Companies Using Qgiv
Our October 2026 crawl finds 4,555 live domains that link to a Qgiv donation or event form, or embed one, and 3,829 of them match an organisation. This is the list of companies that use Qgiv, with size, country, industry and stack. Nearly all are American non-profits: 3,696 of the matched organisations are in the United States. They include Nemours Children's Health, Canine Companions, the Wistar Institute, the National Society of Black Engineers and the Buncombe County Schools Foundation.
Qgiv is sold as Bloomerang Fundraising now. Bloomerang bought it in January 2024 and qgiv.com says "Qgiv is now Bloomerang Fundraising", but the forms still run on secure.qgiv.com, and that address is what we detect. Qgiv ranks 7th of the 54 tools in Donations & Fundraising with 3.8% of the category. Its users skew old: 40.75% of matched organisations were founded before 1990.

Qgiv Usage Statistics
Qgiv reads 3,377 domains in June 2026, 3,814 in July, 3,983 in August, 4,372 in September and 4,555 in October, 1,178 more than in June. Don't read that gap as 1,178 new customers. The set of domains we crawl turns over every month, with dead sites dropping out and newly found ones added, and our detection signals widen over time, so the line is a trend rather than a same-site comparison. Since we began tracking Qgiv in March 2026, 823 domains have dropped it on at least one hostname. About one in seven of those (117 in a recheck) still links to Qgiv from another hostname, and some of the rest is probably seasonal: many sites link to a gala or golf-day page that comes down after the event.

Which Countries Use Qgiv the Most?
Which countries use Qgiv the most? The United States, by a distance. 3,696 of the 3,829 matched organisations (96.5%) are American. Canada is next with 27, then Kenya and the United Kingdom with four each, and no other country has more than two. Donorbox's profile puts 3,113 of its 4,778 matched companies in the US (65.2%) and Givebutter's 6,430 of 6,989 (92.0%). On our enriched company data, Qgiv is a US product in practice.
Share of the 3,829 Qgiv domains we matched to a company record — 84.1% of the 4,555 we detect. Top 15 countries shown, so these do not sum to 100%. Domains with no matching company record are not represented here and skew small and independent.
Qgiv Market Share Among Donations & Fundraising
What is Qgiv's market share? 3.8% of Donations & Fundraising, 7th of the 54 tools we track there, on 4,555 domains in our October 2026 crawl at TechnologyChecker.io. GiveWP leads with 27.38% (32,785 domains). Donorbox (5.85%) and Fundraise Up (4.53%) also rank above Qgiv, as do creator-tipping tools such as Patreon, Ko-fi and Buy Me a Coffee that share the category. Kindful is just below at 3.34%, and Kindful is a Bloomerang product too, so Qgiv's parent holds more of this category than either row shows.
Top Competitors by Market Share
Qgiv Customers by Company Size & Age
What size organisations use Qgiv? Mostly small ones. 55.1% of matched organisations with a known size have 1 to 10 employees and 29.51% have 11 to 50, so 84.61% have 50 staff or fewer. Donorbox (75.32% at 1 to 10) and Givebutter (71.99%) skew smaller, per their profiles. 27 organisations have more than 1,000 staff. The large ones on our list are health systems and school districts that run Qgiv through a foundation, such as Nemours Children's Health, UM Health-Sparrow and Kaweah Health.
Company Size Distribution
Company Age (Founded Decade)
How old are organisations that use Qgiv? Older than Donorbox's or Givebutter's users. The largest group was founded in the 2010s (22.49%), but 40.75% were founded before 1990 and 12.66% before 1960. Only 6.42% date from the 2020s, against 26.59% on Donorbox's profile and 21.1% on Givebutter's. The oldest named ones include Buncombe County Schools (1881), the Wistar Institute (1892) and Holyoke Medical Center (1893).
What Industries Use Qgiv the Most?
