Companies Using Neon CRM
Our October 2026 crawl finds Neon CRM's hosted forms linked from 3,316 live domains, nearly all of them small American nonprofits. Neon CRM is Neon One's donor database, and a site shows up here when it links its own Neon donation, membership, event or sign-up page, or loads Neon's form script. Below is the list of companies that use Neon CRM, with size, sector and stack. It includes Science Olympiad, Bluffton University, Hostelling International USA and Postpartum Support International.
Of 99 sampled homepages with a Neon link, 60 pointed to a donation or giving form; the other 39 went to member logins, events, newsletter sign-ups and gift shops. Close to one domain in ten runs on Duda, most of them through Neon One's own website builder. Neon CRM ranks 11th of the 54 technologies we track in Donations & Fundraising, with a 2.77% share.

Neon CRM Usage Statistics
3,316 live domains in October 2026 is the number to use. The chart climbs from 2,781 in June, but most of that climb is ours: our crawl reached more of the web over the summer and changed how it captured pages in August, the domains we crawl turn over every month as dead sites leave and new ones arrive, and our detection widens over time. What we can count is exits: 390 domains dropped Neon CRM on at least one hostname since we began tracking it on 16 March 2026, and 43 of them still run it on another hostname.

Which Countries Use Neon CRM the Most?
Which countries use Neon CRM the most? The United States, with 2,712 of the 2,778 matched organisations that have a known country (97.62%). Canada is a distant second with 42, among them Autism BC and the Stratford Symphony Orchestra, and the United Kingdom has 6. No other country has more than 3.
Share of the 2,840 Neon CRM domains we matched to a company record — 85.6% of the 3,316 we detect. Top 15 countries shown, so these do not sum to 100%. Domains with no matching company record are not represented here and skew small and independent.
Neon CRM Market Share Among Donations & Fundraising
What is Neon CRM's market share? 2.77% of Donations & Fundraising, 11th of the 54 technologies we track there, on 3,316 domains, according to our crawl at TechnologyChecker.io. It sits just behind ActBlue (3,476) and ahead of DonorPerfect (2,732). The table measures website footprint rather than CRM seats: Neon only shows up where a site links one of its forms, so an organisation that keeps it purely as a back-office database isn't counted. Neon One's pricing page says more than 6,000 organisations use its platform.
Top Competitors by Market Share
Neon CRM Customers by Company Size & Age
What size companies use Neon CRM? Small nonprofits. 67.87% of matched organisations with a known size have 1 to 10 staff and 24.29% have 11 to 50, so 92.16% have 50 or fewer. Only 8 list more than 1,000 people. The bigger users are human-services agencies, health centres and schools, such as Lutheran Community Services Northwest, CSAAC in Maryland and the Rehabilitation Hospital of Indiana, whose foundation runs the Neon forms.
Company Size Distribution
Company Age (Founded Decade)
Neon's base is old for a donation tool. The 2010s lead at 24.51%, but 51.41% of matched organisations were founded before 2000, including 10.44% before 1960, and only 6.46% date from the 2020s. ActBlue's profile, by contrast, shows 27.95% founded in the 2020s. Symphonies, museums, social-service agencies and trade associations with decades behind them make up much of this list.
What Industries Use Neon CRM the Most?
Non-profit Organizations leads at 28.6%, then Civic and Social Organizations (6.83%) and Non-profit Organization Management (5.76%), based on our enriched company data. The arts come next: Performing Arts (4.03%) and Museums, Historical Sites, and Zoos (3.8%) add up to 7.83%. Individual and Family Services (3.57%), Environmental Services (2.57%), Religious Institutions (2.3%) and Hospitals and Health Care (2.3%) follow, so no single field outside general nonprofits passes 7%.
Arts organisations using Neon CRM include InConcert Sierra, the Elmhurst Symphony Orchestra and Women in Film in Los Angeles. Human-services nonprofits on Neon CRM include Lutheran Community Services Northwest and Child & Family Services in New Bedford. Membership associations using Neon CRM, such as the American Cider Association and MedtechWomen, link member logins and join forms rather than a Donate button.
