Companies Using Rewardful

Our October 2026 crawl finds Rewardful on 4,799 live domains. Rewardful is affiliate and referral software for subscription businesses that bill through Stripe or Paddle, so this is the merchant side of affiliate marketing: each site runs its own programme and pays its own affiliates. Below is the list of companies that use Rewardful, with size, country, industry and stack. It includes Synthesia, Riverside, HeyGen, VEED, Acast and OpusClip.

Rewardful ranks 15th of the 96 technologies we track in Affiliate & Referral, with a 1.52% share. The buyers are young and small: 73.7% of matched companies have 1 to 10 staff and 56.26% were founded in the 2020s. One caveat matters for anyone building a list. Rewardful's script carries an account key, and some keys belong to a platform rather than the site. The biggest is Double, accounting-practice software whose client portals load Double's own Rewardful account on 287 accounting firms' domains; the charts below leave those portals out. Another 265 domains, 5.83% of the rest, carry smaller platforms' keys, such as Linkly's and FeedBear's.

Rewardful Usage Statistics

Rewardful reads 3,317 domains in June 2026, 3,827 in July, 4,366 in August, 4,794 in September and 4,799 in October. Don't read that as a sales curve. The set of domains we crawl turns over every month, with dead sites dropping out and newly found ones added, and our detection widened over the summer, so most of the climb is our coverage. The flat September to October step is the better guide. Exits are real: 1,144 domains dropped Rewardful on at least one hostname since we began tracking it on 16 March 2026, and 203 of them still run it on another hostname.

List of Companies Using Rewardful

Who uses Rewardful? This list of companies that use Rewardful names 50 of the 2,648 matched companies. We opened the 50 in a browser or read their HTML in October 2026, and 43 loaded Rewardful's script. The other seven didn't show it to us: some blocked our browser or stopped at a login screen, and two loaded without it on the home page. We dropped eight rows whose script turned out to run under another company's account (Contrast's webinar pages, Linkly's link domains, Pathwright's course sites) or whose LinkedIn match was a different company. Many sit on app subdomains such as app.gptzero.me or auth.heygen.com, where the sign-up happens.

Which Countries Use Rewardful the Most?

Which countries use Rewardful the most? The United States, with 1,267 matched companies, just under half of the 2,648 we matched. The United Kingdom (213), Canada (136) and Australia (111) follow, so the four English-speaking markets hold 65.22%. France (74) is the largest non-English market, ahead of India (61) and Germany (52). That fits a product whose customers are mostly English-language software start-ups, based on our enriched company data.

Rewardful Market Share Among Affiliate & Referral

What is Rewardful's market share? 1.52% of Affiliate & Referral, 15th of the 96 technologies we track there, counting domains at TechnologyChecker.io. The table mixes three kinds of product. GoAffPro (45,132 domains, 14.26%) is a Shopify-first app for store programmes, and Impact (10,467) is a partnership platform that also brings publishers. The like-for-like rivals are the SaaS tools: FirstPromoter has 4,150 domains and PartnerStack 3,131, so Rewardful leads that small group.

Rewardful Customers by Company Size & Age

What size companies use Rewardful? Very small ones. 73.7% of matched companies with a known size have 1 to 10 employees and 21.59% have 11 to 50, so 95.29% have 50 staff or fewer. Only 24 have more than 200. The larger names run it on one product: Synthesia, Riverside, VEED and HeyGen are 51 to 500-person software companies with a self-serve plan to promote.

Company Size Distribution

Company Age (Founded Decade)

The largest group of matched companies was founded in the 2020s (56.26%), and the 2010s add 37.62%, so 93.88% were founded in 2010 or later. Only 4.17% date from the 2000s. Rewardful sells to companies at the stage where an affiliate programme is a cheap first channel, which is why AI video and AI-detection tools such as HeyGen, OpusClip and GPTZero sit high on our list.

What Industries Use Rewardful the Most?

Software Development leads at 23.59%, then Technology, Information and Internet (16.78%), based on our enriched company data. IT Services and IT Consulting (4.37%), Wellness and Fitness Services (3.4%) and Advertising and Marketing Services (3.17% each) come next. These charts leave out the accounting firms whose Double client portal loads Double's Rewardful account, so Accounting is no longer in the top ten; with them in, it ranked third. What remains is software and online services, with fitness, marketing and education brands behind them.

Software companies using Rewardful are the core: Synthesia, Riverside, Scribe, Manatal and ONLYOFFICE all load it on their main sites. Online education brands on Rewardful include Codingal and Leland, and fitness businesses using Rewardful include Fit4Mom's on-demand platform, Everfit and PushPress. Each sells a subscription that a creator or customer can recommend for a cut.

