Companies Using HulkApps Form Builder

I pulled HulkApps Form Builder from our October 2026 crawl as the other half of a pair: it and Powerful Form are the two Shopify form apps that make our Form Builders table. A store counts when its pages load the app's script from formbuilder.hulkapps.com. That gives 9,000 live domains, 4,252 of them matched to a company, 8th of 64 in the category.

Counting stores

HulkApps puts the store's Shopify address in its script URL, so I can count stores as well as domains. Of the 4,395 clean domains where we logged the script, 4,231 showed a store ID, belonging to 3,443 stores, about 1.2 domains each. The largest is Igloo, whose one store sits behind 26 domains, under 1% of the base. No agency or platform account is spreading the app across unrelated sites. Newer installs load the script through a theme app embed instead, which is how a few stores, such as Junaid Jamshed's gift shop, show it.

The script runs on every page, but a form shows only where the merchant embeds one. In a browser I loaded the homepage and up to three contact-like pages of 15 random stores; 13 loaded, all 13 still ran the script, and I found a rendered form on 5, plus a form slot on a sixth store's wholesale page that hadn't filled in yet. The forms sat on pages like a fly-rod registration page, a tour booking form and a free-quote page, so on the other stores they may well sit on pages I didn't open.

Sales signal: count stores, not domains, and don't judge an install by its homepage. A HulkApps row tells you the merchant installed a form tool; which page uses it takes a click.

Flat since July

The chart reads 7,869 in June, 8,727 in July, 8,842 in August, 8,761 in September and 9,000 in October. The June step is ours: the set of domains we crawl turns over every month, with dead sites dropping out and new ones added, and our detection signals widen over time. Since July the line has stayed between 8,727 and 9,000. 1,530 domains have dropped the app since we began tracking it on 16 March 2026. That is counted by hostname, and 274 of them still loaded it on another hostname when I re-checked, about 18%.

Sales signal: a stable pool of about 9,000 domains, or roughly 3,400 stores where we can see the ID. Plan to work through it, not to ride growth.

Older, smaller, American

64.15% of matched companies with a known size have 1 to 10 employees and 25.23% have 11 to 50. The age profile is what sets it apart: 52.12% were founded in the 2010s and only 7.49% in the 2020s, against 27.73% for Powerful Form. The United States has 2,316 matched companies, then Canada (365), the UK (345) and Australia (329). Germany has 39, where Powerful Form has 135. The larger names are a mix of brand stores and side shops: Stanley 1913 and UNTUCKit on their main sites, the Los Angeles Times on store.latimes.com, 85°C Bakery Cafe on its at-home shop.

Sales signal: these are established North American merchants. Pitch tools that matter to a store that has been trading for years, such as B2B ordering, loyalty or migration help.

Retail, then makers

Retail leads at 16.36%, Retail Apparel and Fashion follows at 8.79% and Manufacturing at 5.74%. Sporting Goods Manufacturing (2.87%) and Wholesale (2.59%) make the top ten too. Makers on the list include Igloo, the radar-detector company Escort on its Australia and New Zealand store, and Preserve, which sells household goods made from recycled plastic. Public bodies turn up as well: Portugal's INCM on its shop and Western Australia's conservation department on WA Naturally.

Sales signal: a manufacturer with a HulkApps form may be collecting dealer, warranty or quote requests; the form page will tell you which. That is a lead for a B2B portal or a CRM integration.

Stacking, not switching

Our switching tests found nothing worth publishing. 45 domains run HulkApps and Powerful Form today, of 55 ever seen with both, and 159 run it with Powerful Form's older Globo install, of 179. Jotform overlaps on 3 of 6. When most of an overlap still runs both, stores are using two tools, often for different forms, not moving between them.

Sales signal: a store paying for two form apps is a consolidation pitch for either one. The 159 stores with both HulkApps and the Globo install are the obvious list.

The stack around it

Across the 8,820 live domains behind the stack figures, Google Analytics runs on 73.13% and Klaviyo on 30.92%. Mailchimp is on 24.22%, against 9.82% on Powerful Form's profile and 13.48% on Yoast SEO for Shopify's, which fits a base that set up its email tools years ago. Instafeed (22.8%), Klaviyo Reviews (22.83%) and Judge.me (17.51%) are common, and Hextom's apps show up on 11.95%.

Sales signal: the Mailchimp share marks stores that may move their email. A Klaviyo partner or an email agency has a ready list in the 24.22%.

What it costs

The App Store listing, checked on 14 October 2026, shows a free Basic plan (one form, 50 submissions), Pro at $12.90 a month and Pro+ at $24.90, or $129 and $249 a year, with a 3-day trial. Pro adds unlimited forms, popups and UTM tracking; Pro+ adds multi-page forms, Slack, Zapier and a booking element. The listing shows a 4.8 rating from 2,031 reviews and a London address for HulkApps. Powerful Contact Form Builder is priced close by, at $14.90 and $24.90.

Sales signal: price won't move a merchant between these two apps. Features such as booking, B2B accounts or payments in forms are what decide it.
