Property is the obvious fit and the numbers confirm it: a listings site renders a map on every single property page, so per-view mapping costs scale directly with traffic. That is the clearest commercial reason in the data to run a library you host yourself.

Hospitality (3.85%) and restaurants (3.76%) follow the same logic on a smaller scale, and government administration at 2.75% is a notable presence for a category otherwise dominated by commercial sites, since public bodies frequently have procurement or data-protection reasons to avoid a commercial mapping API.