Rewardful Alternatives & Competitors

Rewardful's real rivals are the two other SaaS tools in this table, and few sites run them together. 60 Rewardful domains also run FirstPromoter today and 35 run PartnerStack; Impact turns up on 20. None of those pairs passes our switching tests, because most domains ever seen with both still have both. GoAffPro's 45,132 domains are Shopify stores, a different buyer, and Impact sells a partner network on top of tracking, so neither is a like-for-like count.

Rewardful Customer Reviews with Pros and Cons

G2's AI summary of 84 Rewardful reviews, read in October 2026, centers on speed: setup and the Stripe or Paddle connection dominate the praise. The friction arrives after launch, where payouts still need a manual monthly step and reporting stays basic. G2 says price is hardest to justify for startups, which make up much of this base: 73.7% of the Rewardful customers we can size have 1 to 10 employees.

Generated from real user reviews on G2

Pros
  • Reviewers most often credit Rewardful with a fast, low-code setup, with affiliate links and coupon codes live soon after billing is connected.(28 reviews)
  • Day to day, users describe a straightforward dashboard that keeps tracking affiliates and commissions quick for small teams.(18 reviews)
  • Responsive support earns repeated credit, with reviewers saying the team answers setup and billing questions quickly.(14 reviews)
  • Subscription businesses value easy billing integrations with Stripe and Paddle, which let founders launch a program without custom code.(12 reviews)
Cons
  • Affiliate payouts stay partly manual, and reviewers want automatic payments in place of a monthly PayPal step.(15 reviews)
  • Power users run into limited reporting and automation, wanting deeper analytics than the deliberately focused feature set offers.(7 reviews)
  • Pricing feels steep at low volume, which makes the subscription harder to justify for early-stage startups.(5 reviews)
  • Some teams want more control over the affiliate portal, including layout changes and API options for non-standard setups.(3 reviews)

Expert Analysis: Rewardful Growth Trends & Key Signals for Sales Teams in 2026

Elif Arslan
Elif ArslanCMO & Co-founder, TechnologyChecker

Affiliate software is a marketing decision before it is a technical one, so I wanted to see who buys Rewardful. Our October 2026 crawl finds its script, loaded from r.wdfl.co or announcing its JavaScript object, on 4,799 live domains. After we set aside one platform's client portals, 2,648 of the rest match a company. That puts it 15th of 96 in Affiliate & Referral with a 1.52% share. The headline hides a second story, and it is the more useful one for anyone prospecting this list.

Count accounts, not domains

Rewardful's snippet carries an account key in a data-rewardful attribute, so we can see whose programme a page belongs to. We fetched the home page of every live domain and read a key on 2,716 of them. They held 1,672 different keys, about 1.6 domains per key. Most keys sit on one company's own sites. Some don't.

The largest single key belongs to Double, practice-management software for bookkeepers. Double's client portal, white-labelled on each firm's own subdomain (clients.firmname.com and the like), loads Double's Rewardful account. That is 287 accounting firms' domains, 5.94% of the 4,830 we checked, none of which runs an affiliate programme of its own, so we leave them out of every chart and table on this page. custom link domains hosted by Linkly (73), FeedBear's feedback boards (40), Pathwright's course sites (34), upcoach's coaching portals (21) and eleven smaller platforms do the same. All told, 552 domains, about one in nine, carry a platform's key; the 265 outside Double stay in the charts, 5.83% of the 4,543 we analyse. A few customers also own long tails of their own domains: one GRC certification body's key sits on 152 forwarding domains.

Sales signal: before you size a Rewardful list, drop client portals and hosted subdomains, then dedupe by account. What remains is a few thousand software companies, each paying for its own programme.

What the chart says, and what it doesn't

The usage chart reads 3,317 in June and 4,799 in October. Most of that rise comes from our side: the set of domains we crawl changes every month as dead sites drop out and new ones are found, and our detection widened over the summer. September to October was flat, 4,794 to 4,799. Exits are measurable. 1,144 domains dropped Rewardful on at least one hostname since we began tracking it on 16 March 2026, and 203 of those still run it on another hostname, so about 940 left it entirely in seven months.

"About one Rewardful domain in nine runs someone else's account. Strip those out and you find a few thousand young software companies, each paying to run its own programme." - Elif Arslan, CMO at TechnologyChecker.io

Sales signal: treat this as a stable pool, not a surge. The exits are the interesting accounts, since a company that drops affiliate tracking has either closed or changed how it acquires customers.