Non-profit Organizations leads at 32.4%, LinkedIn's broadest charity label. Add Non-profit Organization Management (7.61%) and Philanthropic Fundraising Services (1.88%) and the charity labels reach 41.89%, before Individual and Family Services (7.07%) and Civic and Social Organizations (6.13%). Hospitals and Health Care is the largest label outside the charity sector at 4.42%, based on our enriched company data. Whatever the sector, the buyer is a development office.
Hospitals using Qgiv usually do it through their foundations: Kaweah Health links to its foundation's form, UM Health-Sparrow to a giving page and Nemours Children's Health to an event. School foundations on Qgiv include the Buncombe County Schools Foundation, the Millard Public Schools Foundation in Omaha and Nacogdoches ISD's education foundation. Colleges using Qgiv include Merrimack College, which loads Qgiv's embed script, Santa Fe College and Landmark College.
Qgiv Alternatives & Competitors
Who competes with Qgiv? GiveWP is the category's biggest name at 32,785 domains, yet only 66 domains run it with Qgiv today. Donorbox (7,008 domains, 5.85%) and Fundraise Up (5,422, 4.53%) are hosted form tools, and Fundraise Up runs beside Qgiv on 46 domains. Kindful has the big overlap, 771 domains running both, but most of it is one company: 651 of those 771 also load Bloomerang's website script, which our Kindful detection matches too, and Bloomerang owns both products. DonorPerfect (2,732 domains) shares 35. None of these pairs passes our switching tests, based on our live crawl.
Qgiv Customer Migration
Tech Stack of Qgiv-Powered Websites
Across the 4,639 live Qgiv domains in our stack analysis, WordPress runs on 51.0% and Elementor on 16.08%. Squarespace (15.91%) and Wix (11.77%) carry most of the rest, so the typical install is a Donate button on a site the development team edits itself. Bloomerang's CRM script is on 14.55%. Google Analytics runs on 65.21%. Payment tags are scarce, Stripe on 6.85% and PayPal on 3.15%, which fits gifts being taken on Qgiv's own page.

Expert Analysis: Qgiv Growth Trends & Key Signals for Sales Teams in 2026

I started on Qgiv with one question: now that it is sold as Bloomerang Fundraising, who still counts as a Qgiv customer? On the web the answer is simple, because the forms never moved. A domain counts here when a page on it links to secure.qgiv.com or loads a script from there. Our October 2026 crawl finds 4,555 live domains that do, 3,829 of them matched to an organisation, which puts Qgiv 7th of the 54 tools in Donations & Fundraising with 3.8%.
Most sites link out
Most Qgiv installs are a link. In a random sample of 20 sites with Qgiv on the page, 19 linked a button to a form on secure.qgiv.com and one embedded it with Qgiv's script. Every link went to the site's own organisation, so each one is that organisation's own appeal. The link targets also show what the money is for. Many point at an event rather than a general Donate form: a gala at Holyoke Medical Center, a golf day for Springpoint Senior Living's foundation, a middle-school trivia night, a 2027 backpack drive in Grand Rapids.
Sales signal: a Qgiv site's link targets tell you its fundraising calendar. Event-heavy organisations are the ones to approach with auction, ticketing or sponsorship tools, and the event name dates the conversation.
Growth trajectory
The line reads 3,377 domains in June 2026, 3,814 in July, 3,983 in August, 4,372 in September and 4,555 in October. Part of that rise is on our side: the set of domains we crawl turns over every month, with dead sites dropping out and new ones coming in, and our detection signals widen over time. So I'd count only part of the 1,178 extra domains as new Qgiv users. Churn needs the same care. 823 domains have dropped Qgiv on at least one hostname since we began tracking it in March 2026, but about one in seven still links to it from another hostname, and event links come down after the event by design.
"A Qgiv link often has an expiry date. The gala ends, the page comes down, and the site looks as if it dropped Qgiv when it's only between events." - Emma Davies, Data Analyst at TechnologyChecker.io
Sales signal: a dropped Qgiv link is a reason to recheck in a month. A site that removed its Donate link and its event links together is the real churn signal.