Neon CRM Alternatives & Competitors
The table compares unlike products. Donorbox (7,008 domains), GiveWP (32,785) and Qgiv (4,555) are donation-form tools, while Neon CRM is a donor database whose forms happen to be visible. Neon One's own comparison page lines it up against Bloomerang, DonorPerfect, Raiser's Edge, Little Green Light, WildApricot and Network for Good. The overlap is small: 36 domains run Neon CRM and GiveWP today, 27 run Qgiv and 21 Donorbox, and none of those pairs passes our switching tests.
Neon CRM Customer Migration
Tech Stack of Neon CRM-Powered Websites
Of the 3,345 domains in our stack sample, WordPress runs on 50.7%, then Squarespace (16.2%), Elementor (14.2%) and Duda (10.31%). Most of the Duda share is Neon One's own product: of 30 random Neon domains on Duda, 23 carried a "Powered by Neon Websites" footer. Google Analytics runs on 62.24%. MailChimp (6.52%) and Constant Contact (4.28%) lead email, and Salesforce shows on only 0.72%, so few of these sites pair Neon with a second CRM.

Expert Analysis: Neon CRM Growth Trends & Key Signals for Sales Teams in 2026

Neon CRM is a database, so I wasn't sure how much of it a crawler could see. The answer is its forms. A domain counts here when a page links to a hosted form on an app.neoncrm.com address or loads one of Neon's scripts, and our October 2026 crawl finds 3,316 live domains that do. 2,840 of them match an organisation, a high 85.65%, because nonprofits tend to keep a LinkedIn page. I opened 110 random Neon domains in a browser to see what sits behind the count, and 100 of them showed Neon.
Each site, its own account
Neon puts the customer's account name in the form address (yourorg.app.neoncrm.com), so a sample shows whose forms these are. Of the 100, 89 linked their own account, some through a domain that now redirects to the organisation's renamed site. 5 linked a parent body's account, such as a program site pointing to its parent nonprofit, and 6 linked another organisation's form, like a gun shop linking a state rifle association's page. No account appeared on two sampled sites, and in our script logs the biggest single account sits on 3 domains. Only 5 of the 100 embedded a form or goal meter; the rest link out.
Sales signal: one domain is close to one Neon customer here. Strip the handful that link a cause they support and you have a clean list of organisations that pay for Neon.
A CRM seen through its forms
About four in ten of Neon's homepage links skip the donation form. Of 99 sampled homepages with a Neon link, 60 pointed to a donation or giving form. The other 39 linked only member logins, event registration, newsletter sign-ups or gift shops. That's the membership side of the product showing: the American Cider Association and MedtechWomen, for instance, link member logins and join pages and no donation form at all. Neon One's pricing page sells the CRM with donor management, campaigns, recurring gifts, peer-to-peer, email and text messaging in one bundle.
Sales signal: a Neon site with a member login is an association or membership body. Pitch it member renewals, events and dues as well as donations.
What the chart can and can't say
The chart reads 2,781 in June, 3,024 in July, 3,094 in August, 3,232 in September and 3,316 in October. That shape mostly reflects our side: our crawl reached more of the web over the summer and changed how it captured pages in August, the domains we crawl turn over every month as dead sites leave and new ones arrive, and our detection widens over time. Exits are firmer ground. 390 domains dropped Neon CRM on at least one hostname since we began tracking it on 16 March 2026, and 43 of those still run it on another hostname, so about 347 left completely.
"A Neon CRM domain usually means one nonprofit paying for its own account. In a random sample of 100, 89 linked their own forms and no account showed up twice." - Emma Davies, Data Analyst at TechnologyChecker.io
Sales signal: treat Neon CRM as a steady base of about 3,300 domains. Nothing in this data supports calling it a fast-growing segment, and the exits since March are modest.
Who the customers are
67.87% of matched organisations with a known size have 1 to 10 staff and 24.29% have 11 to 50. Only 8 list more than 1,000. Age is what sets this base apart: 51.41% were founded before 2000 and 10.44% before 1960, while only 6.46% are from the 2020s. ActBlue's profile, in the same category, shows 27.95% founded in the 2020s. The recognisable names fit an older, established nonprofit sector: Science Olympiad, Bluffton University, Hostelling International USA, Up with People, the Society for Creative Anachronism and Memphis Public Libraries, whose foundation runs the forms.
