(4) Accounts

You must register with a valid email address that we can send communications to. You must not use 'parked domains' or obfuscate your identity to prevent us from verifying your account is legitimate. You must not register duplicate accounts. Each user is limited to one active account unless explicitly authorized by TechnologyChecker for enterprise arrangements.

(5) Limitations of Liability

You acknowledge that it would be unreasonable to hold us liable in respect of this website and the information on this website.

TechnologyChecker is a Software as a Service business tool providing technographic intelligence and contact data to businesses. TechnologyChecker does not provide/sell data services to consumers or sell/provide personal consumer data.

Annual payments can be made via wire transfer upon request for enterprise customers.

You may cancel your account at any time. You accept that if you no longer require the service it is your responsibility to cancel your plan. Cancellation functions are available via your account dashboard.

You cannot receive a refund if you change your mind after purchasing a subscription. Your rights for payment of services are protected under Turkish law if your purchase is faulty or doesn't provide what is promised.

(a) Starter, Pro & Scale Services

Starter, Pro and Scale accounts are provided on a subscription basis. Upon signing up for a paid account we will continue to charge your payment method for the agreed monthly or yearly amount until you cancel your subscription. You may cancel your account at any time through your account dashboard. You accept that if you no longer require the service it is your responsibility to cancel your plan.

(b) Enterprise Service

Enterprise service is provided on a monthly and/or yearly basis with custom terms. Enterprise subscriptions will be automatically renewed upon expiration unless canceled with 30 days written notice.

(c) Pro and Scale Fair Use Policy

Pro and Scale plans provide access to specified monthly lookup limits and features. If we determine your usage violates our terms of service, exceeds reasonable commercial use, or involves automated bulk data extraction beyond plan limits, we may suspend or cancel your account with notice. Creating excessive variations of large reports for massive data export beyond plan limits is prohibited. Maximum single report size is 100,000 results without prior approval.

(d) Enterprise Accounts

Enterprise usage is strictly for employees and authorized users of the organization that has contracted for Enterprise service. Credentials may not be shared outside the contracting organization.

(8) TechnologyChecker.io Website Usage

You must not use our website in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the website or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the website.

You must not use our website in any way which is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful purpose or activity.

You must not use our website or website content to copy, publish or send unsolicited commercial communications (spam). By creating an account and downloading data, you agree not to send commercial electronic messages in bulk without proper consent. Contact information provided cannot be used for unsolicited marketing purposes.

You must not use our website to copy, publish or send material which is illegal or unlawful, or material which could give rise to legal action under Turkish, International and other applicable law. However, the information may be out of date at the time of access by the user. We are not liable for any error or omission in, or any failure to update, the information and any business decisions based on the information are the sole responsibility of the user.