Who the customers are
55.1% of matched organisations with a known size have 1 to 10 employees and 29.51% have 11 to 50. That is a less micro base than Donorbox's (75.32% at 1 to 10) or Givebutter's (71.99%), per their profiles. Age sets Qgiv apart more. Only 6.42% were founded in the 2020s and 40.75% before 1990. Buncombe County Schools dates from 1881, the Wistar Institute from 1892 and Holyoke Medical Center from 1893. The large organisations on our list, health systems and school districts, reach Qgiv through a foundation: Kaweah Health's foundation form, the Polk State College Foundation, Nacogdoches ISD's education foundation.
Sales signal: at a hospital or a school district the Qgiv buyer is the foundation's development director, not IT. A foundation subdomain is a quick filter for them.
A US charity base
3,696 of the 3,829 matched organisations are in the United States, 96.5%. Canada has 27 and no other country has more than four. Donorbox's profile, for comparison, has 65.2% of its matched companies in the US. The industry labels agree. Non-profit Organizations alone is 32.4%, and with Non-profit Organization Management and Philanthropic Fundraising Services the charity labels reach 41.89%. Individual and Family Services adds 7.07% and Civic and Social Organizations 6.13%. Hospitals and Health Care, at 4.42%, is the biggest label outside the charity sector.
Sales signal: this is a US list. Donor data, wealth screening, matching-gift and planned-giving vendors selling to American charities will find it fits. International payment or translation tools won't.
The Bloomerang family
Our crawl shows no switching corridor into or out of Qgiv. No pair passed our tests, and the biggest overlaps are one company. 14.55% of Qgiv domains load Bloomerang's CRM script, the sister product. Kindful, also a Bloomerang product, runs beside Qgiv on 771 domains today, but 651 of those also load Bloomerang's script, which our Kindful detection matches as well. Most of that overlap is one customer using two Bloomerang tools. Outside rivals barely touch Qgiv: 66 domains run it with GiveWP, 46 with Fundraise Up and 35 with DonorPerfect.
"Qgiv's biggest competitor overlap is with its own parent company. Take Bloomerang out and its overlap with any other donation tool is a few dozen domains." - Emma Davies, Data Analyst at TechnologyChecker.io
Sales signal: a Qgiv site that also loads Bloomerang's CRM is a committed Bloomerang account and a hard displacement. The other 85% of Qgiv sites keep their donor records somewhere we can't see from the website, and that is the opening for CRM vendors and integrators.
The stack around it
WordPress runs on 51.0% of Qgiv domains and Elementor on 16.08%. Squarespace (15.91%) and Wix (11.77%) are the other common builders, so the typical install is a Donate button on a site the development team edits itself. Google Analytics is on 65.21%. Payment tags are scarce: Stripe on 6.85%, PayPal on 3.15% and Givebutter on 1.36%, consistent with gifts being taken on Qgiv's page. Salesforce shows on 2.39%.
Sales signal: agencies that build non-profit sites can use this list directly. Since 49% of these sites aren't on WordPress, a WordPress-only plugin pitch reaches about half of it.
What it costs
Bloomerang's pricing page (checked 13 October 2026) lists Bloomerang Fundraising, the former Qgiv, from $40 a month billed annually, bought in a bundle with Bloomerang CRM, which starts at $125 a month. The whole Giving Platform starts at $242 a month, with unlimited users. The page doesn't publish card-processing fees.
Sales signal: the bundle rule means new Qgiv buyers arrive as Bloomerang CRM customers. If that holds, the 14.55% of Qgiv sites carrying Bloomerang's script should climb, and it's worth tracking as a measure of the integration.
Key takeaways
1. 4,555 live domains, 7th of 54 in Donations & Fundraising with 3.8%.