Sales signal: these are long-standing organisations with small staffs and a database they've invested in. Integrations, data cleanup and consulting that make Neon work harder will land better than a pitch to rip it out.
Arts, services and associations
Non-profit Organizations is the largest industry at 28.6%, then Civic and Social Organizations (6.83%) and Non-profit Organization Management (5.76%). Performing Arts (4.03%) and Museums, Historical Sites, and Zoos (3.8%) together make 7.83%, and Individual and Family Services adds 3.57%. The base is American: 2,712 of 2,778 matched organisations with a known country are in the United States and 42 in Canada.
Sales signal: arts groups on Neon are a defined niche for ticketing and patron tools, and Neon One sells its own, Arts People, at $.99 per ticket plus transaction fees. Human-services agencies are the other cluster, with grant and compliance needs.
Neon's own website product
Duda runs on 10.31% of the 3,345 domains in our stack sample, and the reason is mostly Neon One itself. A page title of "Home" is usually a template default, and 4.1% of Neon domains carry it, so I opened 20 of them, and 14 were Duda sites with a "Powered by Neon Websites" footer. A random 30 of the Neon domains on Duda told the same story: 23 carried that footer. Neon Websites costs $69 a month for Neon One customers and $89 alone, per its product page, with $750 or $1,250 if Neon's team builds the site. WordPress is still the main platform, on 50.7%.
Sales signal: most of the 10.31% of Neon domains on Duda already buy their website from Neon. Web agencies should target the WordPress half; the Neon Websites sites have a vendor that bundles hosting with the CRM.
Overlap with form tools
We found no switching flows large enough to publish. Plenty of sites run a second fundraising tool beside Neon: 36 domains run Neon CRM and GiveWP today, of 47 ever seen with both, 27 run Qgiv (of 48) and 21 run Donorbox (of 28). Neon One's comparison page lists comparisons with Bloomerang, DonorPerfect, Raiser's Edge, Little Green Light, WildApricot and Network for Good, and Bloomerang now owns Qgiv, whose site reads "Qgiv is now Bloomerang Fundraising".
"Of the 48 domains ever seen with Neon and Qgiv, 27 still run both. Nonprofits add a second giving tool here; our data doesn't show them swapping the database." - Emma Davies, Data Analyst at TechnologyChecker.io
Sales signal: the 36 Neon sites also running GiveWP are paying for two ways to take a gift. Neon can pitch them its own forms; a rival can pitch the database.
The stack around it
Google Analytics runs on 62.24% of Neon domains. MailChimp (6.52%) and Constant Contact (4.28%) lead email even though Neon sells email inside the CRM, and Salesforce appears on only 0.72%. Stripe (2.03%) and PayPal (2.0%) are the most common payment tags, and Givebutter, another donation tool, is on 1.52%.
Sales signal: MailChimp and Constant Contact on a Neon site point to email that hasn't moved into the CRM. That's an upsell for Neon and a consolidation pitch for anyone selling an email-to-CRM sync.
What it costs
Neon CRM starts at $99 a month and is priced on revenue rather than contact records, per Neon One's pricing page (checked October 2026). Neon Fundraise starts at $158 a month. Neon One says it formed in 2018 when four technology companies came together, names Keith Reed as chief executive, and says more than 6,000 organisations use the platform.
Sales signal: revenue-based pricing means a growing nonprofit's bill rises with its income, which is when the renewal conversation gets harder for Neon and easier for a rival.
Key takeaways
1. 3,316 live domains, 11th of 54 in Donations & Fundraising, with 85.65% matched to an organisation.
2. 89 of 100 sampled sites link their own Neon account, and 39 of 99 link something other than a donation form.
3. Small and old: 67.87% have 1 to 10 staff and 51.41% were founded before 2000.
4. 10.31% run on Duda, mostly Neon One's own Neon Websites.
5. GiveWP, Qgiv and Donorbox run beside Neon on a few dozen sites each, and none of those pairs shows switching.