Who the customers are

This is a start-up product. 73.7% of matched companies have 1 to 10 staff, 21.59% have 11 to 50, and only 24 have more than 200. 56.26% were founded in the 2020s. The recognisable names are funded software companies running a self-serve plan: Synthesia, Riverside, VEED, HeyGen and OpusClip in video, Scribe and Manatal in workflow and hiring, ONLYOFFICE in office software. Several load Rewardful on the app itself, such as app.gptzero.me or auth.heygen.com, because that is where a referred visitor signs up and pays.

Rewardful says its customers bill through Stripe or Paddle, and that rule shapes the list. You won't find many shops or agencies here. You find subscriptions: software, courses, coaching, fitness memberships like Fit4Mom's on-demand platform and PushPress.

Sales signal: these teams are small and growth-led, and the affiliate programme is often owned by a founder or the first marketer. Pitch tools that recruit affiliates or create content for them, and keep the price close to Rewardful's own $49 to $149 a month.

Where they are

The United States has 1,267 of the 2,648 matched companies. The United Kingdom (213), Canada (136) and Australia (111) bring the English-speaking share to 65.22%. France is next with 74, then India (61) and Germany (52). Industry follows the same line. Software Development (23.59%) and Technology, Information and Internet (16.78%) lead. Before we set Double's portals aside, Accounting ranked third, and 163 of its 179 companies were those portals; now it is out of the top ten.

Sales signal: an English-language campaign covers two thirds of the market. A European push is small by comparison, and France is the only country outside the English-speaking four that reaches 70 companies.

Switching and overlap

None of the rival pairs passes our switching tests, so there is no migration table on this page. The overlaps are small. 60 Rewardful domains also run FirstPromoter today, out of 74 ever seen with both, and 35 run PartnerStack, out of 72. Since March, 12 domains dropped PartnerStack and kept Rewardful, while 8 went the other way. With Impact, 9 domains dropped Rewardful and kept Impact. Those are small numbers, and I wouldn't build a story on them.

"Rewardful, FirstPromoter and PartnerStack rarely share a site. A SaaS company picks one tool and keeps it, so the window to sell is before the programme launches." - Elif Arslan, CMO at TechnologyChecker.io

Sales signal: for a rival affiliate tool, the 35 sites running PartnerStack and Rewardful at once are the warmest list, since someone there is already comparing. For Rewardful's own team, PartnerStack's 3,131 domains are the natural prospect pool.

The stack around it

Across the 4,543 domains in our stack analysis, Google Analytics runs on 84.97% and Intercom on 14.99%. Stripe's script shows on only 25.51%, which surprised me until I remembered how Rewardful works: it reads payments from the Stripe account through the integration, so the marketing site never has to load Stripe.js. Paddle is on 1.76%. ProfitWell, a subscription-metrics product, is on 7.46%, and Vercel Analytics (6.8%) and Plausible (5.7%) show a developer-built, privacy-minded slice.

Sales signal: the typical Rewardful site is a SaaS marketing site with live chat and a self-serve checkout. Billing analytics, onboarding and in-app messaging tools fit this list better than e-commerce apps do.

What it costs

Rewardful's pricing page (checked 14 October 2026) prices by affiliate-attributed revenue: Starter is $49 a month for up to $7,500 of it, Growth $99 for up to $15,000, and Enterprise starts at $149 for up to $30,000. Every plan has a 14-day trial, unlimited affiliates and no transaction fee; optional Managed Payouts adds a 3% fee. The company was founded in 2018 and has been part of saas.group since November 2021.

Sales signal: a customer that outgrows $30,000 a month in affiliate revenue moves up Enterprise tiers. That is when buyers start comparing tools, so programme size is the timing signal.

Key takeaways

1. 4,799 live domains, 15th of 96, ahead of FirstPromoter (4,150) and PartnerStack (3,131).

Frequently Asked Questions

Who uses Rewardful?

Mostly small, young companies selling a subscription, with software the largest group. Our October 2026 crawl finds Rewardful on 4,799 live domains; 73.7% of matched companies have 10 or fewer staff and 56.26% were founded in the 2020s. Named users include Synthesia, Riverside, HeyGen, VEED, Acast, OpusClip and ONLYOFFICE. Some domains carry a platform's account rather than their own, so dedupe before you count.

How many customers does Rewardful have?

Rewardful's pricing page says more than 3,000 teams use it. Our October 2026 crawl finds its script on 4,799 live domains, but that isn't a customer count. We read 1,672 different account keys on 2,716 domains, about 1.6 domains per key, and 287 domains are accounting firms' portals running Double's single account. So the number of paying accounts is well below the domain count.