2. A link, not a widget: 19 of 20 sampled sites link to a form on secure.qgiv.com.
3. American and established: 96.5% of matched organisations are in the US, and 40.75% were founded before 1990.
4. The real overlap is Bloomerang's own CRM (14.55%); outside rivals share a few dozen domains each.
5. Event links make churn look higher than it is.
How to use this list
Filter by size and industry, then read each site's Qgiv link: an address with /event/ in it is a dated campaign, the rest are standing forms. For all 4,555 Qgiv domains with organisation, size and stack data, explore TechnologyChecker.io.
Frequently Asked Questions
Who uses Qgiv?
Mostly American non-profits with a development office. Our October 2026 crawl finds 4,555 domains linking to or embedding a Qgiv form, and 3,696 of the 3,829 matched organisations are in the US. Charity labels cover 41.89% of them. Named users include Nemours Children's Health, Canine Companions, the Wistar Institute, Merrimack College and the Buncombe County Schools Foundation.
How many customers does Qgiv have?
When Bloomerang bought Qgiv in January 2024, the announcement said Qgiv served 20,000+ nonprofit fundraisers. Our October 2026 crawl finds 4,555 live domains linking to or embedding a Qgiv form, 3,829 of them matched to an organisation. Since March 2026, 823 domains have dropped Qgiv on at least one hostname, though about one in seven still use it on another.
What is Qgiv's market share?
3.8% of Donations & Fundraising, 7th of the 54 tools we track there, on 4,555 domains. GiveWP leads with 27.38%, and Donorbox (5.85%) and Fundraise Up (4.53%) also rank higher. Kindful sits just below at 3.34%. Bloomerang owns both Kindful and Qgiv, so its combined position in the category is stronger than Qgiv's own row suggests.
What are the best alternatives to Qgiv?
It depends on your website. On WordPress, GiveWP is the category leader at 32,785 domains. Donorbox (7,008 domains) and Fundraise Up (5,422) are hosted form tools that work on any site. Bloomerang customers can also stay with Kindful. Few organisations combine them: only 66 domains run Qgiv with GiveWP today, and 46 run it with Fundraise Up.
Which countries use Qgiv the most?
The United States, almost exclusively. 3,696 of the 3,829 organisations we matched to Qgiv domains are American, 96.5%. Canada is second with 27, then Kenya and the United Kingdom with four each. For comparison, Donorbox's profile has 65.2% of its matched companies in the US. If you sell outside North America, Qgiv's user base won't help much.
What size companies use Qgiv?
55.1% of matched organisations with a known size have 1 to 10 employees and 29.51% have 11 to 50, so most are small: 84.61% have 50 staff or fewer. Another 377 have 51 to 200. The top end is real: 27 organisations have more than 1,000 staff, including health systems such as Nemours Children's Health and UM Health-Sparrow.
How old are companies that use Qgiv?
Established ones. The largest group was founded in the 2010s (22.49%), but 40.75% of matched organisations were founded before 1990 and 12.66% before 1960. Just 6.42% date from the 2020s, against 26.59% on Donorbox's profile. Long-established charities, hospital foundations and school foundations, with donor lists and annual events to run, are the core of Qgiv's base.
What is the ideal customer profile for Qgiv?
A US non-profit with 50 or fewer staff, founded before 2010, that points its Donate button and its event pages at Qgiv from a WordPress, Squarespace or Wix site. In our data 84.61% have 50 or fewer staff, 71.09% were founded before 2010, 96.5% of matched organisations are American and WordPress runs on 51.0% of Qgiv domains.
What is Qgiv used for?
Online donation forms, event registration, peer-to-peer campaigns, text-to-give and auctions for non-profits. On the sites we checked, the Qgiv link usually sits on the Donate button, and many point at an event instead: galas, golf days, trivia nights, a 2027 backpack drive. Membership sign-ups and training payments turn up too.
Is Qgiv now Bloomerang?
Yes. Bloomerang announced on 10 January 2024 that it had acquired Qgiv, and qgiv.com now says "Qgiv is now Bloomerang Fundraising". The product carries on under that name, and the donation forms still load from secure.qgiv.com, which is how we detect it. Kindful, another donation tool in our category, is also sold as a Bloomerang product.
