched Efilli customers employ more than 500 people, a segment that rarely buys self serve.
Does Efilli support GDPR as well as KVKK?
Yes. Efilli publishes KVKK, GDPR and Brazil's LGPD on its regulations pages, and cites articles 5 and 11 of Turkey's Law No. 6698 as the specific basis for its cookie consent flow. KVKK is clearly the anchor, though. Our data shows 92.1% of enriched Efilli customers with a country on record are Turkish companies.
Is Efilli compatible with IAB TCF 2.2?
Yes. Efilli publishes support for IAB TCF 2.2, the European transparency and consent framework used in programmatic advertising, alongside Google Consent Mode v2. That combination matters for this customer base: we detect DoubleClick Floodlight on 16.99% of Efilli domains and Criteo on 11.93%, and both need a valid TCF signal to keep serving.
Do Turkish banks use Efilli?
Yes, heavily. Ten of the forty largest Efilli customers by LinkedIn headcount are banks, among them Garanti BBVA, İşbank, Akbank, QNB Finansbank, Denizbank, Kuveyt Türk, Albaraka, ING Türkiye, Fibabanka and Odea Bank. Add insurers, investment banks and asset managers and financial services reaches 16.4% of enriched Efilli customers, the largest single cluster we see on TechnologyChecker.io.
How does Efilli compare to Cookiebot?
Globally Cookiebot is far larger, on 287,710 domains against Efilli's 986. Inside Turkey the order flips: our data puts Efilli on 492 Turkish companies and Cookiebot on 349. Efilli also keeps consent records on Turkish servers, which Cookiebot does not offer, and that data residency argument accounts for much of the difference in regulated buying.
Does Efilli work with Google Consent Mode v2?
Yes, Efilli publishes Google Consent Mode v2 support, and for this customer base it is close to a requirement. Google Tag Manager runs on 91.1% of the domains where we detect Efilli and Google Analytics on 89.79%, so a consent banner that could not pass signals into Google's stack would break measurement for nearly every customer.
Where does Efilli store consent data?
On servers in Turkey. Efilli states that it uses domestic infrastructure so records do not leave the country, and it markets that directly against foreign vendors on cost and support access. For banks and telcos operating under KVKK, keeping consent logs onshore removes a cross border transfer question, which helps explain the customer mix we detect.
Is Efilli suitable for small businesses?
It works for them, but they are not the centre of gravity. Companies with 1 to 10 staff make up 15.2% of enriched Efilli customers, while the 11 to 200 band accounts for 40.4%. Efilli says any website owner can sign up, yet the base we detect skews toward mid sized and large organisations that employ a compliance owner.
Does Efilli offer a free trial?
Yes, seven days. Efilli runs a self serve trial on its website and pairs it with a sales conversation for anything larger, which suits a product sold to legal, IT and marketing teams at the same time. The trial is the entry point; the invoiced accounts, 510 of them by Efilli's own count, are where the business sits.
Which industries rely on Efilli the most?
Financial services leads at 10.34%, then hospitality at 8.1% and retail at 6.03%. Grouping related verticals is more revealing: banking and insurance push finance to 16.4%, while hospitality plus travel arrangements reach 10.86%. Turkish banking and Turkish tourism carry the sharpest KVKK exposure, and both surface at the top of our data.
Is Efilli still growing?
Yes, on the evidence we have. Across the 90 days to August 2026 our crawl recorded 89 domains adopting Efilli against 36 dropping it, a net gain of 53. The 30 day split was 42 against 27. Momentum is positive, but the absolute numbers stay small, which is what a single country vendor should look like.
How is Efilli installed on a website?
With one JavaScript snippet. Efilli's pitch to IT teams is that the banner, the cookie scan and the blocking logic all ship from a single code block, with configuration handled in a dashboard rather than in a release. That matters when the buyer is a legal or marketing team that cannot book engineering time for a compliance change.
Does Efilli cover mobile apps as well as websites?
Yes. Alongside website consent, Efilli sells SDK consent management for iOS and Android, plus consent analytics, a cookie policy builder and legal text management.
