Companies Using Redo
Our October 2026 crawl finds Redo on 5,879 live domains, 18th in Shipping, Fulfillment & Returns with a 1.18% share. Redo is a Shopify returns platform funded at checkout: the shopper can opt in to free returns for a fee, and the store gets Redo's returns and claims portals at no charge. Redo now sells order tracking, email and SMS, support and checkout tools as well. Below is the list of companies that use Redo, with size, country, industry and stack. It includes Allbirds, Kenneth Cole, Diane von Furstenberg, Vera Wang, Shinola and Liquid Death.
The count kept rising after the 1 October reading: 6,902 live domains ran Redo when we analysed company data on 11 October. Not every domain is a separate brand, though. 3,072 of the 6,902 belong to 1,124 groups that serve one store on several addresses. Count each group once and 6,902 minus the 1,948 extra domains leaves 4,954, close to the 4,500+ brands Redo says it serves.

Which Countries Use Redo the Most?
Which countries use Redo the most? The United States, with 2,661 matched companies, 83.3% of the 3,195 matched. Canada (161) and Australia (154) follow, then the United Kingdom (64), and no other country reaches ten. Australia stands out: Redo has nearly as many Australian companies as Canadian ones, where Route's profile has 230 Canadian and 47 Australian. These counts cover the domains we matched to a company.
Share of the 3,195 Redo domains we matched to a company record — 54.3% of the 5,879 we detect. Top 15 countries shown, so these do not sum to 100%. Domains with no matching company record are not represented here and skew small and independent.
Redo Market Share Among Shipping, Fulfillment & Returns
What is Redo's market share? 1.18% of Shipping, Fulfillment & Returns, 18th in the category by domains, on the 1 October reading at TechnologyChecker.io. Among returns apps it's ahead of Loop Returns (3,780 domains, 0.76%) and AfterShip Returns Center (1,678, 0.34%). Route is bigger, at 9,023 domains and 1.81%, but it sells package protection first. The category mixes tracking, protection, returns and fulfilment tools, so the share isn't a returns-only ranking.
Top Competitors by Market Share
Redo Customers by Company Size & Age
What size companies use Redo? Small brands with a real team. 58.17% of matched companies with a known size have 1 to 10 employees and 31.79% have 11 to 50, a bigger middle band than Route's (24.01%) or ParcelPanel's (19.67%). 46.29% of the 6,902 Redo domains we analysed on 11 October match a LinkedIn company page, against 35.51% for Route and 10.68% for ParcelPanel. 11 companies have more than 1,000 staff, among them Maverik and French Connection.
Company Size Distribution
Company Age (Founded Decade)
The largest group of matched companies was founded in the 2010s (52.52%), then the 2000s (17.94%) and the 2020s (14.85%). Redo's customers are established brands that already have return volume. The oldest in our list include Lucchese (1883), Filson (1897) and Maverik (1928), and Diane von Furstenberg and French Connection both date from 1972.
What Industries Use Redo the Most?
Retail Apparel and Fashion leads at 25.85%, then Retail (18.75%), Manufacturing (6.49%), Apparel & Fashion (5.84%) and Sporting Goods Manufacturing (5.15%), based on our enriched company data. Add the two apparel labels and clothing is 31.69% of matched companies with an industry, against 19.88% on Route's profile and 13.57% on ParcelPanel's. Clothing returns are often size and fit exchanges, and Redo's App Store listing leads with an exchange-first experience.
Fashion brands using Redo include Allbirds, Kenneth Cole, Diane von Furstenberg, Vera Wang, LoveShackFancy and French Connection. Outdoor and sporting brands on Redo include Filson, Herschel, Outdoor Research and Black Diamond Equipment. Food and drink companies using Redo are fewer, but Liquid Death, Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams and Porto's Bakery all run it.
Redo Alternatives & Competitors
Redo's table mixes two kinds of product. Loop Returns (3,780 domains) and AfterShip Returns Center (1,678) sell returns software; Route (9,023) and Seel (1,599) sell protection at checkout. Redo does both. The overlaps are real: 272 Redo domains run Route today and 218 run Loop Returns, out of 338 and 374 ever seen with both. Seel shares 22 and AfterShip Returns Center 16. In each pair most stores still run both, so our switching tests publish no corridor.

