The Role
We're looking for a Customer Success Specialist to help our customers unlock the full value of technographic intelligence. You'll be the primary point of contact for new customers, guiding them through onboarding, troubleshooting challenges, and ensuring they achieve their revenue goals with our platform.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys solving problems, building relationships, and directly impacting customer outcomes. You'll work closely with our product team to improve the platform based on real user feedback and play a crucial role in our customers' success.
What You Will Do
Onboard and support new customers through setup, integration, and initial workflow optimization
Troubleshoot issues and provide guidance on platform features, API implementation, and data interpretation
Gather user feedback for product improvement and collaborate with engineering to prioritize enhancements
Build lasting relationships with users by understanding their business goals and helping them achieve measurable outcomes
Who you are
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
Empathetic, patient, and user-focused approach to customer interactions
Experience in SaaS or tech support is a plus but we value attitude and learning ability over specific background
Organized and proactive in managing customer relationships and identifying opportunities for success