What is Rewardful's market share?

1.52% of Affiliate & Referral, 15th of the 96 technologies we track there, on 4,799 domains. The category mixes networks, store apps and SaaS tools. Among SaaS affiliate software Rewardful leads: FirstPromoter has 4,150 domains and PartnerStack 3,131. GoAffPro (45,132) and Impact (10,467) are bigger but sell to Shopify stores and enterprise partnership teams, a different buyer.

What are the best alternatives to Rewardful?

FirstPromoter and PartnerStack are the closest, both built for SaaS; our crawl counts 4,150 and 3,131 domains, against Rewardful's 4,799. PartnerStack adds a partner marketplace. For a Shopify store, GoAffPro is the usual pick, and Impact suits larger brands that want a publisher network. Few sites stack them: only 60 Rewardful domains run FirstPromoter too, and 35 run PartnerStack.

Which countries use Rewardful the most?

The United States, with 1,267 of the 2,648 companies we matched, then the United Kingdom (213), Canada (136) and Australia (111). Those four English-speaking markets hold 65.22% of matched companies. France (74), India (61) and Germany (52) lead the rest. The spread follows where English-language SaaS start-ups are founded rather than where affiliate networks are strongest.

What size companies use Rewardful?

Very small ones. 73.7% of matched companies with a known size have 1 to 10 employees and 21.59% have 11 to 50, so 95.29% have 50 staff or fewer. Only 24 have more than 200. The bigger names, such as Synthesia, Riverside and HeyGen, are software companies with 51 to 500 staff running it on a self-serve product.

How old are companies that use Rewardful?

Young. 56.26% of matched companies with a known founding year were founded in the 2020s and 37.62% in the 2010s, so 93.88% started in 2010 or later. Only 4.17% date from the 2000s. That fits Rewardful's pitch: a quick, cheap affiliate programme for a subscription product that is still finding its first channels.

What is the ideal customer profile for Rewardful?

The ideal Rewardful customer is: Company Size: 1-10 employees (73.7%), Location: US, then UK, Canada and Australia, Founded: 2020-2029 (56.26%), Industry: Software and online services, Billing: Subscription product billed by Stripe — based on our analysis of 2,648 enriched companies at TechnologyChecker.io.

What does Rewardful do?

Rewardful runs affiliate and referral programmes for subscription businesses. You connect Stripe or Paddle, add its script to your site and give affiliates links such as ?via=name. When a referred visitor pays, Rewardful reads the payment from your billing account and works out recurring or one-off commissions, including refunds, upgrades and cancellations. Payouts can go out through PayPal or Wise.

How much does Rewardful cost?

Rewardful's pricing page lists Starter at $49 a month for up to $7,500 of monthly affiliate-attributed revenue, Growth at $99 for up to $15,000, and Enterprise from $149 for up to $30,000. Yearly billing costs $490, $990 and from $1,490. Every plan has a 14-day trial, unlimited affiliates and no transaction fee. Checked 14 October 2026.

Does Rewardful only work with Stripe?

No, but billing has to run through Stripe or Paddle, per Rewardful's own explainer. Stripe is the deeper integration, with two-way sync into the Stripe dashboard. That explains the customer base: in our crawl the buyers are subscription software and online services, not shops. Stripe's own script shows on 25.51% of Rewardful domains, because the marketing site doesn't need it.

Who owns Rewardful?

saas.group. Rewardful was started in 2018 by Kyle Fox and Brady Cassidy and was acquired by saas.group, which buys and runs SaaS companies, in November 2021, according to its page on saas.group's site. The team still runs it independently. Our crawl shows the product on 4,799 live domains in October 2026, 15th of 96 in Affiliate & Referral.

Rewardful vs FirstPromoter: which do SaaS companies use more?

Rewardful, narrowly. Our October 2026 crawl finds Rewardful on 4,799 live domains and FirstPromoter on 4,150. They rarely sit together: 60 Rewardful domains run FirstPromoter today, and 74 have ever been seen with both. Since March, seven domains dropped Rewardful and kept FirstPromoter, and two went the other way, too few to call a trend.

Is every site running Rewardful a Rewardful customer?

No. Rewardful's script carries the account key of whoever pays for it. In our October 2026 crawl, 552 of the 4,830 domains we checked carried a platform's key: Double's accounting client portals (287, left out of our charts), custom link domains hosted by Linkly (73), FeedBear's boards (40) and Pathwright's course sites (34) lead. There, the platform runs the affiliate programme.