Expert Analysis: Redo Growth Trends & Key Signals for Sales Teams in 2026

Redo gives Shopify brands a returns portal for free and charges the shopper instead. At checkout the shopper can pay to add free returns, and Redo covers the return label later. Our October 2026 crawl read 5,879 live domains on 1 October, 18th in Shipping, Fulfillment & Returns. A domain counts when it loads Redo's storefront extension from shopify-extension.getredo.com, so every row is a Shopify store with Redo's app embed switched on. All 50 pages in our company list loaded it when I checked.
Still climbing after the reading
The chart reads 4,124 domains in August, 5,319 in September and 5,879 in October, from our first reading on 4 August. The live set kept rising after 1 October: we analysed 6,902 live domains on 11 October, and 1,026 of the 6,920 domains running Redo on 14 October were first seen in October. For Route and ParcelPanel that figure is about 100 each. Some of the rise is our side, because the set of domains we crawl turns over every month and our detection widens, so I wouldn't call it all new installs. Exits are smaller: 1,237 domains dropped Redo on at least one hostname since 4 August, and 248 of those still run it on another.
"Redo was the only one of the three apps still adding domains quickly when I pulled the data. Its customers aren't new businesses, though: more than four in five were founded before 2020." - Sophie Clarke, Product Marketing Manager at TechnologyChecker.io
Sales signal: Redo is the growing name in this group. A rival returns app pitching Redo stores is selling to recent installs, so expect a wait before many of them review the choice.
Brands with several domains
Redo's count has more duplicate addresses than its neighbours. 3,072 of the 6,902 domains load their store from another domain in the set, in 1,124 groups. Counting each group once removes 1,948 domains, 28.22%, against 18.73% on Route and 15.06% on ParcelPanel. Many are alias domains that forward to the main store, such as biodude.org for The Bio Dude, and country sites such as Innosupps' UK store. The deduplicated figure lands close to Redo's own claim: 6,902 minus 1,948 is 4,954, and Redo's homepage says it serves 4,500+ brands. Closed stores barely register, 18 domains or 0.26%.
Sales signal: size a Redo campaign at about 5,000 brands rather than 6,900 domains, and expect one decision-maker behind each group.
Established brands with a team
46.29% of the 6,902 Redo domains we analysed on 11 October match a LinkedIn company page, the highest of the three apps I compared (Route 35.51%, ParcelPanel 10.68%). Among matched companies, 58.17% have 1 to 10 employees and 31.79% have 11 to 50, a bigger middle band than Route's 24.01%. 52.52% were founded in the 2010s and only 14.85% in the 2020s. The names explain it: Allbirds, Kenneth Cole, Diane von Furstenberg, Vera Wang, Shinola, Liquid Death, Filson and Herschel. Eleven matched companies have more than 1,000 staff, among them Maverik, on its merch shop, and French Connection.
Sales signal: these brands have return volume worth managing and someone paid to manage it. Pitch the operations or customer experience lead with return-rate and exchange numbers.
Apparel first, and an Australian pocket
Retail Apparel and Fashion leads at 25.85% and Apparel & Fashion adds 5.84%, so clothing is 31.69% of matched companies with an industry. Sporting Goods Manufacturing (5.15%) is the next vertical with a clear identity. By country, the United States has 2,661 matched companies (83.3%), Canada 161 and Australia 154, more than three times Route's 47 Australian companies.
Sales signal: an Australian returns, logistics or 3PL partner has a short, concrete list here: 154 matched companies already on Redo.
Next to Route and Loop
272 Redo domains run Route today, out of 338 ever seen with both, and 218 run Loop Returns, out of 374. AfterShip Returns Center (16 today) and Seel (22) barely overlap. Most overlapping stores still run both tools, so our switching tests publish no corridor and there's no migration chart on this page. The Loop pair is the one to watch: 58.3% of the domains ever seen with both still run both, the lowest share of the four pairs.
"272 stores run Redo next to Route and 218 next to Loop Returns. Redo sells what both of them sell, and those stores are where that gets tested." - Sophie Clarke, Product Marketing Manager at TechnologyChecker.io
Sales signal: for Route and Loop, these shared stores are the accounts to protect. For Redo, they're the expansion list.
The stack around it
Redo stores have the heaviest email set-up of the three. Klaviyo is on 70.92% of the 6,905 domains in our stack analysis, against 44.5% on Route's and 40.44% on ParcelPanel's. Judge.me is on 31.22%, Yotpo Reviews on 11.59% and Okendo on 8.5%. Google Analytics runs on 77.36%. Redo now sells email and SMS itself, priced per send.
Sales signal: Redo's email product is selling into stores where Klaviyo is already installed seven times in ten. Klaviyo agencies should treat Redo as a competitor inside their accounts.
What it costs
Redo's pricing page (14 October 2026) lists the returns and claims portals as free, with Redo covering return labels. Paid products are priced by use: order tracking at $0.08 per tracked order, checkout optimisation at $0.40 per order, email and SMS from $0.002 per send. The Shopify App Store listing, from Redo Tech, Inc, is rated 4.9 from 804 reviews. In May 2026 Redo announced it had acquired ReturnLogic.
Sales signal: a free returns portal is hard to undercut on price. Compete on exchanges, fraud checks and support quality instead.
Key takeaways
1. 5,879 live domains on 1 October, 18th in the category, and 6,902 by 11 October.

At checkout you'll see Redo as an option to add free returns to the order.
How do Redo returns work?
At checkout the shopper can add free returns to the order for a fee. If they later send something back, they start the return in the store's Redo portal, and Redo covers the return label. What kind of company is Redo?
Redo Tech, Inc. makes a post-purchase platform for Shopify brands: returns and claims, order tracking, email and SMS, an AI support inbox and checkout optimisation. Its Shopify App Store listing is rated 4.9 from 804 reviews. In May 2026 Redo announced it had acquired ReturnLogic, a returns software company that had been running for nearly a decade.
Redo vs Loop Returns: which is bigger?
Redo, on our October 2026 crawl: 5,879 live domains against Loop Returns' 3,780, which puts Redo 18th in Shipping, Fulfillment & Returns and Loop 22nd. They overlap more than most pairs: 218 domains run both today, out of 374 ever seen with both. Most of those stores still run both, so our switching tests don't publish a corridor either way.
Does Redo work outside Shopify?
Redo's site says it integrates with Shopify, WooCommerce and BigCommerce. Our count can't see those other installs, because we recognise Redo by the storefront extension it loads on Shopify, and 99.99% of the 6,905 Redo domains in our stack analysis run Shopify. Read the 5,879 as a Shopify figure and a floor for Redo overall.
